Minus the brown sugar, best recipe for corned beef!! I really enjoyed it. Thanks for sharing

Wow this looks absolutely heavenly! My airfryer meats tend to come out quite dry, yours look still so tender and juicy, great job 👍🏻 happy new year🎉

Great video! Immaculate juiciness. Typically the airfryer seems to be a tough one to do brisket, but it looks like the wrap method is the key. Do you think this method would work with normal beef brisket, or is this only for corned beef brisket?

I don't even think I could screw that up? I think I might get that a shot this weekend.

Awesome Flat. Really looks/cuts more like a Point. To get a fat layer in the middle and top for a flat that thick - Interesting! Never seen a flat like that. I like my meats to rest at least 30min if not longer esp for briskets. Prob cook the same as brisket and @185 pull it, leave wrapped 1-2 hrs. Open, final glaze and Brown top.

I wish you had taken a temperature check. Nevertheless, it looks great!

I did everything you did step by step. My air fryer is different from yours but it fit in the basket all the same. 360 for an hour, then 360 for 45 minutes. Then the 400 i had either put it on five or eight minutes as I had to run to the can. Mine did not look like yours in the vid. Only other thing different I did was i drowned the Corned beef in a pot of water for 45 min over the salty brine and some members in my family are watching their salt intake.
