Himy and his brothers and sisters seem to all share a melodic character that is pleasing to my ear., giving me smiles during and after my rides. I've had people taking pictures and asking questions about my RE's. Never experienced this with the beemers. I've seen more trains lately in my Ohio area. I think they all came from the PNW. how serious it is : every one liter (or gallon) of fuel creates one liter (or gallon) of water during combustion, so you have to get your engine warm to get rid of that from the exhaust system and crankcase

Sounds and seems to run fine to me and my (untrained) ear .... 🙂 I'd kind of like to get your thoughts on is it OK for a Honda 500 single air cooled to sit at tick over for long periods...say queuing for Customs on a ferry crossing....?? Air temp say 20'C (plenty of water cooled bikes overheated in a heartbeat....🤔)

The rule of thumb is you replace it after 5 years. There should be a “born on” date inside the helmet.
