How is it 15 mins if it's only 14 mins if random facts
Fun fact easy Pete is one of the only characters not affiliated with the legion to pronounce Caesar’s name correctly.
Banana is gone.
How come there isn’t anything about fallout 76?
There's a quest in the NCR that's unmarked but it referenced by the Wiki as "Nothin but a can of beans" or close enough. Basically you get a food sanitizer and i think some food stock for the canteen mess hall and your reward is literally a can of beans. There's no story, no consequences or slides, it just ends and serves as the worst quest in the game.
"This next fallout fact brings us back to *fallout 4* in the *megaton* settlement"
Had to scroll through here to find this comment, surely were not the only people to notice this

I was so confused
Its about easy pete sitting there
My guy cracked 3 fallout games into one
The irony of Chet being a debug character in fallout 2 and being one of the easiest glitches to exploit in early new Vegas
They called it a "debug tool" for fallout 2 but it's painful to sit through the 6 hours of mashing dialogue options in New Vegas. Not saying it detoured me, just lacking the motivation to do it again 😂
jabo i want you to tip me. like physically, not monetarily. push me over jabo, let me be your brahmin.
i love you mr anus
Let me be your Brahmin must be either the worst or the best pick up line ever. I'm not quite sure.
Dear Tomato,
You hab brought much joy to my life, and that of my wife, Mark. Very happy we are to see you colloboration with Jabo on the youtubes. If you can, please say happ birthday to my wife, Mark, Mr. ANUS.

"Maybe" from Fallout is possibly my favorite music cue in any game ever. The lyrics that go something like 'maybe you'll ask me to come back again, and maybe I'll say maybe' are perfect considering how Fallout ends, when they're awfully quick to kick out their hero.
Solid video brother, I particularly liked the parts around 4:36 and 8:55. No real reason why, they just really struck a chord with me
I wonder why
Those were my least favourites personally.

Here's a weird one: In Fallout: Brotherhood of Steel, there's a replacement for Nuka-Cola called Bawls Guarana, which is a real-world drink, and bottle caps from these drinks are worth 100 regular bottle caps (or more if your character had a high-enough barter skill to sell the bottle cap to a vendor for a higher price). This was due to a product placement deal Bawls had with Interplay, which also got the drink into another game, Run Like Hell, that Interplay published 2 years earlier.
Bawls isn't bad tbh
I’ve been drinking those since I was a kid. That’s awesome.
I love putting Bawls in my mouth
@@ieatvirgins I love bawls😏
@Lindsey Fanning bawls are awesome🤤
Fun fact almost everyone loves the dogs in fallout but in fallout 2 there is a dog companion(he follows you if you fail a check even if your companion slots are filled) called pariah dog. It runs away in every fight and decreases your luck stat until the dog is dead
A related fun fact about the Lonesome Drifter: in the base game, he is the _only_ source of the unique item called the acoustic guitar. (In the Dead Money DLC, there is another acoustic guitar in the Sierra Madre villa.)
That ain’t right feller. I found others before I know for a fact
@@dividedbyzero11 You must have a mod installed that adds other instances of the acoustic guitar. The Lonesome Drifter is the only source for the acoustic guitar in the base game. If you don't believe me, check the Fallout Wiki.
@@AidenRKrone playing on vanilla console exclusively

I'm Shoddycast, and this is my favorite video on the Citadel.
I miss your videos.
Great video Jabo!

