Loving these yoga episodes! Second trimester and full time working mom and these 10-11 minute workouts are perfect!
I'm 28 weeks pregnant and I just did Episode 1 & 2 of your pregnancy workout. I feel sooo much better, I feel like all my back muscles just loosened up. I'm planning on doing these every day for an easier delivery.
I am 15 weeks pregnant. For over a year now I have not been able to exercise due to serious health problems. I am using these yoga videos as my back-to-business routines. I'm planning on a natural birth and my body is in need of repair and strengthening. These routines are actually quite the work out for me, yet gentle enough that I have no problem sticking through to the end. Thank you for sharing these routines with us!
LOVE IT!!! Wow first time mom, first time yog'er and this is great. My body was tense from first trimester pains. This is perfect. Like the short lenght. Thank you Katy Appleton.
Thank U ! it really helps me to start my pregnancy work out on my 20th week..
I love these videos so far! I am in my 19th week and have been struggling to get back into working out since I had a rough first trimester. I used to do a lot of yoga before pregnancy and I am relieved to find something that will help me transition back into my yoga routine. Thank you body talk.
I'm 20 weeks pregnant and recently fell from a chair. I've been experiencing non-stop pain in the buttocks, thighs and legs since then that I could not even walk without a limp. I've had regular therapy massages in the past three days but the pain hasn't alleviated. Forced myself to do follow the poses in this 10-minute clip and I could already feel the difference. Thank you, thank you so much Katy!
I am 38 weeks and I have just started number 1 yesterday. Oh my goodness, I can walk.
I have looked through a lot of prenatal yoga videos and I have to say that I love yours the most. I feel comfortable enough doing all the poses and I love how you talk me through them so I know that I'm doing it right. Plus, I always feel great after a couple of your episodes!
Thank you, Katy! You have saved me in my third trimester when I am feeling the most uncomfortable and least fit. I always feel so much better after one of your series, and never pushed beyond what I can handle. Thanks again!
This is wonderful! I am 32 weeks along and love these videos!
Thank you for sharing this beautiful video you did such an excellent job 😍
Thank you so much for these videos! I live in a town without any antenatal yoga classes, and these workouts have made such a difference - I already feel more centred and stronger! First time mom, 17 weeks tomorrow, and so grateful!
It's quite challenging because of my gaining weight. I just to make it slow right haha.
You're my favorite prenatal Yoga instructor! You explain the moves very well. I'm a FTM at 29 weeks + 1 day pregnant and I just started working out to your videos this week. I'm a preschool teacher who also works with school-age children and I wish I would've started these videos months ago. I'm usually a treadmill runner and weight-lifter but because I want to be gentler to my body, I decided to switch over to low-impact exercises. Actually, before I begin your workouts, I use my Gideon Portable Shiatsu Massage Pillow all along my back, do some light arm, torso and leg stretches and then I do your workouts. Thank you again for the amazing workouts
These short videos have been amazing for me! This is my second pregnancy but first time really doing yoga. I wish I had done it the first time around! Great videos! Thank you!
I'm loving these yoga episodes, I'm expecting a tiny person. So I really need this type of Exercise, Thank you for posting.
I am so very happy to say how glad I am to have finally found prenatal videos that I really enjoy. I am 16 weeks and am very pleased. You direction is concise and the environment you create is very soothing...great job and thank you!
Hi Ladies - lovely to see your comments and glad you have enjoyed them, even if not pregnant! :)
I've been having pretty bad back and hip pain at night along with pregnancy insomnia. I did episodes 1 and 2 yesterday. I slept like a baby last night and didn't experience a single ounce a pain! Thank you for this series.
Thank you so much Katy! As a yoga lover this is perfect for my growing baby and me!
it is just amazing! It helps a lot. I got rid of the pain in the back and stomach , and I feel less tired! Thank you

Thank you so much for making these videos! I have been contemplating trying yoga for the first time and I am 20 weeks pregnant. Your instructions are very simple to follow & the poses are very easy to learn. XO
Just did episode 1&2 and I now feel great. First trimester going well. Thank you for this.
Love it!! First time doing yoga, I was full blown working out before I found out I was 4 weeks pregnant so now I've found this and another workout that helps. My first pregnancy I did walk a lot but now its so hot out and my babygirl is 11 months so this round I workout at home and the baby copies me lol. So relaxing loved these episodes :)
I am going to echo what other people have shared. These videos really help with my achy back. I'm grateful to have found them. I plan on using them several times every day. Thanks!
Loving these videos!!!! I was very big into pilates and yoga before I was pregnant and always thought I would continue while pregnant unfortunately my 1st trimester ( I even worked at a Barre studio) i couldn't do classes longer than 10 minutes w/o getting extremely fatigued and nauseous, my 2nd trimester I was out of the rhythm and didn't have A LOT of energy, plus too much psychical activity like long walks would give me Braxton Hicks and then my 3rd trimester.. I ended up getting a kidney infection and sinus infection. Now at 38 weeks I FINALLY have the energy and drive to do some yoga. And these moves are PERFECT for me, I am familiar with them, but they are perfect for getting my body back into the rhythm and just long enough that I feel the improvement w/o feeling tired and beaten. I even plan on use Episode 1 while in labor.
I"m not pregnant but I'm really enjoying these videos and saving them for when I am. Love the way you teach

I am wondering if these episodes can be done all at once, or is it best to do one a day?
I think it's whatever you feel ready for. I usually do 2 in a row; would do more but life prevents me from more than that.
How do you progress through the episodes? Is it one a day or one s week ecc.. or you keep doing the same till comfortable with it and then progress to the next one? Thank you for your videos! I'm excited to give it a go!
There are totally five episodes of yoga. Do I need to practice each episode per day? How frequently I should practice? Thank you very much
