The only reason why i do exercises at night is because that’s when everyone in my house is asleep and i’m too embarrassed to do it in front of my parents hahaha
ive started 2 weeks ago and feel great doing these 🤘!!! Tips i have: •dont over do it. Work at your own pace •cut down the main workout to 30 seconds if you cant complete it •replace sets with a different one you can do •drink water before, while, and after the workout •do this 2-4 hours before bed if you wanna have a good night's rest •do anything you can to stay motivated •just know you will reach your goal someday :)

I try to do different exercises every session. In many years of working out I learned a few things: -you will not look like your idols but you will feel better looking in the mirror after some time -give yourself time, you will not be fit after 1 workout -most important thing! You always need to contract your muscles while doing one certain exercise. Learn to breathe correctly. When you relax inhale, when you contract the muscle exhale, always with your tummy, this will make a huge difference. -last tip is to never give up, it will be hard but it will be worth it. I did your exercises yesterday, and tonight I was tired and didn’t really want to do them. But then I thought, it’s only eight minutes. So, I turned on the video and did the 8 minutes. Thank you so much for making this simple and I can see it as something that I can stick with.
How did you do all these exercises in eight minutes ... It takes me at least 30 minutes and I also do these in the morning ... I am sixty five and also walk a miles a day
This workout really worked I lost 10 pounds in a month with a little bit of diet I would highly recommend u this and please avoid sugary drinks if u really want to loose some weight.

I started tonight: October 25, 2019 I'll end November 25, 2019. I'll come back to this comment and share my results....wish me luck! Update: I took an extra week because of thanksgiving. In my thighs I lost 1.3 inches each Waist: lost 4.2 inches! (I don't even understand how lol) Stomach (biggest part): 2.4 inches I didn't change what I was eating. Honestly, I think being consistent did it. Very pleased.

Adrian, I wish you well. If you don't mind me suggesting, ask to your doctor before starting since exercises can create blood pressure issues toward the head... like push ups. I think you may need to let the surgical wound heal a bit more before exercising.. may be stretch lightly.. that helps with circulation and sleeping and weight management too... My trainer was very cautious about things like that. :)
I’ve been doing this for 10 days now & I feel stronger. The push ups I do on the wall standing until I can do regular ones. But over all I feel great I also have changed my eating habits. This works thanks Bright side
I'm already seeing a difference! I've done this roughly for about 5 days, I do it first thing in the morning though instead of before bed because I feel that it works better for me.
I started this yesterday and I woke feeling great... I usually wake up several times s night but I slept like a baby.... I’m getting ready to do my next workout wish my luck for this one💕
I definitely discovered a change in my belly, legs, and my flexibility after 4 days :) tysm for this easy but still challenging and quick exercise lol 😂

Ok I will Share My 30 days experience. 2 Days : Feeling so much pain in my shoulders and in thigs... If your thinking to start this plz do it 1-2 hours before going to bed bcz just after doing these exercises you will not be able to sleep. After 30 days : Loving the exercises...very helpful You can try.......All the best 👍😌
hey! I started this workout 01/06/20 and will come back in a month to see how its made me feel! and after this workout I will do a bedtime yoga routine as well. update: it is currently 02/12/20 and I did it most days but there was a few I skipped, I'm honestly a little bored of it by now and I still can't do all the pushups but i feel stronger!

I think this exercise fit me... As a full time mom, i really dont have time to go out for a gym or outdoor exercise and i gain weight over n over. I love to do this before bedtime exercises when kids are already sleeping. That's the only time i can spend for myself. 😊 thank u so much

