    I've enjoyed all of your videos, but this one definitely is great with the chair for the third trimester. I only noticed one thing (this is my third or fourth time doing the video and I just noticed it this time) - you did the side-bend flow on the first side and then skipped it on the second side.

    I used this when I was in labour. I squatted into each contraction. My baby came out super fast.

      how did it help with the pain of contraction? did it help ease it it any less too?

    Love all of these videos - really accessible for someone who had not done yoga pre-pregnancy. I have been doing 2 of them (mix n match) every morning throughout 3rd trimester and they are all good but this one is my fave.

    Pelvis really opens up with that seat squat! I can imagine this would work wonders when labouring.

    Fantastic, quick, home workout for my third trimester! Really felt the stretches and the commands were very precise. Loved the use of the chair and the arms workout! Found it very relaxing! Thank you! Will be doing your workouts every morning!

    I've tried other online prenatal yoga videos, yours are my favorite. The breathing/relaxation technique (episode 5), I really wish there was a way to get the ad over with early on, bc it's incredibly distracting, and I am hoping to play it during labor this time. But I love it. :)

    Using a chair is SUCH a great idea, for my very tall, never-done-yoga before, first time pregnant 30-something lady - thanks I'm so glad I came across this wonderful option.

      She LOVED doing her stretches with this prop, so much more confidence and balance for a newbie, and her hamstrings are so stiff, we practiced good ways of sitting on the floor and getting up by using the chair, too

    did you know there is a break for a commercial in the middle of the arm flow? bad timing. this should be removed.

    No opportunity to skip the add which would not be good for pregnancy and not good for people who are not pregnant either.

    this is trully dangerous !! rule number one - no squats for pregnant yoga practitioner ever !!! this energy can lead to the pre-mature labour! please be very careful what you are sharing with wide public . thank you !