A few of these facts u did in ur videos
We got our boy in here!
I'm gonna assume everything in this video is something you posted already
How are those caves doing?
Yoo what's up
6:00 Med-X got it's name for the same reason, it was originally morphine but several countries had issues with real drugs being represented in the game.
I think it's Australia specifically
One fun fact I discovered a while ago is that if you drink alcohol in Fallout 4 and then press E to interact with an NPC, your character will have voice lines that sound like they are drunk when they say "hey" or "s'cuse me" ect.
I've put over 800 hours into New Vegas and I've never realized the graves can make noises, probably because I always listen to the Radio :P
Phenomenal video, super informative!
I stopped listening to the radio when i visited the Courier's Mile and Metallic Monks started playing, feels good man
Metallic Monks is my fav in the whole series.
I never listen to the radio, I’ve heard the graves every single gameplay! I was always confused by it
@@caydjj Same here. I always tried to find a ghost or something. Never did of course.
I think I remember hearing the noises my 1st play through, visiting Goodsprings cemetery, but thought it sounded like a variation of the wind, and didn't think much more of it. Probably had the radio on too. Now I know better! :-)
I love the tiny, almost missable things they put into the games like the Dino toys roar, and also the little nods between games. No matter which is your favourite Fallout you can't deny that the series as a whole is fascinating and complex, and very well made.
One thing I didnt know about for the longest time was being able to interact with a trailer above cottonwood cove and dump radiation barrels down on it, which i beleive kills everyone in the area. Also a side note for the companion quests that are stupidly hard to complete like Boones
I think it just makes all the legion there wear radiation suits haha
Thats actually an "important " feature but i think they kinda cut it but kept it in. Just not as something important
@@Nick-hm9rh It's tied to a quest still, and there's data about it on a terminal in searchlight. So I'd say it wasn't just "left in" but was intentionally there as smth a player questing around Searchlight could learn about before Astor asks them to wipe out the camp. You get more NCR fame for completing the quest that way. I think it's just left kind of obscure on purpose because otherwise everyone would use it every time.
I always figured the moaning graves were wild wastelander related.
Xd
My favorite fallout fact I found on my own but Google confirmed others did too is in the New Vegas collectors edition there's a secret message on the Platinum Chip you get in Morse code and the roulette wheel on it around the rim.
Do you remember what it is?
@@ZekromAndYugiAndDrago123 It's 10/23/2077 (the day of the Great War, and the day the chip was to be delivered to Mr. House) on one side and 07/11/2281 (the date the events of Fallout: New Vegas were supposed to begin, before being changed to 10/19/2281) on the other.
@@ejsmith2246 Is there any reason why the date of New Vegas' events were changed to just a couple weeks prior?
@@Fairway_ It was changed to lime up with the release date.
11:20 to 11:48 was absolute gold, I love the Easy Pete memes.
Thank god I thought no one noticed lmao
explain? captain?
The grenade in the mailbox is a reference to the "Smiley Face bomber" it's something like that but I believe it was a hint to him for the sole fact he traveled all around the states putting grenades in mailboxes, and so forth. (Also I could be wrong about the name but that's most likely where the reference came from)
Edit: And the rigged mailboxes might also be a reference since he also set timers on the bombs
I always thought it was a reference to the Going Postal game from '97.
Or more obscure scene in Demon Knight with the postal worker wanting to frag the post office. But, I thought that one was too obscure.
Who?
this was a really cool collab, great video
Stupid fact: there is no texture on the front of the rear iron sight on the fallout 4 assault rifle
Couple of quick ones I know for Fallout 3. The main turret that guards Fort Independence (where the Outcasts are stationed) has a voice line. You have to hop onto one of the sand bags on either side of the turret and jump at it, making contact, before it says "Casdin Says You're Clear."
There are a couple of giant-sized Teddy Bears in the game...one at the Red Racer factory and one at SatCom Array NN-03d. The one at the SatCom is behind a walled off by wood area on the bottom floor near a motorcycle...you have to load that area with enough frag mine/bottlecap mines and explode them by shooting them to force the bear through the wooden blockade. They can be looted, but be careful...after one or two (maybe three?) loots, they become normal-sized.
7:40 I'm pretty sure the Todd Howard painting is also in the Museum of Freedom and you pass it during the "When Freedom Calls" quest at the beginning of the game. The fact that it's there is the only reason I knew it existed as I don't know if I've ever been in the Dugout Inn back when I played the game
I think it's also located in Nuka World's Mystery Mansion
I wonder why House overwrote Victor's choice to join the fight. I know he was there to pick up the different packages, but at this point House knew the Platinum Chip, the only one he actually cared about, had been stolen. (Fun Fact: House didn't tell Victor to save the Courier, he did that in his own). So I don't know why he'd be concerned about making sure this one specific Securitron doesn't 'die'
Where did you get this info?
I wonder if the override happens if you delay doing Ghost Town Gunfight until after you get house our of the picture.
@@demomanchaos Victor has a forced spawning spot inside and outside the lucky 13. Not to mention you have to dodge his novac trigger as well.. I don't think it's possible :(
@@dyaoxnis Just because you meet him elsewhere doesn't mean you can't recruit him for GTG, and if you go through the cazadores/deatchlaws/black mountain you can completely bypass Novac anyways.
@Bob Sacamano Victor appears otuside the 38 even if you see him get destroyed, and he has a line saying he can just transfer himself into another securitron.
Isn't there a Todd Napoleon painting in the building you meet the minutemen? I seem to recall finding it in alot of buildings around the map.
It mightve been just a normal version of napolean
@@Coldtea25 Could be but i remember that when i first came across it in the building with the minutemen reacted to it being Todd Howard thinking it was funny. If im not mistaken i think it was placed in the area you get access to after speaking to the minutemen but before you get on the the rooftop.
There's at least one other instance which can be found elsewhere. The guy who said there was only one is just factually wrong.
@@f3uibeghardt522 right then, where Is it?

