The school had nothing to do with his disappearance, why would he not send her? The staff all knew him and the situation. @@merimasviland8006 You wouldn't put your kid back in the same school your kid was supposedly stolen from if so you are not fit to be a parent (KANE) who has been married how many times now?? To try and find someone to raise his daughter??
I'm not one to jump on parents or step without sufficient evidence, it bothers me when the masses do that to grieving parents based on easily refutable evidence, but Terri Horman had *more* than enough to convict. They were about to arrest her, and when Casey Anthony was acquitted they chickened out because they feared a loss. Wouldn't have happened, she'd be in prison where she belongs. Botched case...read up on all the missed opportunities. She's a monster.
Back when it happened, every time the mom had the microphone, she started with a description of how she was cheated on and continued by saying: “she is sure who did it and clearly named the step-mother”. Hate comments of mother toward step-mother became the reason for law-enforcement to look at the opposite direction. In the history of child abduction, every time someone (court - police - city - media or parents) said with certainty “they know who did it” and named a person, the child ended up staying lost.

I took that verdict personally. I’ll never get over it. I still hope someday Caylee gets some sort of justice and Casey lasts the price for what she (definitely) did.
Do you know why? It’s because the prosecution messed up and insisted on only 1st degree murder. The jury didn’t think she was innocent, they just didn’t think it was pre-mediated murder. If she had been charged with 2nd, she would have been convicted.
@@Mataylor17 false. I hate this argument from people because it’s not true. The judge gave them jury instructions and told them that they could charge her with second degree murder if they didn’t think it was first degree murder. That may be... but evidence is needed to prosecute...
Ijs..
They can't just arrest her without edvicence

Sorry, if that was my son Terri would have gone missing.
I concur with that statement! 10 Thousand Percent!
Me too
Absolutely…. Terry? Terry who??
This!!!!! She would be missing too.

Omg this is such a clear case of the stepmom doing it. How many times do we have to see things like this happen. Anyone hear of Madeline Soto? Dropped off at school...NOT. She's found dead. This is clearly the last person with the child is the killer in most cases. There's no other possibility with a 7 year old. Cmon people.
The stepmom should be in Prison I have said that every since this happened

Why??

We will never stop looking, Kyron! You are so loved and so missed!
Stepmother got away with murder. I hope Kyron is found someday with her dna on him so that she goes to jail for life.
@@Chris-i4g What?
@@Ketowskimeaning that it’s totally plausible for her DNA to be on him and wouldn’t equate to guilt, unless it was in a malicious way like under his nails would show signs of a struggle. Thats not the only way to charge her. Plenty of locations she was near or at. If we could just find him wherever she put him.
BTW No one seems to talk about the other woman who was possibly involved with this and probably knows what happened. She also had unknown location. Makes me wonder if they did a transfer. @@CramaLand

The step mom did it without a doubt, her and her friend.
ONLY the killer would say something in "past tense about a victim when everyone is under the impression their still alive. That was HUGE!!!
Kane is awful. He asked the ex wife, he cheated on and who he forced her now missing son to stay in unsafe conditions, to take care of his daughter?! That man has no concept of shame.
what about the mom? what mom would watch somebody else's kid and not their own? Or am I misunderstanding your statement?
@@djohny-ne3ggshe had become extremely ill and was receiving treatment in Canada at one point. At that time Kyron was better off with his father…until he wasn’t. But mom didn’t know that. How could she possibly know how evil the woman Kyrons dad had married was/is?
What disgusting humans people making these comments about the father are. Females are more likely to cheat and leave their husbands and still blame the exes for their cheating.
He cheated. Get over it. He is a victim in all of this too. She was planning his murder too. And he lost a son he loved.
He got custody for a reason, even the ex wife said it. He trusted another female who is the one who allegedly killed THEIR son, the son of him and his ex.
What you feel to realise is that he was in such a bad place because he did not realise what the female he married was he did not feel capable to raise his daughter alone.
Absolutely disgusting humans you all are that want to blame someone who did nothing to harm his son. He was not abusive, nor did he neglect his son. He just failed to notice the female he married would become an alleged killer.
@@djohny-ne3gg I think you might be misunderstanding the statement. The statement is saying that the father cheated on his wife and then later refused to give Kyron to his concerned mother. Kyron goes missing very likely due to the stepmother and now, after all that has happened, the father then asks Kyron's mother to take his and Terri's daughter. It's audacious, shameful, disgusting, despicable, etc. That is what the commenter is stating.
Don't forget he threw out Terri's teenager son out of his house as well. That meant he wanted his then wife Terri to care for his child from his previous relationship but didn't to do the same himself.
This is heartbreaking. Having a 5 year old son. I can't imagine. This mom is amazing
Kyron’s dad is a bad person. Period. If he would’ve let Kyron live with his mother this would not have happened.
Plus if he wasn’t a freaken womanizer, and DV abuser!
No he is not. There was a reason he got custody.
Unfortunately like most people who marry again, he trusted the female he married. But one thing he did not do is cover for her nor make excuses for her. And when he found out not only did she allegedly kill his son, but she planned to kill him too.
Way to go to blame one of the victims of the alleged killers misdeeds. Absolutely disgusting.
@@hazelhadley-britt6396 I agree he’s not a bad person at all. He was completely against her after this like a true father would. BUT he should’ve paid more attention and listened to the mother when his son’s behavior changed. Or sensed something w/ the behavior change himself since he had full custody. And I get it. Back in 2010 people weren’t educated on mental health like we are today. . . . He just thought he cried a lot and wet the bed like a normal kid would.
As a parent he failed he is as responsible as the one who killed KYRON when something is showing as a red flag in your child’s life you should never trust anyone even their other parent or loved ones KYRON was showing signs of fear and abuse and he ignored it because he
“loved Terri “ the child should always come first no matter who it’s against action should be taken immediately to prevent harm no matter who the suspected abuser is and he did not do that to many people choose “love” over their child’s immediate safety he failed his son period he refused to acknowledge what was right in front of him. A child does not just wet their bed and have emotional issues for no reason. KYRON stated many times he did not want to go back there and he wanted to have full control of the situation even if it meant the death of his son!

It’s insane that that killer has been allowed to walk free
My dad was a detective on this case and knows its the stepmom, but never came up with enough to charge her. The cell phone tower data didn't match up with her statement. He wanted to get her so badly.
Is he still involved with the case?
Kane put kyrons little sister in the same school where Kyron supposedly went missing from... would you put your child in the same school where your kid went missing from?
Seems like Kane might know something more than he's letting on..
He put that little girl in an awful predicament everyday, with all/most of the school community thinking her mother was responsible. Not the little girls fault, she deserves the right to her own life.
The school had nothing to do with his disappearance, why would he not send her? The staff all knew him and the situation. I would think that is better than having to throw her into a new one where the students and staff would clearly know about it but not really know about it. Just saying, don’t be so quick to judge.
You are way too dramatic and you have too much imagination. Stick to the fact and dont put your woodoo thinking out here :D
@@merimasviland8006 You wouldn't put your kid back in the same school your kid was supposedly stolen from if so you are not fit to be a parent (KANE) who has been married how many times now?? To try and find someone to raise his daughter??
The school had nothing to do with it.
This case needs justice and closure.
The step mom knows what she did and where he is.
