Exactly the video I needed, we have the exact same model down to the rusty spots on the plate. I was able pop off the plate, access the pump lines and see that there is no clog in either the black rubber drain, or the gray drain after the pump all the way to where it exits the machine and then down to the stand pipe. I could feel from both ends of the pump that there were no obstructions besides the little spinning blade that actually does the pumping, so 99% certain our pump blew out and needs replacing.

Thanks! I thought I had to take off the door and that assembly to access the drain pump, but I guess not. Off to do mine now 🤞🏽🤞🏽
