You are absolutely correct. I was looking at pictures of me 20 years ago and I look better now than when I was 40. I have followed your recommendations over 10 years at least. Been using the Cymbiotica probiotics and glutathione. It has helped me tremendously. Thank you, Bri. You will still be beautiful in the next 20 years.
Brianna you know I went through the same problem w unhappiness and negativity. This is such fantastic advice all the way around but especially with positivity!
Hi Brianna...I think you might like the book How Full is Your Bucket? Your comments about being happy reminded me of that book. Thank you for your content. I appreciate your insight on products and treatments.

Spot on, Bri! I have very sensitive skin so I had to take care of it from a very young age, fight inflammation, repair the barrier, use sun protection all the time etc. I saw a dermatologist last week who thought I was 26 (I'm 40), so I guess it pays off... Of course it's also genetic, but from a certain age you can't just rely on genes and you have to be consistent with the skincare routine, supplements, diet, sport etc.
Thank you for sharing your insights and kindness, love being in my skincare journey with you. Need to still wear foundation, due to my genetically dark under eyes! Have you tried Cle de Peau?
Great video! When I think of how I used to treat my skin in my 30’s I cringe. Dried out, irritated, I would never moisturize for fear of breakouts. I’m 46 and my skin has never looked better because I’m so kind to it. Live and learn!
Any advice on where to start with some basic skin care products to calm the inflammation and start over? I’ve been a sephora junkie and putting awful products and make up on my face for years. I want to start over and I love everything you’re saying here.. but where do I start? You have so many great suggestions but a little overwhelmed by all the choices.
Always a joy to your vids. I can’t even say how many years I have been watching your channel and using your recommendations. Truly transforming. All that said, there hasn’t been a video where I haven’t come away learning some bit of new and inspiring, valuable information. I love you, Girl! Keep spreading the joy and the truth! ❤ 😊 ☀️
Thanks so much Brianna I seriously don’t know what I would do with out you!!! Lol seriously you have helped me so much everything I use is because of you , so thanks so much
Thank you so much Deb! So for “anti-aging” supplements I would suggest the cymbiotika NMN, Glutathione, Omega + Astaxanthin, vitamin C. Those or even one or two of those is a great start!
Hey Brianna. Thank you for sharing these details. I have totally incorporated Cymbiotika in my health regimen the last 4 lints because of you. I purchased the Osmosis skin clarifier supplements in January and if I remembered correctly, it is good to take every two months. Should I try the Truth Treatment’s blemish repair instead? Big hug!
Love your videos and tips Bri!! I'm now also not using foundation at all, and use the same routine as you with Colorescience Flex SPF instead! I love it and will never go back!! Thanks for posting these videos and sharing such amazing products!! 💕❤️🥰💓❤️💕
Great video Brianna, it’s Thanks to you that I was introduced to great skincare for my mature @63 year old skin, my skin Thanks You Very Much, I get compliments all the time now and people don’t believe me when I tell them how old I am, I’m So Happy for You that you got out of that toxic relationship because Happiness is Everything in a Relationship, I’ve been blessed to have a Happy Marriage for 45 years and still going strong, I think it’s actually gotten better over the years because we don’t have the stress as we did when we were first married, now we’re empty nesters and can do whatever we want when we want, our children have grown and have lives of their own now But we’re still always there for them But the pressure is off. I’m intrigued by your claimed about retin A. I’m having trouble using it due to all the things you talked about. Do you have sources for the info you are giving? I’d love to dive in to this!

Brianna to be honest I do use and have for years retin 1% and works for me but thinking of switching things up with a another retinol which one do you recommend to use a few times a week? The osmosis renew or correct? Confused which to order. Also a moisturizer on top? Thank you so much Brianna ❤❤❤❤

You are absolutely beautiful! Love your videos! I hardly ever go on Facebook anymore as I can’t stand the negativity! What do you use topically that has glutathione??
Thank you so much! I use the Osmosis Replenish currently but I’m currently formulating a product that uses glutathione topically which I can’t wait to share more on! 🫶❤️

The Osmosis Gentle Calm Retinal Serum contains Bergamot oil. No go for my Rosecea skin. Is there a retinaldehyde serum or cream that is fragrance free with bare minimum ingredients and no essential oils?
Hi!! Actually the osmosis calm is made for rosacea skin and I know tons of people who that product saved their skin and really helped their rosacea. Perhaps you’re are just sensitive to essential oils which could be the issue. Suzan obagi retivance is another option though! ❤️
Hi! So Ellacor doesn’t produce peeling. But any treatment that does is a temporary inflammation and as I stated in the video it’s constant chronic and low grade inflammation that’s the problem 😊
Hey Brianna! I so appreciate what you do! Would love to know your opinion on cosmetic derma rolling. I keep thinking it's going to cause inflammation and I should stay away, but lately I'm feeling curious to try though I don't want to harm or damage my skin... what are your thoughts on the matter?♡

