  • Florida woman Bree Kuhn faces trial for allegedly murdering her husband, Collin Turner, at their family home in September 2021. Kuhn, a chief petty officer in the U.S. Navy, is accused of gunning down Turner, a former Marine, in their garage during a heated domestic dispute. Turner was shot while on the phone with police after Kuhn allegedly locked him in their garage and told dispatchers, “She just shot me.” Turner was killed during the incident. Kuhn is charged with first-degree premeditated murder.

I watched her being led out 3 times and I have no idea what you are talking about. She didn't smile at all but appeared to thank her attorneys. You people in the comments section are ridiculous! If she smiles she's cold-hearted, if she doesn't smile she's untouched, if she cries she's faking remorse. I'm glad you are not on a jury because you are as wish-washy as some of these defendants. Also, you DO realize that a ? is used at the end of a sentence when asking a question?

The way this woman looks, smiling as she speaks with her attorney, almost as though she thinks she is going to get away with this, Frightening to me ( as a Brit) that she is in the Navy, and cold-bloodedly murders her husband. Bree showed no remorse to for sho*ting Collin, his family or for her children.
Wonder if Collins parents will allow her to visit her children in prison. Even if she doesnt deserve to see them, this has to be hard on them they loved their mother and daddy.

They also lost a big half sister who was probably more of a mother to them then Bree was. The kids were very detached from Bree. Not normal for kids that age. They were very attached to their father and apparently he loved the stepdaughter as his own because he had threatened to take her too, but Bree said he would have him arrested if he did.

This defense atty giving closing is so inept. Looses his place, making ridiculous argument. Never addressed the fact that the murder victim is a Marine, medically discharged due to Traumatic Brain Injury serving our country. The defendant is a bold faced liar, she locked him out of the house, took his ID, wallet, money. All he wanted to do was retrieve his items and leave.
And if this is self defense as she claims, why did she shoot him 3 times in the BACK!!!! Which means he was walking away from her. And as an admin E7 in the Navy( a desk pogue at best) claiming PTSD.

Textbook, abusive, borderline personality disorder. Checked every single DSM/ICD box… wow.
Kinda upset at Colin for allowing that treatment of and behavior around his babies for SO long.
Saying things like “daddy’s going away cause he was mean to mommy…” pure self consumed toxicity… the children were pawns and possessions.
The borderlines greatest fear is abandonment. She would rather both her children be abandoned (we know Colin didn’t, but the beginning may feel that way to them) by both parents than deal with him having a week of peace with his children and parents.
Her constant, suffocating, stifling control… amazed any of them survived as long as they did.

@3:03 That defense attorney closing argument is the worst close I have ever heard, he’s making a confusing circus out of her case, I’m sure the Jury are going just Shut TF up already 🤯 and disregarding any valid closing statements, has he lost his marbles? He’s very damaging to her case, he can’t even get the facts right himself, Colin said it was about 1:30 am when the attempting to move the daughter & loud music incident happened, but he Mr defense just jumps forward 30 minutes 😳
I hope she appeals and gets a decent attorney, this case is so sloppy and not even the sloppy issues regarding the the lack of mental health insight & training are raised by defense.
The Cop said her mental health diagnosis 🚩 “ BORDERLINE PERSONALITY DISORDER “ 🚩 has nothing to do with what’s going on here right now. Clearly this Cop is completely ignorant to mental illness, but the fact that the defense didn’t even raise this ignorance shows that the defense attorney is also ignorant!

Every firearm in that house should have been locked up and out of her possession and reach. I thought baker acted , mental health patients were not allowed, by law to possess firearms. 🤔He knew she was a psychopath. I don't understand why he didn't leave with the kids while she was at work or not at home. They were all in danger. The father of that oldest child should have had custody of her a long time ago. No this is not a victim blaming comment, but lots of people dropped the ball here.

I am disgusted and shocked that a woman who claims she did everything for her children did not even shed a tear when hearing her children will be adopted and she will never see them again much less a tear for killing her "Best Friend"!
She is cold hearted and deserves the sentence she got.
I pray for Collin's children, parents and family. It sounds like they are taking great care of these babies as well as his older son and step daughter. What a blessing that they treat her as their own and involve her in the littles lives. That is God's love.
I also pray for Bree's family. I pray that her brother would know our Heavenly Father and lead his sister to know him too.