I Started December 17 and will end January 17 I will keep u guys updated throughout time Day one: my whole body was shaking and I was very sore the next day ~ I will see you tomorrow :P Day two: it was a little bit easier but not too easy (for now I only do about 3-6 push-ups but I don't do plank-ups it's just too hard for me but I do everything else) ~ i will see you tomorrow ☆ Make sure to drink water before, during and after your work-out Day three: It's not as hard or as tiring as Day two... now I can do more push-ups and my body doesn't shake or hurt (but still no plank-ups) This day has been good ~ I will see you tomorrow ^^ Day four: I've notice that everyday it gets a little easier and I st a little more stronger too (still don't do the plank-ups but a few push-ups) Do not forget to drink water.. it is very important ~ I will see you tommorow :3 Day five: now i can go lower in the Standing crossover toe touches stretch and I'm seeing a little bit of changes...... I'm doing some push-ups and some with your knees resting but still no plank-ups ~ I will see you tomorrow °-° Day six: I can go lower on the Standing crossover toe touches stretch and the donkey kicks are getting easier...... now I do push-ups but the easier version when you rest your knee's on the ground.... but still no plank-ups but hopefully I'll get there soon ~ I will see you tommorow :D Day seven: I feel like the time goes faster and I get less tired..... i only did 30 mins on squats cause I did an activity today and my arms n' legs are sore ~I will see you guys tommorow ◇ Day eight: I could barely do arm circles, the day before i went to a trampoline park so my arms are very very very sore and I was screaming in pain when I tried to do it, well I did a few, and atleast I tried, my left leg is also a tiny tiny bit sore so it wasn't the easiest to do High knees but I did it complete. It was also very hard and tiring because like I said my body it sore..... but somehow I ended up completing it. Ok so again like I said my whole body is the sorest it has ever been (mostly my arms) so I tried to do plank-ups and push-ups but couldn't....... my arms couldn't handle it but I did the squats and donkey kicks and everything else..... i don't know how I did it but by the end of the day I did it and that's all that matters *FRIENDLY REMINDER:Do not forget to drink water before during and after your work-out:) ~I will we you guys tommorow ;) Day nine: I did arm circles even tho my arms are still sore but I cope with the pain. I also only did 30 seconds of squats just because I'm still not used to it and my body is still a bit sore, same on the push-ups I'm still not used to it and only did 30 secs ~ I will see you tomorrow Day ten: I only did 30 secs of squats because I feel like it's the best for me and I don't wanna over do it and force my self, I also only did 30 seconds of the modified version of push-ups Day eleven: did 30 secs of squats because I am very tired and like I said yesterday I don't wanna force my body :) and did 25 secs on the modified version of push-ups ~ I will see you tommorow :-{ Day twelve: I feel good, if u are doing this and do not see changes, don't worry u will see them soon remember thay do not push yourself to do stuff your body isn't used to or ready for yet.... take it slow and you will get used to it. Never give up, u will make it ~ I will see you tommorow ^•^ Day thirteenth: this is ACTULLY working so far so if u are new please keep on and don't give up I am seeing good changes and my strength is getting better too~ I will see you tomorrow =) Tip: *I saw on Pinterest that if you eat an orange before u do exercise it will prevent soreness* Day fourteen: I've been concentrating really good on this, and everyday it's easier and faster, and when I do push-ups I don't get tired as much ~I will see you tomorrow >_< Day fifteen: I am starting to really like this work-out and enjoying it...…. I don't get sore as often as before I started it ~ I will see you tomorrow *-* Day sixteen (Thursday) My flexibility has increase a lot...… the toe touching exercise was perfect cause I really needed it and I always forgot to do it.... Now sixteen day later I can almost reach my toes when before my back hurt very badly when I bended down, but now I am used to it ~ I will see you tomorrow ^-^ Day seventeen: I couldn't do much push-ups because I didn't have much strength today but I did everything else perfect ~ I will see you tomorrow :-) So it's supposed to be day nineteen but I was very tired and was lying down in my bed and it was 12:00 a.m at night and I had been out for about 5 hours so I was extremely tired so I will still add tommorow as day nineteen and do an extra day so I will end on January 18 not 17 ~Thank you Day nineteen:So I did my workout at 1pm and I felt great the rest of the day, some days i will probably do them earlier ~I will see you tommorow :3 Day twenty: Today I did it with my twin sister and she'll start doing it with me The 19 of this month (January 19) but she'll do it from now on so she won't be sore and so she can get used to it ~ I will see you tommorow :P Day twenty-one: My sister did half of this with me and I did it late at night but still did it and had a good night sleep ~ I will see you tomorrow:> Day twenty-three: I did this early and quick, I feel better when I do ~ I will see you tomorrow:] Day twenty-four: I feel like when I (personally) do it early like mid afternoon is when I have more energy and want to do it... so if u don't feel like doing it late at night, I recommend to do like at 5-7 pm ~ I will see you tomorrow: Day twenty-five: I did this at 11pm very late at night but I wasn't out of energy so I did it, and completed it all ~ I will see you tomorrow:9 Day twenty-six: I did this after a day of going to a party and eating very good food so after this work-out I feel great ~ I will see you tomorrow :\ Day twenty-Seven: I did this right before bed with my sister and felt great and didn't have trouble sleeping ~ I will see you tomorrow ;-) Day twenty-eight: every day it get easier and faster and today my body isn't shaking as much as the rest of the day ~ I will see you tomorrow -_- Day twenty-nine: I did this at 9-10am right before my morning shower and felt so energized and refreshed the entire day ~ I will see you tomorrow >_< Day thirty: I had more energy yesterday when I did it in the morning...... I have decided to try to do the work-out in the morning I have more energy and strength, play I have the whole day work-out free ~ I will see you tomorrow:[ Day thirty-one;- i did it today also before another shower and felt energized..... I even forget now if or when I do them, it's going to fast I can't remember anymore ~ I will see you tomorrow:9 Day thirty-two: I did day thirty-two because I missed a day and needed to do an extra so that is why I did day thirty-two, anyhow I already did pile squats 30 secs and modified version of push-ups and arm circles because I did this 15 minute indoor walking exercise from a video (channel: Holly dolke) I absolutely recommend doing this walking work-out because it is much easier the exercise one this video, anyhow I wont be doing the exercises I mentioned earlier but still will be doing the one form the rest one the video.... also starting tomorrow I will do the other exercise and I'm not sure if I will be doing this one, if I do I will be doing them both at the same time (i will be doing this exercise but not sure if it will be everyday anyhow and i don't do it everyday I will definitely be doing the crossover toe everyday) until then ~ I will see you next time ^.^ 1.17.20
I've been doing this exercise routine nightly for almost two weeks now (before I was doing sporadic exercises and not habitually). It definitely helps me get better sleep and it's a great low-impact routine so I don't wake anyone up at night before my shower and bedtime. Thanks for this video, I'm going to keep doing it -- can't wait until i can do the full minute of pushups and plank ups without little rests hahaha 😄

