I didn’t see this 4 days ago when it came out as I haven’t gone to UA-cam daily lately. I’ll do this one Saturday or Sunday as I have 7-8 routines every day this week until the weekend; than only 3-4 each day of the weekend… all radio and weight toning. Hitting it hard. Hi Eleni. I did that without any weights. It was excellent. During the routine, I was thinking back to when I first discovered your channel. Previously, I'd tried a few other classes, such as Zumba, but never attempted anything you teach. I don't think I ever imagined I would still loyally be following along after all this time. I'm glad I did and feel so much better for it. Your channel has grown tremendously since then because of your skill, dedication and unique presentation style. I've always felt I was watching an expert and trusted in your knowledge of what you teach. Thanks again.
I love a good arms workout - especially with weights. Feels a bit like going to the gym, except I can stay in my cozy living room :D Thank you so much for all your efforts Eleni ♡
@@coco.nut.o In the end I went a step further, used 1.5 kg and combined it with a full body pilates with resistance band. It packed a bit of a punch but I was feeling in the mood for it. I recommend it as well. I think I’ll try using 2kg weights and see if my arms can still move the day after.😆
