All that would do is get her charges bumped down to child neglect, child abuse and child endangerment for leaving the gun somewhere where a toddler could have gotten to it and for not supervising her children correctly with a deadly weapon in the house and then all the tampering after that. @gaiaiulia That's fair but why wouldn't she just tell the truth. They don't put babies in jail. Then to accuse the father of killing her. Plus the evidence it's hard to belive that's what happened.

@56ChevyBelAir....I was surprised the Judge allowed the Defense Attorney to repeatedly blurt out comments without using correct terminology, such as "objection", then say, my client should b able to clarify beyond a yes/no answer, even though we had already heard, she hid the gun, "to protect her son", after every despicable action she did.
I think because it was helping more than hurting the prosecution. It was actually showing how honest the police were and how much they cared as strangers more than the mother who unalived her own daughter. The attorney actually made a fool of himself and made her look extremely guilty.
Im positive a 2 year old cannot pull a slide back. She hated her baby daddy so much she killed her baby girl. She got rid of the phone probably because she recorded it or why.
As the mother of two baby angels, she's a monster.
My kids at two couldn't have even opened a car door, let alone pull a slide back on a gun. And even if he did do that and shot his sister, not only is that an accident because a 2 year old has no idea what death is... it's still her fault for keeping a loaded gun around!
I cry sometimes looking at my kids because I love them so much, I cannot comprehend this excuse of a woman.

“I was trying to protect my son”. He’s two years old and would never be convicted of a crime. It’s clearly not intentional if a two year old picks up a gun and accidentally shoots anyone, why not just admit what you say really happened? Because it’s not true.
All that would do is get her charges bumped down to child neglect, child abuse and child endangerment for leaving the gun somewhere where a toddler could have gotten to it and for not supervising her children correctly with a deadly weapon in the house and then all the tampering after that.
