Breakfast: Yogurt with granola or assorted fruit w/almonds or something and NO JUICE JUST WATER Lunch: sandwich with cheese and lettuce (I usually put one piece of cheese and 2 little leaves things of lettuce but u do u boo) and I put a few baby carrots and some 12 grapes and a granola bar Snacks: Either carrots and ranch, fiber one bars, trail mix, toasted almonds, apples w/pb, celery stalks, stuff like dat Dinner: My mom makes random stuff lol but what I do is say you are having Pasta, don't much add sauce, spare the meatballs, and don't eat crazy amounts of it, or if u havin fried rice ask for more veggies in there, or something simple like assorted vegetables with rice and stuff yeah
what I do: eat nothing all day apart from a little bit of cold water and tea/dinner. before I eat dinner I drink cold water to make me more full so I don't each much food. it's been 2 days so far and I'm kind of already seeing results :) I'll keep you updated in a couple of weeks

Mary Hernandez Claw/Arcade just don't eat beans in the can. All the can food isn't good for you. And there are alot of foods out there that doesn't require fatty ingredients. I use to eat those foods but now I hardly do and still have satisfying meals.

i disagree completely.... if you eat your caloric deficit for the day, doesn't matter what time it is. now if you go over your calories, than yes you will gain some water weight.
