NZ has a lot of better snacks than some of the ones in that box! Burger rings are some of the worst chips we have hahaha, twisties are far better! Also pineapple lumps and fairy bread are musts haha
In the bottom of the South Island in NZ they have a Jaffa race... not sure if they still do it, where they roll a truck load of Jaffas down the steepest street and see which one gets to the bottom first

I do feel like there are better snacks you could have been sent honestly that are more Kiwi, such as Cookie Time, Pineapple Lumps... however, I'm happy you didn't mind some of our stuff!! :) I drink a lot of green tea, but not really other tea and we don't put milk with our tea like you guys do x

Hi Kate and Alex we are big tea drinkers. Whittaker's chocolate is a New Zealand made and owned company and are the best chocolate. And Nigella is their spokesperson in their ads, that maybe why Alex has heard the name before

Kate, as someone who also hates dark chocolate and mint chocolate I appreciate your ratings. My husband loves both of these things and I've found a few things we can share because of your rating on them. I think it gives a better idea of what is good and what is mediocre because if you actually like it and it is something you usually hate then it must be really good for people that love it normally

Hi Kate and Alex...Jane here! Loved the video although there was not too many things to try. Kate...you gotta remember to score everything whether you like it or not....we cannot just have the "The Alex Show' or "The Alex and Matt Show" (although it would be GREAT to see Matt every once in a while :o)). You guys are soooo funny....always my favorite duo...LOL! So those Jaffa's are chocolate center with an orange flavored shell? I have never seen anything like that. You should score on the things you don’t like based on the other versions of those things you don’t like. So I don’t like dark chocolate but this is like second best dark chocolate I’ve ever had! By the way I love dark chocolate lol

I have only found TimTams in Walmart in the States and in only 2 flavors( milk chocolate or mint) for about $3.50 a box, which isn't bad considering the overseas shipping freight costs.

Lala Book they are if u bite a top corner and a bottom corner and but the bottom in a hot Chocolate and suck in from the other top corner and dammmmmm are they good

You should search on UA-cam ‘Jaffa race Dunedin’ it’s an annual event in the South Island of New Zealand involving Jaffas 😂❤️❤️ PS: it is done on the steepest street IN THE WORLD! They do it there because there used to be the Cadbury factory in that city but it’s gone now 😫

Abrar AlDakheel I did get regular Tim Tams at Giant, but I haven't checked Bed, Bath & Beyond. So, maybe they carry different kinds. I'm avoiding ordering chocolate from Amazon cuz that means, I have a problem :-).

Big tea drinkers here in NZ and do agree with some comments below the majority of those things aren't the best things, you should try pineapple lumps! Also double coated Tim tams are the best! Try doing a tim tam straw with them and a cup of tea! Bite a corner off each end and use it as a straw with your cup of tea, melts the chocolate as you eat the biscuit so good!.

Yeah Timtams unfortunately aren’t nz made they’re Australian but they’re so good though we have them here in nz on a daily basis they in a majority of our dairy’s and supermarkets and shops etc as a lot of aussie branded food is and I’m pretty sure a lot of our nz food is in aussie too!

I’m from New Zealand and Tea is a huge part of having people over, when guest arrive it’s very common to offer them tea or coffee as a substitute. Also with Tim tams you two honestly need to try biting a small bit off both ends and drink a hot drink of your choice through it like a straw it’s a real game changer, I personally prefer to do this with a hot chocolate type drink. You guys are absolutely amazing and hope to see more from you guys in the future
Have you had Yorkshire tea? (pronounced Yorkshah). A lot of my pantry is foods featured in UA-cam videos. I used to drink Bell tea but compared to Bell tea, Yorkshire has a richer a more bitter taste that I much prefer. Its British (as is this channel)

Hey Kate and Alex, there is a Whitaker's here in the UK and they tend to do a lot of products around Christmas that I have been seeing recently so that may be what you have seen as they are in North Yorkshire whereas the Whittaker's in New Zealand has a double T HaHa just so you weren't left wondering :) really love your channel

here in the US we have a brand of mints called andes. they are chocolates, with mint cream in the middle. they are brown and green chocolate bar mints. I've always wanted to try jaffas!!

If you bite the two ends off the tim tam you can drink through it and it melts in your mouth ITS SOOO GOOD

Bite the corners of the Tim Tams, and then have one corner in milk or tea and sip it through it and when it soggy eat the rest. But that's how my friend taught me to eat it

try biting one corner of the tim tam then biting the opposite corner at the bottom, put one corner of the biscuit in the tea suck the tea up through the biscuit like a straw then take a bite. its soft on the inside and a bit crunchy on the outside its so good.
I’m from New Zealand and the tim tam slam is actually where you bite the end off each side and then suck your tea or got chocolate through it like a straw once it starts to melt put the whole thing in your mouth as fast as possible so it doesn’t melt apart haha yum
We do the same with penguins in the U.K.
I love the caramel Tim Tams! I think an American dollar store Corp scored a container on the cheap because they showed up one day for a dollar each. I bought 1 and then went back and got 10 more😂
I'm from New Zealand, Could eat a whole packet of caramel tim tams with a tea but I love biting two oposite corners of the tim tam and using it as a straw for 2 seconds and then eating it normally, it literally melts in your mouth and tastes delicious!!! 😌😌
