Two LEOs destroyed their phones. No doubt after this because there would be incriminating information on those phones. No doubt at all now. None. Between the Alberts/McCabes/Higgins, in my opinion, they beat tf out of him. And Proctor is just as guilty as they are-in my opinion.

For Proctor to sit there, after everything that's come out over the last 2 days, and testify that his investigation was in no way unprofessional & that he was not biased is absolutely ridiculous. I'm not sure if he actually believes his own BS or if he thinks he can convince everyone that he can say vile things behind the scenes & run an unbiased investigation. Either way, he needs to be fired ASAP!

Mass. Cops drink and drive, and if caught, are usually driven home and tucked into bed! Boston State troopers and police are worse! They all need liver transplants by the end of their career in law enforcement!
There were two cops, who admitted going to NYC for a police officer wake, they drank a lot, then stopped at the bar and drank more, than drove to the party house to drink more! The ATF agent admitted to being drunk, but drove to the Canton PD, to manipulate Procter into only looking at Karen read! Standard police practice to not record cooperating witness’s interviews.
The statements made in the interviews are hearsay anyway whether record or not and thus inadmissible under the rule against hearsay for substantive purposes
At most they can be used for impeachment purposes as a prior inconsistent statement. Either way statements made by a witness out of court is not admissible evidence for proving the truth of the matter asserted.
Only the witness’s in court testimony can be used for proving the truth of the matter .

In what world would a COP die on another person's lawn, much less another cop's, and the person who owns the house isn't investigated?? They say they "talked to" the Albert's and the other people involved but they did it as if they were talking to friends, not suspects. To me, the biggest issue is that some of the Albert's were his sister's best friends. Whether anyone wants to admit it, I guarantee you he didn't want her friends to go down so the confirmation bias started from hour one. Not to mention it was his friend and colleague, Kevin Albert's, brother who owned the house. And all the cops just took his and Jennifer McCabe's word for it. But in reality, no one ever said ANYTHING about Karen saying "I hit him" until the Federal Grand Jury. I think every single one of them admitted they never mentioned it to anyone until that hearing.

Theres conflicting statements about what she had said... did I hit him... I couldve hit him... etc. Theres no confession. How is that a fact then? And then IF he is considering it a fact.... how is the FACT that everyone left, drove past, lived in the house, but none of them saw John laying in the yard, called it in, or came to his aid??? THAT IS A FACT. The answer being... he WASNT there until later which means Karen DID NOT hit him. I was completely unbiased before the trial started. But I dont know how anyone can shout about her being guilty INCLUDING Proctor because at the very least.... innocent until proven guilty.

I grew up 2 towns over from Canton. Canton was a “nothing” town growing up. A town where nothing happens. And there are lots of towns in this country that are just like Canton.
Proctor denied he knew any of the Albert’s even when the defense had pictures of them together, like the wedding pics, etc.
He was only FORCED to concede that he knew them because of what came out in the federal investigation.
I think there’s sooo much more the defense has to prove the coverup piece of this.
    Massachusetts has a BIG problem!
Where are our elected officials in all of this!?

And that’s why the term #FreeKarenRead means so much more than most people think. Yes, she needs to be exonerated… which is step 1 in trying to get real justice for Officer John Okeefe! 🙏🏻

Citizens of MA should take action to petition the state troopers to take action and the governor to take action. If I lived in MA, I would look into the most effective way to go about this. I would think that the press knocking down doors demanding answers and even showing footage of the leaders avoiding talking to them would prompt them to need to sit down and answer hard questions about how they are going to make positive changes after all that has been uncovered. Maybe a signed petition? I bet lawyers would have better ideas about how to most effectively go about this.

@@niks44 I hate to hear this. I have hoped so much that by now they might have sincerely apologized & were being supportive of her through this debauchery against her, as well as in their shared loss & grief as it should have been from the start.
With all the nasty stuff that came out about Proctor's texts, when the camera was on John's brother - I really hoped he would lean forward and whisper, "I'm sorry" to Karen. He had to be at least be thinking about it.
I can picture them getting home and re-hashing the day's events in court over dinner. Would love to be a fly on their wall & hear it all.

