I honestly think jack should hold a yearly Bloodborne play through! I still don’t understand why Sony isn’t at least giving us a 60 FPS patch or PC port. They’d make a lot of money just by remastering the game, not even a remake. I’ve given up hope on that at this point but it still annoys me
@@vingasoline5068 Sony is like this with many of the IPs they hold outside of bloodborne the infamous series being traded off for ghost of tsushima is one of these examples. Sony won't dedicate any money or time for it because they're trying to rush out all their other projects because of the PS5's very lackluster exclusive library.

Thanks for your determination to get a Bloodborne port/remake/anything. Glad someone with some amount of influence is trying something. This game being left to rot hurts every time I think about it.

I can never get tired of Sean talking about the From Software games. You can just hear the passion and love in his voice, and it's really infectious. Personally, I have bloodborne tattooed on my me, as it's one of my favorite games of all time. So it's nice to hear someone else share that similar passion. PLEASE WE NEED A BLOODBORNE REMAKE

Remaster: don't change Bloodborne's atmosphere and mood, simply unlock the fps and improve the anti-aliasing, as well as remastering the audio and textures. Remake: overhaul the dungeon system (letting players create custom community dungeons would be super cool), add some QoL features (like instant fast travel and consumable auto refills) and improve some of the stinky boss fights (e.g. Laurence and One Reborn). However, this is not something we're absolutely begging for. We're just begging for a PC port, because modders would likely take care of all this.

I know I’m a little late to the party, but I just recently started these full length playthroughs the other day, and I just have to say that your very obvious love and admiration for the franchise is not only extremely entertaining but it also inspired me to pick up Elden Ring again and try to finally finish it. Not only that, but it made me want to start researching the lore for all of the games. I’ve loved your content for years, but I have to say that your Fromsoft content has and always will be my absolute favorites. Thank you for doing these for us.

Idk man I thought the same thing till a friend of mine said its a title that stills consoles to this day so if that is the case i guess I understand but still at the same time I would pay full price easy to play an updated version of the same game the way blue point did the demons souls remake it would be wonderful.

I am just revisiting it on a lonely night, lol just waiting on his next from soft play through if it’s Elden Ring or if he’s waiting for the DLC. Some fun facts: 1. You can talk to Duja if you go to him from the Dark Beast Paarl's lamp & don't kill any enemies 2. You need 15 insight for the Mad ones to show up before the Witch of Hemwick fight, if you get to 40 insight you can see the Amygdalas before the Rom fight, and the gatekeepers line is both random & based on the amount insight you have 3. All that you find up at the top of that building's rafters with the hanging dead Beast in Old Yharnam is an outfit for the little guys that hang out around the lamps 4. You can go through the entire game + DLC with one of the starter weapons & get certain items like the snake whistle by defeating certain NPC 5. You can only summon Henryk if you have joined the League as certain NPC summons are tied to certain factions 6. Daniel Flynn not only voiced Alfred (Bloodborne) but also Solaire of Astora, Vamos the Blacksmith, Blacksmith Giant (Dark Souls), and Blue Sentinel Targray (Dark Souls 2) 7. If you don't fight Henryk with Eileen she will either die or if she survives she takes the Bloody Crow of Cainhurst's place later on

@@CutiePieBio I think they are actually referring to the 15% defense reduction your character receives if they don't have a piece of armor equipped in each slot. Even if a headpiece only has 1 defense, it would still be a major boost in overall defense because it would get rid of that 15% debuff. Sean isn't wearing a hat, so he's taking more damage than he would normally.
@@Bowsersoxdude Armor makes very little difference in terms of physical dmg it’s mostly resistance related. So in a normal game it makes no difference whatsoever, the real difference comes in Cursed/Defiled dungeons where it’s a difference between a OHKO or not. Fire resistance with Watchdog, for example.
Hey Sean, I know you may not see this with as many comments as there are on these videos, but I saw your older upload of Bloodborne sometime around 2020 when my ex and I were freshly broken up. All of your content helped me through that time, but in particular that series changed my life. I bought Elden Ring on a whim on a steam deck and began to game again 2 years ago. Now here I waited until I beat my first playthrough of Bloodborne to watch this one as I had forgotten so much from years ago. I love this game and I’m so grateful you professed your love for these games. They’ve helped me and been a positive thing in my life. Now I’m sober and with a better partner and the friends I’ve made in the gaming community are some of the most wonderful people I’ve ever met. And I owe a lot of that to your content and kind hearted words. Thanks so much for being yourself and bringing positive things to peoples minds. You’ve definitely made an impact on my life for the better. (Commented on the original upload) So the thing about the Kirkhammer in hammer mode is that it requires you to hit a "sweet spot" (basically the center of the enemy's model) in order to do proper damage, so spacing is everything with it. if you miss you'll do very little damage despite its excellent scaling and AR, it requires a ton of practice to use effectively and imo it's not really worth the time investment to learn unless you specifically want to use it.
So the same deal as Scythes? That's both kinda cool and also not cool. Cool because it adds a skill level to play, not cool because shouldn't every weapon work the same way? And it's a bit of a nerf therefore.

