    it was such a great feeling when i felt the need to take a mini pause from the exercise and in the screen you were taking a breath too, thank you for showing that part

      I literally said to myself in the beginning "oh sick so basically a rest day" and was quickly very humbled

    Thank you for this challenge! I have seen great changes already!! Would you consider explaining the exercises like a voice over? Is good so we might correct ourselves if we are doing it wrong

    Girl after this weeks Pilates video I’m definitely starting the one you just posted. I’m actually so proud of myself I have one more day to go before I complete it and then once I complete your second playlist I’m really gonna feel proud. I can’t believe I stayed committed but honestly it’s super relaxing and I love feeling the burn because Ik it’s doing something and working. Also it’s just great to start my day with you and your dog😂

      Did this challenge with my 5lb dumbell. Idk if you use weights or bands at all but I'd love to see a harder workout with a bit more strength training Involved. But I like the workouts so far so keep up the good work:)

      i'm not quite sure. she said she got her dream body from low intensity workouts but that consistency is key. i dont think she'll post high(er) intensity workouts

      @@tvt3331 i think she started early 2022 but she was skinny before. pilates toned her body and gave her muscles. but its so worth it!! i have been doing her workouts since the beginning of the year and i have seen HUGE differences :))
