Yes! These are the things that helped me when I was over 300 pounds. I am not still at my goal weight, but now I am onlyn40 pounds away. I've lost over 150. You can all do your best and don't compare because you can do it. Believe in yourself and listen to Ms Work in Progress' advice. Well done again on the weight loss and increased strength.
I had to stop for 4 days because of some medical reasons. Today is my 9th day. Honestly just one week i saw results already, and I didnt alter my diet much. Thanks for this.

I also did the low impact moves because to start it was challenging. I got better as the days went by. When you say you did the “Chloe Ting: Two week abs” challenge..did you only do the one video? The “do this everyday to lose weight” video? I’m asking this because on her website..it’s got like 5 different videos for this challenge and there’s a workout schedule you are supposed to follow. Like it tells you what videos to do on what day & most of the days have 2+ videos to do for the day. Also did your results come from just doing that one video? The “do this everyday to lose weight video”? Cuz I’m not to much different from your starting weight with this video & really trying time lose weight. Thanks in advance.
Hey alot of Chloe's workouts are quite repetitive. like u will find some of the same videos in different workout programs that she has. Which I find ok becuz one exercise can target diff areas of ur body. I was a little confused at first too. but yea on her site u will find the entire program with all the workouts u should complete in the day (sometime 2 or 3 ). I did what I could. I think I mentioned in my video that I did the low impact version like for all the workouts and I wasn't told hard on meself. I just stuck with it. hope that helps