Me too. His first bloodborne play through is why I bought Elden ring and proceeded to play all the other souls games. Also read berserk cus of him as well (not done w it yet tho I’m in the middle of vol 5). Such an amazing and unique genre of high fantasy that he has showcased for us.

@@punkphoenix4881 That would justify warnings for many many things, as there are many phobias. I personally think that being exposed to things that might upset oneself or disturb oneself is not necessarily a bad thing. It can help in building tolerance.

For example, warnings about suicide discussion on a video containing discussion of suicide is fine to do, but I personally think it is more helpful for people disturbed by discussion of that topic to instead adapt to it and grow more resilient to their own distress rather than avoid the distressing topic entirely.
5:23:45 airbrushing tip! i've had similar issues where no matter what, the airbrush just clogs but recently i started straining the paint before using it and that completely changed the game 🫡 so try straining the paint before - you can buy specific strainers for paints or just use something you have at home! i used a super fine tea strainer and that worked!
This is why I like watching Sean. He appreciates and enjoys games and it speaks to me on a personal level. The atmosphere, the music, the style and story, just an amazing medium. Don't let yourself get in the way of yourself.
Jack saying there's no point at the ground emote in Elden Ring makes me think he forgot it is indeed an emote, and that he also forgot that he did it a few times during his playthrough. I used to watch you 10 years ago, Jack, it's absolutely insane how time flies. Bloodborne too has been my favorite game ever since I first played it. It's still my favorite, there's no other game or even souls game that can even come close to capturing what this magnificent, dark, gritty, beautiful, bloody game was able to. The story, the music, the atmosphere, the theme, everything in this game is beautiful. I haven't watched you in recent years because I'm an adult now (it's crazy) but I want to watch this. Sean if you've not checked it out you -need- to look up 'An Agony of Effort', its a series on Bloodborne that honestly goes deeper than anything else I've seen. The entire in game world has really strong ties and metaphors to the Victorian medical experience, it adds such a layer of depth to everything and makes it all the more amazing a game knowing how much detail goes into it^^
These long form uploads have been incredible. Ive just finished the Dark Souls and Dark Souls 3 vids over the last few weeks, and I actually love coming back to continue the same journey. Its much more satisfying than the usual short form vids.

I still don’t understand why Sony isn’t at least giving us a 60 FPS patch or PC port. They’d make a lot of money just by remastering the game, not even a remake. I’ve given up hope on that at this point but it still annoys me

Remaster: don't change Bloodborne's atmosphere and mood, simply unlock the fps and improve the anti-aliasing, as well as remastering the audio and textures.
Remake: overhaul the dungeon system (letting players create custom community dungeons would be super cool), add some QoL features (like instant fast travel and consumable auto refills) and improve some of the stinky boss fights (e.g. Laurence and One Reborn).
However, this is not something we're absolutely begging for. We're just begging for a PC port, because modders would likely take care of all this.