Recently lost my job and found your twitch and UA-cam and both have been a bright spot while I’m trying to find a new job.

Cringe
Yeah just find a job and stop watching twitch
Quickly becoming my favourite fallout creator, only come across you in a past month or so, but I’ve loved all of your stuff! Keep it up Jabo!
11:25
Megaton in Fallout 4 looks just like Good Springs in New Vegas.
It's cool to bring the communities together like this. Good stuff man.
11:25 was like a flashbang I saw it and was like how did you get this so wrong
It is supposed to be funny
I have like 2000 hours in this game and I had no idea the bit crushed roar and hula music were tied to anything
I've watched all your videos man! Keep up the good work!!
this kind of "useless trivia" (interactions you may have missed, cut content, development stories, easter eggs, etc) is one of my favorite things about video games. awesome video
the rigged mailbox is like the rigged terminal. I miss those. you're going through some pre-war government facility and reading the terminals for what happened there, and you come across a functional seeming terminal with the spinning antenna. you either don't notice the antenna or do, either way you can activate it like a normal terminal. instead of reading some 200 year old inter office mail, it explodes in your face without warning, and AFAIK, you can't disarm them.
you can disarm them, you just have to activate the tampered-with back plate of the terminal and pass a skill check of (I think) 25 or 35 (don't recall in what skill). trying to read the terminal after just reveals that they had nothing of value on them and were possibly scrubbed clean prior to being booby-trapped
Jason, your recent uploads have been interesting and I actually look forward to your uploads.
Much better than random WR and PB runs. :)
Subbed, love the useless facts! Also love the speed runs! Keep the content coming Jabo! :D
I love these kind of videos from you Jabo!
about the diamond city diner thing: you don't actually need jet to get over there! when i first heard about that area around 2016 i spent like an hour trying to get over there and didn't think to use jet! it took me forever, but i made it lol
What a legendary collab, amazing!
In Fallout 3: If you don't kill the Vault 101 guard that gets attacked by radroaches and remain undetected, he'll later go up to Butch, after you deal with his mother, and ask him if he's seen you.
In this example, I had helped Butch and he told the guard that he hadn't seen me.
Love this collab! Especially loved that Salt showed up 🤩
Love your videos, keep up the good work!🐐
Just played Fallout 3 again after many, many years.
I hadn't realized just how laughably short the main questline is back then.
Oh this is my type of vid! I can tell I'm gonna love this.
Thanks for the collab it was awsome, your the best Jabo!!! :D
Please, if you want, do a part 2! I'd love to see your content blow up!
Great video. I can't stop laughing because an ad cut you off and made it sound like you said "if you shit" 😭😭
Maybe works so perfectly as the opener for Fallout especially with where the vault dwellers story goes its just a great theme, fits so well, it's like it was made for the game. Love it
In fallout new vegas, it's an interesting experience to explore the houses in nipton, in one I found a cage full of scorpions, and traps galore, in another I found a mister gutsy.
@Fallout_Freak I did not, thank you!
LETS GO HE DROPPED ANOTHER VIDEO , Love Your Streams!!
holy shit, this is the first ever video of random facts that actually had me jaw dropped instead of stating the most obvious facts any 12 year old would know. absolutely phenomenal, you earned a new subscriber
That’s awesome you are giving exposure to other youtubers in clips I subbed to them too
Great video, loved the cameos
Damn dude, like all of my favorite UA-camrs in one place! Awesome.
Jabos killing it with the videos. Keep grinding man.
I could watch Fallout videos like this all day every day.
I'm pretty sure the drug removal was for Australia, not the UK
Man, you know you once had a problem when you know all of these things. Besides that, great vid.
In fallout 1 there is a mad max Easter egg reference where someone matching his idetical description comes into town and its hinted that he was tossed off a building and died.
So I wasnt actually mad huh.. the Graveyard sound I was wondering about that one.