This was a fabulous video. I just did the entire eight minutes, found I’m out of breath, realized what bad shape I am in and so I am going to do this for 30 days before I go to bed and thank you so much because I can always find eight minutes but if I had to do half an hour I would probably quit.
Didn’t go the way I thought, after 10 days my knee started hurting so badly, I went to a doctor and found out that I needed to get my knee replaced. So I am now re-having a new total knee replacement. Once I’m done I’m going to go back to that eight minute video and see if I can do it.
I go 2 the gym at night around 1230 a.m that's because I'm a nurse and get off late plus it's better because it be empty asf or sometimes I come home and workout 4 20 mins

I'm sweating a lot, it makes me feel refreshed. Thank you Bright Side. I am working most of the time, even weekends, I have a little time exercising or going to the gym, but this helps and motivates me to start exercising all over again.
I did this and went to bed all adrenalized and didn’t get to sleep til 3am!!! Great exercises tho... I’ll do them first thing in the morning from now on 😉
Agree with you. Exercising before bed is a bad idea. I can't also do any physical activity and caffeine in the evening. You know your body better, so exercise in the day time.
This looks easy!! I am gonna give it a try Current weight: 90kgs I am gonna include more greens and veggies in my diet, try to cut out refined carbs, noo sodas, more home-cooked meals. Drop a like to remind me to continue doing this for a month

