If you replace the drain pump be sure to use a little teflon lubricant on the oring and a large ratchet c-clamp to fully seat the pump before installing the T20 screws. CHECK the pump is flush with the housing before proceeding. If not, take your time and reinstall and re seat the screws. It can be tricky.

I have the same washer. How do you activate diagnostic mode to view the error codes?
I don't know, bt not sure if diagnostics will even catch this type of problem.