I really wish I could use the colorescience flex but I find their fair shade to have too much of a warm undertone. Actually I find that to be the case with a lot of tinted sunscreens. They all seem to have a much warmer/yellow undertone. I’m very fair with neutral undertones but I can get away with cool/pink undertones as well. But warm/yellow is a no go for me. If colorescience would release a better shade range it would literally be the only sunscreen I would ever buy hands down. Because I loved everything about it except the shade range ☹️
I have the same issue with every tinted sunscreen. I have been mixing the Colorescience flex with the original Colorescience, which has a pinky tone. I am able to make the combo close to my skin tone and haven't worn foundation since I started doing this.
@@jackievillalta but I feel like if I have to buy 2 bottles of sunscreen to mix together at $40/$50 each I might as well get a foundation. It’ll be cheaper 😂 we shouldn’t have to do that. They should just expand their shade range

Brianna, is there a retinal that is stronger strength than the Osmosis Renew that you recommend?. I’ve been using the Renew for about a year now. Thank you!
Hi!! I’ll give you a hint…I’m creating my own skincare line (not sure if you follow me on instagram but I’ve been sharing some of the journey over there) but my first product is launching in about 5 weeks and it’s a .2% retinaldehyde which is stronger then Renew and the formulation is AMAZING!!! So it’s coming…almost there ❤️🫶
@@BriannaStanko How exciting! Yes, I do follow you so I'll keep on the lookout. I have tried the Medik8 Crystal 10 (they have a 20% now) but strangely, it made my face break out with annoying acne every time I tried to use it. I buy most of my skincare from your site now. Best of luck to you!
"HAPPINESS"... it's all about Stress Hormone CORTISOL! Cortisol destroys Collagen - that's known. Good Rest & a good amount of sleep are one goal -> Melantonin in a low dose can help (300 mcg - 1 mg), it is in addition a very powerful antioxidant. Changing mindset is also very important - ponder, too much negative thoughts produce also negative hormones in the adrenal glands. Decelerating, slowing down, taking a break, "silent" brain are reducing aging for sure -> pro youth ^^
I love cymbiotica too bad for me the Glutathione and the supergreens chlorophyll and the protein powder give me canker sores must be something acidic in them too bad wish they had pill option, otherwise their supplements are good. I use several of them.
I found the holy grail combo! I use the skinceuticals AGE eye complex during the day….and the cosmedix Elite eye Doctor at night with the truth treatments c balm over top 🙌🏼💯

@@jackievillalta but I feel like if I have to buy 2 bottles of sunscreen to mix together at $40/$50 each I might as well get a foundation. It’ll be cheaper 😂 we shouldn’t have to do that. They should just expand their shade range
@@BossBrookeArmstrong but they last twice as long!! That’s the way I look at it!! I love mixing combos!! No more foundation and great coverage for me.
@@Cgirlonmoon1 to each their own I guess. I just don’t feel like it’s worth it to have to buy 2 bottles of sunscreens to mix together. They should just expand their shade range. But it’s not my place to tell anyone how to spend their money lol
I don’t care for the Colorscience spf. It’s thick and gets funky near my eyebrows
So do you believe in the whole blue light protection debate?
"HAPPINESS"... it's all about Stress Hormone CORTISOL!
Cortisol destroys Collagen - that's known.
Good Rest & a good amount of sleep are one goal
-> Melantonin in a low dose can help
(300 mcg - 1 mg), it is in addition a very powerful antioxidant.
Changing mindset is also very important - ponder, too much negative thoughts produce also negative hormones in the adrenal glands.
Decelerating, slowing down, taking a break, "silent" brain are reducing aging for sure
-> pro youth ^^
The brunette hair in the thumbnail looks so stunning on you wow
Thanks!
I love cymbiotica too bad for me the Glutathione and the supergreens chlorophyll and the protein powder give me canker sores must be something acidic in them too bad wish they had pill option, otherwise their supplements are good. I use several of them.
Oh that’s a bummer!
If one could only afford the vit c or glutathione on a monthly/long term basis, which would you recommend?? Wish I could swing both 😊
Hi!! I would stay on glutathione forever personally 🫶❤️
@@BriannaStanko awesome, thank you

Love you too! 🫶
Your under eyes are beyond belief. How do you do it?!
Thank you!!! I just use good eye creams daily and once a year Fraxel under my eyes ❤️🫶
@@BriannaStanko which ones? Do you alternate?
@@MyMaria1224 I know she often talks about Skinceuticals A G E eye complex.
I found the holy grail combo! I use the skinceuticals AGE eye complex during the day….and the cosmedix Elite eye Doctor at night with the truth treatments c balm over top 🙌🏼💯
@@BriannaStanko Thank you!