Edit (again) after 1 month Well, I feel my thighs and glutes tighter, I don't know if there is a change of my belly but I don't measure my whole body yet. Just keep working
Hey thanks for this video! Just started 2 weeks ago and lost 1 kg (2 pounds) :-) More than that I feel a lot better. I am going to keep going to lose around 3 more kgs. Just sharing my experience in (not so) brief below for anybody looking to begin - - Doing this to feel more active and reduce the weird body aches and cramps (more than losing weight). Since I work from home, been leading a very sedentary life for the past 6-8 months which is the major culprit. - I actually started 3 weeks ago by just moving around the house a bit more and trying a few stretches. - Started these exercises religiously 2 weeks ago. I can't do all of them together. So I split between morning and before going to bed. Arm circles, high knees, squats and planks in the morning. A few squats and the stretches before bed. - Could hardly hold a plank for more than 5 seconds the first week. But I still tried at least 2-3 times every day. Yesterday for the 1st time was able to hold one for 30 seconds and the next one for 1 full minute! - Started with 10 squats and slowly worked my way to 20 yesterday. - Haven't tried push-ups or crunches or anything else. Taking it slow. Also haven't made any changes to my diet. I have always had two home-cooked meals apart from milk coffee in the morning and maybe one snack. Had one cheat day per week - pizza and burger :) - Once I started feeling better, for the past one week I have also added in 10 minutes of cardio dance workout. I have procrastinated too long. But now that I have started it's quite addictive. All the best to everyone. Start and keep going. ps: I will update every week.
I've been doing this for a few nights now. No weight changes but I can do more and more of the exercises every day. It's crazy how fast you get stronger! I'll let you all know if I see any weight differences.

I like to do my routine exercises at night, my fav time of the day while watching tv and stretching before sleep! I guess these help me to sleep easily at night and maintain my body shape.

I have been doing them for almost a month tomorrow is the last day these exercise routine does really work if you don't eat much junk food and stuff like that. If you do eat junk food like me it does work but it just helps you to keep in fit so I definitely do recommend this and it does work.
This isnt definite but from my understanding, we should breathe in when we are exerting force such a stretching a muscle and breathe out when we are at the relax stage which is usually accopanied with a pause. To give you a better idea, during push-ups, one should breathe in when we go down, and breathe out when we push all the way up. This is the general principle you can use for all exercises.
First time trying this, had to modify some of the upper body moves, but gives me a reason to come back till I get through without modifications. Second day working out before bed rather than in the morning. Haven't figured out my preference yet though 😂

I’m gonna try to do this every day starting from 21 November until 21 December. Remind me to leave an update everyday Day one 〜 It was a little shaky and I couldn’t do any push ups or plank ups. My legs felt pretty sore the next day Day two 〜 A little bit easier than last time. I was able to do modified push ups for 30 secs. I woke up feeling really energised the next day. Day three 〜 I noticed that my legs are starting to get slimmer! And they don’t feel sore anymore. :D Update: I’m a failure sorry 😂
@@aaliyahcastillo9330 I'm currently doing this too (completed day 2) and both times I wasn't sore, I'm doing another exercise program during the day too but I'm not sore tho. Everyone's body is different and it also depends if you workout or not. I do think that this workout shouldn't make you sore since it's a low impact one but like I said, everyone's body is different

I needed a hip surgery, so I am a little behind where I thought I would be. But I will return to them and let you know how it’s going.
This workout really worked I lost 10 pounds in a month with a little bit of diet I would highly recommend u this and please avoid sugary drinks if u really want to loose some weight.

Adrian, I wish you well. If you don't mind me suggesting, ask to your doctor before starting since exercises can create blood pressure issues toward the head... like push ups. I think you may need to let the surgical wound heal a bit more before exercising.. may be stretch lightly.. that helps with circulation and sleeping and weight management too... My trainer was very cautious about things like that. :)
I’ve been doing this for 10 days now & I feel stronger. The push ups I do on the wall standing until I can do regular ones. But over all I feel great I also have changed my eating habits. This works thanks Bright side

I'm already seeing a difference! I've done this roughly for about 5 days, I do it first thing in the morning though instead of before bed because I feel that it works better for me.

If your thinking to start this plz do it 1-2 hours before going to bed bcz just after doing these exercises you will not be able to sleep.

