      Miso soup is healthy for the digestive system and super quick and easy make almost about 10 minutes, it also prevents breakouts, and acne. I could also put down a link to how to lose weight with only stretches that ballerinas do.

      You need to each large amounts of veggies with healthy fats, and then a bit of protein. Just that. Chocolate (76% and up) and fruit are the only sweets you should eat.

    He is wrong about beans and lentil , they initially do cause gas and bloating but when you eat it daily your body learns to digest it without causing gas you can look it up , you have to eat beans and lentils more often if you don't want the bloating and beans are lentils are very good for you they have folate and calcium and fiber which you need

      He was talking about canned beans/lentil. If you make it fresh it is no problem. It is the canned ones high in sodium. He is right check out the sodium level on these canned foods it is outrageous.

      If you soak beans and lentils overnight, then discard the liquid they were soaking in before you cook them, there will be no gas. This really works.

      VIP X ARMY with chewing gum there's mixed "science" out there. There's what's in this video and there's also that it's ideal to chew gum when you feel hungry but you know you aren't because of what you ate earlier. This it to avoid snacking. I find that chewing him really helps me not eat when I know there's no way I can be hungry even if I feel hungry. Unless I'm just thirst because I'm so bad at telling the difference.

      Just dont drink water before you eat. It washes away stomach acid that you need to digest food. Eat, wait 30 mins then drink water all day.

      Mari Ya don't give it up. When you start a different diet, your body is like "wtf" and stores fat. Cut back on rice, noodles and other grains. But beans, lentils and cabbage are by no means bad for you.

    I'm not agree with #9. I'm a health conscious Vegan, I've been eating beans, lentils, cabbage and wheat (...plus all kinds of grains and veggies). My belly is flat, my high school uniform fits me today perfectly (graduated in 1983). Just stay away from highly PROCESSED food, FAST FOOD and SUGAR :)

    You can't eat no more than 12,000 calories. Drink 8 cups of water each day.Eat anything with low sugar and that has more protein.

    if it seems helpful u can follow my eating routine!!! (im vegetarian but u can make it work if u are not!)
    Breakfast: Yogurt with granola or assorted fruit w/almonds or something and NO JUICE JUST WATER
    Lunch: sandwich with cheese and lettuce (I usually put one piece of cheese and 2 little leaves things of lettuce but u do u boo) and I put a few baby carrots and some 12 grapes and a granola bar
    Snacks: Either carrots and ranch, fiber one bars, trail mix, toasted almonds, apples w/pb, celery stalks, stuff like dat
    Dinner: My mom makes random stuff lol but what I do is say you are having Pasta, don't much add sauce, spare the meatballs, and don't eat crazy amounts of it, or if u havin fried rice ask for more veggies in there, or something simple like assorted vegetables with rice and stuff yeah

    what I do:
    eat nothing all day apart from a little bit of cold water and tea/dinner.
    before I eat dinner I drink cold water to make me more full so I don't each much food.
    it's been 2 days so far and I'm kind of already seeing results :)
    I'll keep you updated in a couple of weeks

      supermegagirl2020 I don't mean to shock you but many people weren't introduced to fruits and veggies growing up, which is why some people might be unsure of what to eat. They probably only heard of apples and bananas from learning the alphabet. I know many people who have eaten any fruits or veggies in their life because they're parents never bothered to feed em healthy food. I on the other hand grew up eating a wide variety of fruits and veggies.

    *Guys just saying something if you 100% will follow this video...*
    1. Beans and other bean like things (Carbs) are not really unhealthy and make you have “a big stomach” Carbs have the nutrients you need with calcium and vitamins , same as Green Tea and other organic drinks.. they actually help with an hourglass body.
    2. Drinks that have a lot of gas in it are very unhealthy but sparkling water drinks do not affect you at all. Depends on which ones your buying, they just help you 💩 better.
    But it’s your decision. I’m just giving out this info because I’ve been reading a lot about body shapes and stuff and I’m learning.. I also recommend to search some of these things up before making a move because not everything true maybe even ask your doctor..I’m also on a diet and working out to get that body I want, good luck!✌🏽💕🙂. (btw if you want any tips comment and ask down below I really am studying about this 😉😁)

      Mary Hernandez Claw/Arcade just don't eat beans in the can. All the can food isn't good for you. And there are alot of foods out there that doesn't require fatty ingredients. I use to eat those foods but now I hardly do and still have satisfying meals.

      No, exercising isn't enough. You need to eat healthier, too, but this video is complete bull. Just eat right and good portions and you'll lose weight. You need to set goals, like "I'll lose 3 pounds this week," (the amount you should lose in a week).

    yes you could drink more water & go for walks don't ever eat at night cause this cause u to gain weight don't eat pass 6:00 u could eat foots but not to much at night keep doing thses ull not only lose belly fat but lose body fat I lost belly & body fat a lot of fat in a month but including excise like swimming is really good or walking every day really help walking a mile or running not walking like oh I'll just get of the couch to get water walking like at a park will definitely help You .will good luck I hope You lose the belly fat u whanted & get into a healthy good shape .take my advice I love helping people I wanna because a doctor & help you !

      i disagree completely.... if you eat your caloric deficit for the day, doesn't matter what time it is. now if you go over your calories, than yes you will gain some water weight.