Karen Read is the one who ran home from the hospital, erased security footage from Okeefs’ home, right in front of his niece and nephew! Then she left, never went to the funeral and never talked to the niece, nephew, or ANYONE in the Okeef family again! I think a whole family of people, are intelligent enough to be backing the correct side. They are privy to the same evidence as everyone else is. They do not see the evidence as you do. They were also privy to the relationship JO had with KR. They’re probably in a better place to judge, than you are.

43:37 that’s a great point. I saw an animation a while back but I wasn’t sure it was from the prosecution or if court tv or some other news organization made the video. What happened in their animation was absolutely absurd! It actually looked like John was standing on the curb and for whatever reason, bent over almost at a 90° angle and the car hit him in the head. Instead of falling in the same direction the car was moving in, he somehow pops straight back up and falls backwards on the lawn! I laughed because it was so absurd and wondered if this came from the prosecution. I guess not.
I know a lot of people dislike Turtle Boy and his antics, but he did a video where he actually drove to the house where he was hit and he tested the prosecution theory of her being 60 feet down the road and backing up into him at 25 miles per hour. Firstly he couldn’t quite get to that speed without feeling he was going to lose control of the vehicle so the best he got was 19mph.( but we are to believe Karen did it in the snow, while intoxicated). Secondly whomever was filming with him brought up a good point, was John just sitting there in the street waiting for her to hit him? In the video you can see there was ample time for John to see the car coming towards him and would’ve had ample time to get away. So why would he just stand there. There was no word of tire tracks or skid marks. No one around the home heard a vehicle or saw the lights of it? I find that hard to believe.
The other thing is, why would John be standing in the road once Karen dropped him off at the house? It was cold and snowing and he was wearing a light sweatshirt with a t shirt underneath. We are to believe he sat there and watched her drive 60ft away and then 60ft back? I honestly think if she hit him by accident even she would’ve jumped out of the car and tried to save his life.
There was no motive for her to just leave him laying there to die. Karen had her own money, home, good career and no financial or family ties to him. A breakup would be easy if she was that mad at him. The fight theory the prosecution is laying out is weak. Karen could’ve just separated herself and went back to her own home for space.

I think the defense is slooowly working their way back to Alllison McCabe, Colin Alberts, and Brian Higgins clandestinely meeting at Canton High School around 1:00 -- 1:30 a.m. the morning of January 29th. If the defense can get there either with phone GPS, camera video, and/or car black box data, we may actually find out who the real suspects are. It would be great to sprinkle in some car black boxes like the Murdaugh case. I hope the McAlberts didn't all rehome their vehicles.

Thank you, Peter, for the comments you made at the end when the "supervisor" was responding to what actions had been taken in reprimanding this officer for his conduct, and how he was "reprimanded" and it was sent up the chain of command. I'm glad that you pointed out how irrelevant that was, (because it probably didn't happen). Even if it went up the chain of command nothing would happen, and nothing would be placed in his file.
My last job prior to my retirement due to disability was as an Instructor at an adult Vocational School. There were many teachers who received lots of complaints, and nothing ever came out of it. The Dean would meet with the party, do the "dog and pony show" (meaning apologizing, this should never have happened, etc.) and then take the teacher aside and say, "Take it down a notch and don't deal with so and so for a while ."It all means nothing. When I was having problems with my son being bullied at school by a teacher , it was the same situation. It got to the point where he was sad all the time. I kept asking what was wrong, and he said, "It doesn't matter, because you can't fix it". I became really alarmed. We've all heard of stories of bullying having tragic results.
So, when I called the school and the principal said, "There is no way to switch a student to a different class mid year, but I'll talk to the teacher and put a stop to this." I told him I formerly worked for a school, and so I knew he was just trying to appease me, and that nothing would be done to the teacher. Then I said the MAGIC WORD! LAWSUIT!, lol. I called the President of the Board of Education, who was too busy to take my call. I said, "That's fine. This is just a courtesy call to advise you that I'm bringing lawsuit against the teacher, the school and the Board of Ed., and you'll be hearing from my attorney and the News Crews I'll be contacting". My son's teacher was changed before the day ended.
My son came home with a smile, and a look of wonder, and said "How did you do it?" I told him I said the magic word . I also told him to never despair, there is always "some" way to fix something, even if you have to think outside the box. Thank God there are attorneys, and people like you to help the underdog! I love your channel.