I know I’m a little late to the party, but I just recently started these full length playthroughs the other day, and I just have to say that your very obvious love and admiration for the franchise is not only extremely entertaining but it also inspired me to pick up Elden Ring again and try to finally finish it. Not only that, but it made me want to start researching the lore for all of the games. Some fun facts:
1. You can talk to Duja if you go to him from the Dark Beast Paarl's lamp & don't kill any enemies
2. You need 15 insight for the Mad ones to show up before the Witch of Hemwick fight, if you get to 40 insight you can see the Amygdalas before the Rom fight, and the gatekeepers line is both random & based on the amount insight you have
3. All that you find up at the top of that building's rafters with the hanging dead Beast in Old Yharnam is an outfit for the little guys that hang out around the lamps
4. You can go through the entire game + DLC with one of the starter weapons & get certain items like the snake whistle by defeating certain NPC
5. You can only summon Henryk if you have joined the League as certain NPC summons are tied to certain factions
6. Daniel Flynn not only voiced Alfred (Bloodborne) but also Solaire of Astora, Vamos the Blacksmith, Blacksmith Giant (Dark Souls), and Blue Sentinel Targray (Dark Souls 2)
7. If you don't fight Henryk with Eileen she will either die or if she survives she takes the Bloody Crow of Cainhurst's place later on

Armor doesn’t matter much in Bloodborne isn’t mostly fashion, unless it’s a very rare situation where you need more poison or frenzy resistance
@@CutiePieBio I think they are actually referring to the 15% defense reduction your character receives if they don't have a piece of armor equipped in each slot. Even if a headpiece only has 1 defense, it would still be a major boost in overall defense because it would get rid of that 15% debuff. Sean isn't wearing a hat, so he's taking more damage than he would normally.
@@Bowsersoxdude Armor makes very little difference in terms of physical dmg it’s mostly resistance related. So in a normal game it makes no difference whatsoever, the real difference comes in Cursed/Defiled dungeons where it’s a difference between a OHKO or not. Fire resistance with Watchdog, for example.

Hey Sean, I know you may not see this with as many comments as there are on these videos, but I saw your older upload of Bloodborne sometime around 2020 when my ex and I were freshly broken up. All of your content helped me through that time, but in particular that series changed my life. I bought Elden Ring on a whim on a steam deck and began to game again 2 years ago. Now here I waited until I beat my first playthrough of Bloodborne to watch this one as I had forgotten so much from years ago. I love this game and I’m so grateful you professed your love for these games. They’ve helped me and been a positive thing in my life. Now I’m sober and with a better partner and the friends I’ve made in the gaming community are some of the most wonderful people I’ve ever met. And I owe a lot of that to your content and kind hearted words. Thanks so much for being yourself and bringing positive things to peoples minds. You’ve definitely made an impact on my life for the better. In fact if I have a bad day sometimes when my partner and I are eating dinner they will put on one of your videos knowing that it cheers me up. (Commented on the original upload) So the thing about the Kirkhammer in hammer mode is that it requires you to hit a "sweet spot" (basically the center of the enemy's model) in order to do proper damage, so spacing is everything with it. if you miss you'll do very little damage despite its excellent scaling and AR, it requires a ton of practice to use effectively and imo it's not really worth the time investment to learn unless you specifically want to use it.
And the sword exists so the hammer feels very circumstantial

Me too. His first bloodborne play through is why I bought Elden ring and proceeded to play all the other souls games. Also read berserk cus of him as well (not done w it yet tho I’m in the middle of vol 5). Such an amazing and unique genre of high fantasy that he has showcased for us.

5:23:45 airbrushing tip! i've had similar issues where no matter what, the airbrush just clogs but recently i started straining the paint before using it and that completely changed the game 🫡 so try straining the paint before - you can buy specific strainers for paints or just use something you have at home! i used a super fine tea strainer and that worked!

I used to watch you 10 years ago, Jack, it's absolutely insane how time flies. Bloodborne too has been my favorite game ever since I first played it. It's still my favorite, there's no other game or even souls game that can even come close to capturing what this magnificent, dark, gritty, beautiful, bloody game was able to. The story, the music, the atmosphere, the theme, everything in this game is beautiful. I haven't watched you in recent years because I'm an adult now (it's crazy) but I want to watch this. My humor and yours don't resonate much anymore, but watching this is still an awesome experience due to a mix of nostalgia and it's like seeing an old friend again. If you truly mean that you want to force Sony's hand or even help fund them yourself, that is incredible and I have immense respect for you.

Sean if you've not checked it out you -need- to look up 'An Agony of Effort', its a series on Bloodborne that honestly goes deeper than anything else I've seen. The entire in game world has really strong ties and metaphors to the Victorian medical experience, it adds such a layer of depth to everything and makes it all the more amazing a game knowing how much detail goes into it^^