Day one: my whole body was shaking and I was very sore the next day ~ I will see you tomorrow :P
Day two: it was a little bit easier but not too easy (for now I only do about 3-6 push-ups but I don't do plank-ups it's just too hard for me but I do everything else) ~ i will see you tomorrow ☆
Make sure to drink water before, during and after your work-out
Day three: It's not as hard or as tiring as Day two... now I can do more push-ups and my body doesn't shake or hurt (but still no plank-ups) This day has been good ~ I will see you tomorrow ^^
Day four: I've notice that everyday it gets a little easier and I st a little more stronger too (still don't do the plank-ups but a few push-ups) Do not forget to drink water.. it is very important ~ I will see you tommorow :3
Day five: now i can go lower in the Standing crossover toe touches stretch and I'm seeing a little bit of changes...... I'm doing some push-ups and some with your knees resting but still no plank-ups ~ I will see you tomorrow °-°
Day six: I can go lower on the Standing crossover toe touches stretch and the donkey kicks are getting easier...... now I do push-ups but the easier version when you rest your knee's on the ground.... but still no plank-ups but hopefully I'll get there soon ~ I will see you tommorow :D
Day seven: I feel like the time goes faster and I get less tired..... i only did 30 mins on squats cause I did an activity today and my arms n' legs are sore ~I will see you guys tommorow ◇
Day eight: I could barely do arm circles, the day before i went to a trampoline park so my arms are very very very sore and I was screaming in pain when I tried to do it, well I did a few, and atleast I tried, my left leg is also a tiny tiny bit sore so it wasn't the easiest to do High knees but I did it complete. It was also very hard and tiring because like I said my body it sore..... but somehow I ended up completing it. Ok so again like I said my whole body is the sorest it has ever been (mostly my arms) so I tried to do plank-ups and push-ups but couldn't....... my arms couldn't handle it but I did the squats and donkey kicks and everything else..... i don't know how I did it but by the end of the day I did it and that's all that matters *FRIENDLY REMINDER:Do not forget to drink water before during and after your work-out:) ~I will we you guys tommorow ;)
Day nine: I did arm circles even tho my arms are still sore but I cope with the pain. I also only did 30 seconds of squats just because I'm still not used to it and my body is still a bit sore, same on the push-ups I'm still not used to it and only did 30 secs ~ I will see you tomorrow
Day ten: I only did 30 secs of squats because I feel like it's the best for me and I don't wanna over do it and force my self, I also only did 30 seconds of the modified version of push-ups
Day eleven: did 30 secs of squats because I am very tired and like I said yesterday I don't wanna force my body :) and did 25 secs on the modified version of push-ups ~ I will see you tommorow :-{
Day twelve: I feel good, if u are doing this and do not see changes, don't worry u will see them soon remember thay do not push yourself to do stuff your body isn't used to or ready for yet.... take it slow and you will get used to it. Never give up, u will make it ~ I will see you tommorow ^•^
Day thirteenth: this is ACTULLY working so far so if u are new please keep on and don't give up I am seeing good changes and my strength is getting better too~ I will see you tomorrow =)
Tip: *I saw on Pinterest that if you eat an orange before u do exercise it will prevent soreness*
Day fourteen: I've been concentrating really good on this, and everyday it's easier and faster, and when I do push-ups I don't get tired as much ~I will see you tomorrow >_<
Day fifteen: I am starting to really like this work-out and enjoying it...…. I don't get sore as often as before I started it ~ I will see you tomorrow *-*
Day sixteen (Thursday) My flexibility has increase a lot...… the toe touching exercise was perfect cause I really needed it and I always forgot to do it.... Now sixteen day later I can almost reach my toes when before my back hurt very badly when I bended down, but now I am used to it ~ I will see you tomorrow ^-^
Day seventeen: I couldn't do much push-ups because I didn't have much strength today but I did everything else perfect ~ I will see you tomorrow :-)
So it's supposed to be day nineteen but I was very tired and was lying down in my bed and it was 12:00 a.m at night and I had been out for about 5 hours so I was extremely tired so I will still add tommorow as day nineteen and do an extra day so I will end on January 18 not 17 ~Thank you

Day thirty-two: I did day thirty-two because I missed a day and needed to do an extra so that is why I did day thirty-two, anyhow I already did pile squats 30 secs and modified version of push-ups and arm circles because I did this 15 minute indoor walking exercise from a video (channel: Holly dolke) I absolutely recommend doing this walking work-out because it is much easier the exercise one this video, anyhow I wont be doing the exercises I mentioned earlier but still will be doing the one form the rest one the video.... also starting tomorrow I will do the other exercise and I'm not sure if I will be doing this one, if I do I will be doing them both at the same time (i will be doing this exercise but not sure if it will be everyday anyhow and i don't do it everyday I will definitely be doing the crossover toe everyday) until then ~ I will see you next time ^.^ 1.17.20

