But you can't make a video on slipping like an all time legend while not even moving anything like him. As an amateur boxer, this technique worked with me so well, especially when im fighting taller opponents, you can also add a leaping hook with it to surprise your opponents given that you already loaded your power on your lead leg, its syncs so well.
I think those massive head injuries on Ribalta speak for themselves... And then there are still those DELUSIONAL IDIOTS who firmly believe that Bruised Lee could beat a 'primetime' Iron Mike Tyson... I just wonder how on earth would Lee possibly even have the CHIN to survive all those BIG heavy punches (1200 to 1800 PSI per hit) like Ribalta did? 🤔

Technically, this defense is called the "Dempsey Roll," whom Tyson adopted this move from. Tyson, however perfected it so it appears to have come from him but historically it came from Dempsey. Dempsey was one of the boxer's that Tyson enjoyed studying, and Cus was such a boxing professor that you were going to get a myriad of boxers and their techniques to study to have in your arsenal.
@@mrdanielleebrown Yeah exactly i'm glad to see somebody talk about it. The anime Hajime no Ippo is a great example to see the movement and the dynamic. No it's not. The dempsey roll is a double shift used to chase down an opponent stepping away. Throw a right, step through into southpaw, throw a left, step through again back to orthodox.
Oh man. Thank you so much. I'm a smaller man and a southpaw. I spent a good long while learning the basics of boxing and fell in love with the peekaboo style. This really helps in my journey to master it.
Can i Ask you how it worked for you? I mean is It ok to learn for a guy that is not an heavy weight, like me, i'm at 64 kg. Is it possible to learn the exact technique and be like Tyson in a real match?
I've practiced martial arts for a while, but only ever by myself. I could get the movements down and do nice flows and technique, that is, until I started sparring. Immediately sparring showed every bad technique I had been using (in terms of footwork and balance). My punches are great, stiff, snappy. My feet and my balance however make those punches impossible to ever throw in a real situation. I just wanted to say this drill is amazing for not only feeling out the way to move forward in a balanced position, but it also forces your feet to maintain correct heel-toe alignment. Thanks.
I like how when he gets speed his head doesnt move and his shoulder just pivot. He does it good slow but his head stays in the same place when he goes fast

@Atomic_Blackpills Interesting, but I disagree (I think). Hear me out and respond, if you would be so kind? I like being wrong; it proves I'm learning something. You can see that here in the D'Amato style." ua-cam.com/video/iGe1rHgEvco/v-deo.html What do you think?
