Please stop using that thin comb. You need a wider tooth one. And be gentle. Your hair is always growing, you're just not retaining the length. I use flaxseed as my gel...no need to rinse.

I tried cutting out meat and it seemed like it was working but one year later developed eye problems as well as anemia and other blood related deficiencies. I had to go back on meat and then tried giving up sugar and grains like bread , rice , pasta, corn potatoes and that's what helped me go from 34 waist to a 28 inch waist. I also gave up milk coffee anything that has phytic acid and tannin like tea and coffee and I drink only water about 5 to 6 pints. My cholesterol plummeted with no meat but I looked pale and my face became old looking.
Why not drink it all with the fiber? Fiber is good for you. Also u will feel more fuller. When do u suggest to drink it? Best time.
I leave it in. I don't wash it out. It works for me. I also added fresh rosemary to the boiling seeds.

Results published in 2012 from two major Harvard University studies-the Nurses’ Health Study, which followed the diets of about 120,000 30- to 55-year-old women starting in 1976, and the Health Professionals Follow-Up Study, which followed about 50,000 men aged 40 to 75-found that the consumption of both processed and unprocessed red meat appeared to be associated with an increased risk of dying from cancer and heart disease, as well as shortened life spans overall-a conclusion reached even after controlling for age, weight, alcohol consumption, exercise, smoking, family history, caloric intake, and even the intake of whole plant foods, such as whole grains, fruits, and vegetables. The findings suggest there may be something harmful in the meat itself. The largest study of diet and health was co-sponsored by the National Institutes of Health and the American Association of Retired Persons. Over a decade, researchers followed about 545,000 men and women aged 50 to 71 and came to the same conclusion as the Harvard researchers: Meat consumption was associated with increased risk of dying from cancer, dying from heart disease, and dying prematurely in general. Again, this was after controlling for other diet and lifestyle factors. Alzheimer’s disease risk may also be affected by meat consumption. In Japan, the prevalence of Alzheimer’s has shot up over the past few decades, thought to be due to the shift from a traditional rice-and-vegetable-based diet to one featuring triple the dairy and six times the meat. The lowest validated rates of Alzheimer’s disease in the world are found in rural India, where people tend to eat plant-based diets centered on grains and vegetables. In the United States, those who don’t eat meat (including poultry and fish) appear to cut their risk of developing dementia in half, and the longer meat is avoided, the lower dementia risk appears to fall.

Boil cloves, fenugreek and rosemary, for 20 minutes, then add flaxseeds to make your gel. Then add glycerine and any essential oils of your choice . Apply it to damp hair, leave it it and your moisture cream and seal it with oil, you really don’t have to wash it out.

Here’s a tip from a friendly who has used flaxseed gel for three years. When you make your flaxseed gel strain it while it’s hot and let it sit. This will save you so much time and you won’t have to deal with the mess! Also, use a applicator bottle to apply your gel, this will also save time. My last tip is to leave the gel on your hair and braid it or twist it, this will help you retain length. Reapply the gel to your ends every other day for a nice hard coat that will keep those ends from breaking . I hope this helps! ❤ My last haircut was in 2020 and I cut it to chest length and did this routine, my hair is now touching my tailbone. Before I just used the gel randomly but now it’s my bestie!

I just made mine yesterday and I did it like that. I think Bre Hall did a video. But it was so easy I wish I would have boiled mine 8 mins but I did 6 mins because I was scared it was going to be to thick I got the 6 mins idea from another youtuber who might have done the same thing. You know, straining it while still hot.
I walk every day 1/2 hrs with my dog 🐕 it’s a fantastic exercise, every morning.

Don't rinse it out. When I do mine every day...I follow with oil. My hair grew 1 inch in 2 weeks. No breakage. Try a wide-tooth comb and you won't break what you are growing.

I started 2 weeks ago, 4km per day in the morning 7 days a week, lost a couple of kg.. but more importantly, I feel so much better. Also sleeping really good, and I get tired at 10-11pm, and wake up fresh at 5-6am. So easy to do, just find a route where you have lots of stuff to look at along the way, I am walking next to a river! 👍

Flaxseed doesn't work for my hair, I have better curl definition with black soap and Vaseline, no one has talked about you handle the smell
I made some yesterday for the first time. The smell is in the pure gel, but after applying it in the hair, I couldn't smell it anymore. Have you tried adding a few drops of essential oils to it? I've seen some others do that to give it a nice scent.

I walked/jogged 2 miles for 4 days a week over a period of about 6 months and I lost 30lbs. No change in diet Keep going. 4lbs a month would be nearly 50lbs in a year.
