What is so questionable is the police response to a Boston Cop dead! I’ve seen police response to an officer down, and every police officer responds, dropping everything. Even the local police treated the scene like John was some homeless stranger . Then the special unit had to wait until nightfall to search due to higher ups? Again, John was one of their own. Why in the world would they need special permission in his case?
Even the assistant police chief that lived across the street didn’t come out and see what was happening. Everything in this investigation can be challenged.

Could all be John's, sure. But what if John got into a fight with a yeti or some dealer he busted in boston saw him and killed him for revenge? That could happen too and to know (or rule it out) the PD would have to test that blood in a proper way. Because that is the only way you could ever know. THE FBI INVESTIGATION:
      1. The FBI have investigated the alleged “frame job” and “conspiracy theory” allegedly involving the Alberts, the McCabes and certain members of LE, etc, for around a year now and thoroughly (even calling on a Federal Grand Jury and seeking and obtaining evidence including from all the alleged people allegedly involved in the alleged “frame job” and “conspiracy theory”).
      2. Consequently, the FBI have not laid any charges against any person, nor have they or the defense team, filed a motion seeking an injunction (to the superior court) to stay this trial pending any further action or outcome of the investigation (appears the investigation is over and the defense team know this and there is no evidence to suggest otherwise).
      3. Further, the lead investigator (Michael Proctor) is still working for the Police Department, therefore indicating there is no wrongdoing on his part.
      4. The only person charged with any offences and on trial relating to JO’s death…is still solely KR (whether some people like it or not).
      5. Therefore it can, and must, be taken, there was no alleged “frame job” and “conspiracy theory” and it is O.V.E.R!
      6. For any person to suggest otherwise and continue to rant on that there was a “frame job” and a “conspiracy theory”, or refer to any matter/s related/associated with such (and at times being said with such irrational certainty and alleged facts - which cannot be deemed as facts in the above circumstances), is consequently suggesting that the FBI are knowingly allowing an alleged murderer/s, and any other person/s aiding and abetting, to remain free and not face any charges, whilst allowing an (allegedly known) innocent person (KR) to go to trial upon (allegedly known false) charges, along with allowing the tax payers to pay millions of dollars for the trial.
      7. This seems highly unlikely and improbable and contradicts (as above) an investigation having already been undertaken and no action being taken against any person/s by the FBI after a thorough investigation and Federal Grand Jury and over a lengthy and significant period of time.
      8. But rather such allegations are a desperate attempt to be wilfully ignorant and in denial, and/or, to create “smoke and mirrors” and a “red herring fallacy”, that are generally speaking a total waste of time and space and that ultimately go nowhere as it were.
      * The conversation ends there *!

The deleted messages, multiple butt dials, rehomed phones, and the reporting of who was talking to the police and what they were saying, along with Trooper Proctors shady behavior looking for nude photos of Karen Read and going through her phone without a search warrant. Jennifer McCabe’s testimony was so disturbing that it actually made me not trust anything that she said. It felt like she was there to exact revenge. This was my outsider, uninformed opinion.

In Massachusetts and in Maryland, it's pretty standard, though. I hate it too, but when it comes to the appeal, the lack of stating a basis on objection basically preserves any and all reason for the objection. So, if they were to state the basis, that basis is the only one preserved for appeal. Not stating the specific basis preserves all basis. I hope I explained that well enough lol

    (1) At what point did police determine they were looking spefically for a cracked tail light? (2) Is it common practice to tell the evidence search team what to search for? In my opinion, this could create a situation where they are so focused on looking for A, B, and C that they stop looking as soon as they find it and thus overlook X, Y, and Z. (3) Since the weather was such a factor, and since everyone knew it was going to continue to snow long into the afternoon and night, why would they not tarp the scene, or tent it? I've not been able to listen to everyday of the trial, but I try to watch recaps nightly. Has anyone testified to snow depth when John's body was found? Has anyone testified to the snow depth the sneaker was found, at what depth was the cracked tail light found. All these details are so important when trying to piece this case together. I don't understand at all how so many people got so much wrong on this day.

So if she hit him with the car, so hard that he flew across and was so badly injured he couldn´t get help, shouldn´t he have impact trauma wounds where the car hit him? Proctor was driving around with John O’Keefe’s clothes for weeks. Where is he? I have no idea how the Prosecutor can get me over the reasonable doubt that continues to build every day of trial. Add to that zero bodily injuries from being hit by a 6000 lb SUV that supposedly hit him and ran him over. Humanly impossible to have no bodily injuries from such an impact. The fact is he was punched in the face in the basement where he got two black eyes a cut on his nose and fell back hit his head causing the blunt force trauma which then caused him to lose three liters of blood, vomit, and have a seizure. All that blood on the basement floor is why they ripped up the flooring before they quickly sold the home and got rid of their phones and dog. And yes, while the owners were attacking him Chloe attacked his arm. They realized they took the fight too far, and instead of calling 911, they put him in the lawn to pretend a snow plow driver hit him on accident. Unfortunately Karen found him first and that foiled their plans. While he was actively dying, that's why Jen McCabe searched how long to die in the cold.

I think most people understand an innocent man lost his life. We just don't want to ruin someone else's life without proof of guilt..

I feel the same way! Then when we hop on here with Peter and he breaks it down and points it out, it becomes even more obvious. They seem like they are defensive, taking this personally, or don't want to give a wrong answer ect. But if they just say yes, no or honestly they do not know, it looks WAY better. Moving right along but when they skip around, push back, argue, it does not look good.

As far as the shoe goes...weren't personnel and people all around that area and curb at 6 am? We need to look back at pictures and see how much snow was in that spot when they picked up his body.

Your response to the solo cups was cracking me up. I love how the witness just said “red cups” but Jackson never missed an opportunity to call it like it was. “Solo cups”

I think some people are making the conspiracy too big. They think everyone that was at the party and later the crime scene is in on it. I think the conspiracy is MUCH smaller. I think it's MM, JM, BA, BH, and I know the defense is pointing the finger at Collin, but I'm not buying that. MAYBE Nicole.
I think the scene was compromised, Higgins had opportunity to plant evidence in the Sally Port. The Alberts can obviously dump the tail light pieces on their own yard whenever. I think the police work was a mix of incompetence and trusting a fellow cop and ATF agent would be on the up and up, but they're not actively trying to frame anyone.
I might revise this after we hear from Proctor, but I think this idea that everyone came together from the party guests, their kids, the cops, the emt, etc. is beyond the conspiracy proposed here.

Correct. The fight occurred in the basement. John was punched in the face causing two black eyes and a cut above his nose he fell back hit his head blunt force trauma and lost 3 l of blood on that basement floor had a seizure vomited and began dying. Instead of calling 911, they tried to cover themselves and threw him on the lawn to pretend that a snow plow driver hit him. Then John McCabe search how long to die in the cold. While the owners were attacking him, Chloe who was in the basement also attacked his arm tearing at his shirt and his flesh. They ripped up the basement flooring because of that and then quickly sold off their home and discarded the dog and phones to cover everything up

@@primalcritters That sounds about right But, why would they put him at the edge of the lawn? Why would John be out in the street, or on the curb, in the first place to be hit by a snowplow? If by chance he was out there he would have seen the snowplow (as well as the driver would see him) and he would have moved.

@@nicolaxoxo1 but that doesn’t explain a story of WHY John would have been hit by a snowplow. People don’t stand around on the curb watching a snowplow come and run them down. And the driver of the snowplow would see a person.