I dont play with music on, breaks my immersion.
And I could swear I hear it sometime, and just started to think it was my mind playing tricks on me.. sneaky.
Holy shit right off the rip I remember hearing these fucking whispers in goodsprings grave and thought I was losing my mind
This is the video I have been waiting for my entire life but didn't even know it
Cool vid. Love the collaboration.
Found it funny that at 11:22 they say "This next fact brings us all the way back to fallout 4", then show fallout NV, then say "In the town of megaton" (from fallout 3), and actually be in goodsprings.
You can recruit Parker Quinn as a level 4 merchant at your settlements with the intimidation perk.
11:20
Voice: "This next fact brings us back to Fallout 4 in the Megatron settlement."
Screen: Fallout New Vegas
Me: * confuses screaming *
4:28 it's a real-life reference where some people would plant explosive into other's mailbox to kill them. I believe it played a role on discovering the phrase "going postal"
The facts might be useless, but this video certainly wasn't.
Thanks for the great content.
Jabo was so much less annoying when this came out. I hope we get a return of this personality soon
The normal brotherhood elder robes don't disguise you as a brotherhood member, but father Elijah's robes do.
Also, you are correct about the mailbox bomb, the only other time it appears is in the trap test cell.
At the very far end in the Nellis air force base are a bunch of graves, if you approach it all the ambient music goes silent and you can clearly hear the whispers
Noticed the grave voices just yesterday for the first time in FNV, camp forlorn hope has a stacked graveyard where the whispers play constantly
There's a smiley face on the New Vegas sign where you see the NCR Sniper in the opening cinematic. It's a bit faded, but there.
"This next fallout fact brings us back all the way to Fallout 4... so here we are in the Megaton settlement and there is a lot of curious and peculiar NPC's around, perhaps none more peculiar than Easy Pete sitting over there..."
I was just listening to the audio of this, and heard Fallout 4 Megaton and easy Pete in the same sentence and had to pull the video up lmao. Genius
thank you i needed this
3:05 Ok, the absolute best ad timing in the history of this website occurred for me (amplified by how you pronounced "shift" there). An ad break interrupted the video around here, so it sounds like you said "In both Fallout 1 and Fallout 2, if you shit-" and I just died laughing... I need to know... What happens if you shit in Fallout and Fallout 2?
Way to make me feel old. I remember grabbing fallout 1 the day it came out
The whispers in the Good Springs Cemetery used to freak me out in middle school 😂
let's not forget that going to the aces theater at the times on the marquee will let you watch the performance listed, including Josh Sawyer singing Bruce Isaac's songs
4:37
This isnt useless info. This is good for newbies that dont know "in shining armor" is bugged
No collab with many a true nerd? He knows SO much about fallout, especially new vegas.
The *BEST* kind of Fallout facts.
No knowledge is useless. Thank you for this great video.
Trivia content makes me happy
Great video!
Never clicked on a video so fast.
I love obscure fallout facts.
Exactly what I didn’t know I needed
me at 3 am thinking of all those useless terminal entries in fallout 4
I only noticed it while playing with headphones for the first time but in New Vegas, the same way the hula girl and graves trigger unique sound files, the large rusty, vault looking computer towers in various places also have a unique computer ticking sound
This is a great video please make a part 2
The Pilot Wings64 background music in the video is a nice touch
Thanks for giving me something to watch while I eat my Raising Cane's
Anyone else surprised that Salt factory was here, I knew he reviewed the fallout games before but didn't expect him here
FO76 changes the Bottle Cap Currency tidbit. Now the first use of the Bottle Cap as Currency is within a year of the bombs dropping in a resort in WV. Though it was a promotional gimmic, they talk about it being a good call when you visit it 20 years later xD
Since I keep watching your fallout videos I guess I'll subscribe. 😝
it's so weird to hear the salt factory NOT nitpicking a pixel or whatever