I've been doing this exercise routine nightly for almost two weeks now (before I was doing sporadic exercises and not habitually). It definitely helps me get better sleep and it's a great low-impact routine so I don't wake anyone up at night before my shower and bedtime. Thanks for this video, I'm going to keep doing it -- can't wait until i can do the full minute of pushups and plank ups without little rests hahaha 😄

This was a fabulous video. I just did the entire eight minutes, found I’m out of breath, realized what bad shape I am in and so I am going to do this for 30 days before I go to bed and thank you so much because I can always find eight minutes but if I had to do half an hour I would probably quit.

Didn’t go the way I thought, after 10 days my knee started hurting so badly, I went to a doctor and found out that I needed to get my knee replaced. So I am now re-having a new total knee replacement. Once I’m done I’m going to go back to that eight minute video and see if I can do it.

Hey thanks for this video! Just started 2 weeks ago and lost 1 kg (2 pounds) :-) More than that I feel a lot better. I am going to keep going to lose around 3 more kgs. Just sharing my experience in (not so) brief below for anybody looking to begin -
- Doing this to feel more active and reduce the weird body aches and cramps (more than losing weight). Since I work from home, been leading a very sedentary life for the past 6-8 months which is the major culprit.
- I actually started 3 weeks ago by just moving around the house a bit more and trying a few stretches.
- Started these exercises religiously 2 weeks ago. I can't do all of them together. So I split between morning and before going to bed. Arm circles, high knees, squats and planks in the morning. A few squats and the stretches before bed.
- Could hardly hold a plank for more than 5 seconds the first week. But I still tried at least 2-3 times every day. Yesterday for the 1st time was able to hold one for 30 seconds and the next one for 1 full minute!
- Started with 10 squats and slowly worked my way to 20 yesterday.
- Haven't tried push-ups or crunches or anything else. Taking it slow. Also haven't made any changes to my diet. I have always had two home-cooked meals apart from milk coffee in the morning and maybe one snack. Had one cheat day per week - pizza and burger :)
- Once I started feeling better, for the past one week I have also added in 10 minutes of cardio dance workout.
I have procrastinated too long. But now that I have started it's quite addictive. All the best to everyone. Start and keep going.

I just did this workout but only 20 seconds for some of them and the cooldown was so appreciated. I'm ready to sleep already. Wow. Amazing.
Great workout, I really enjoyed it. At first i was like no way this looks too easy but as I kept going the workout got more and more intense. I really recommend this workout.

I am getting better sleep, I have more energy in the morning, and I’m planning to step up the routine another week , just include more exercises and more time doing them. I haven’t weighed myself , I will weigh myself around 3/12/2021

I have been doing them for almost a month tomorrow is the last day these exercise routine does really work if you don't eat much junk food and stuff like that. If you do eat junk food like me it does work but it just helps you to keep in fit so I definitely do recommend this and it does work.

I was looking to see when you’re supposed to breathe out and breathe in when doing each exercise. Thank you.
This isnt definite but from my understanding, we should breathe in when we are exerting force such a stretching a muscle and breathe out when we are at the relax stage which is usually accopanied with a pause. To give you a better idea, during push-ups, one should breathe in when we go down, and breathe out when we push all the way up. This is the general principle you can use for all exercises.

First time trying this, had to modify some of the upper body moves, but gives me a reason to come back till I get through without modifications. Second day working out before bed rather than in the morning. Haven't figured out my preference yet though 😂

Day one 〜 It was a little shaky and I couldn’t do any push ups or plank ups. My legs felt pretty sore the next day
Day two 〜 A little bit easier than last time. I was able to do modified push ups for 30 secs. I woke up feeling really energised the next day.
Day three 〜 I noticed that my legs are starting to get slimmer! And they don’t feel sore anymore. :D
Update: I’m a failure sorry 😂

@@aaliyahcastillo9330 I'm currently doing this too (completed day 2) and both times I wasn't sore, I'm doing another exercise program during the day too but I'm not sore tho. Everyone's body is different and it also depends if you workout or not. I do think that this workout shouldn't make you sore since it's a low impact one but like I said, everyone's body is different
