The 1987 Marui Ninja walk around

My lastest addition.
The Tokyo Marui Ninja from 1987.
One of, if not the sexiest looking 4wd buggy from the golden era of RC.
This particular one was restored by a previous owner which included a full ball bearing set.
I've stripped it down just to double check the buggy and found nothing broken or missing apart from a couple of screws in the rear chassis "brace" a few wrong sized screws here and there but best part of all, no broken parts. Currently waiting on a 0.8mod 18t pinion to arrive and I'll take it out for a gentle run.

I regret not buying one of these back in the day. They’re beautiful along with the chain drive Samurai. 😊

I'd never seen one here in Australia. Absolutely frothed over it as a kid. The Samurai is another beautiful buggy too. Even tougher to find!!

Nice! MY only RC is a Snap-on Truck. Its pretty slow I guess but not too bad fresh off the battery charger. No idea how old it is. Hello!
