    I personally love this style of no talk through because I find it relaxing just to just hear the music. I use an iPad positioned on the floor so I can see and do at the same time. Please make more videos like this!

      Same, I think different channels have different styles of workouts and hers are just quiet, mindful and relaxing without the constant talking. There are other channels where they talk to you and explain what they’re doing and I like those as well so I appreciate the variety that there is for fitness channels and u can choose whatever suits u best.

      Same! This works for me. Day 5 of following a routine on UA-cam is unbelievable for me. This definitely works for me!👏 Very relaxing.

    day 5 i’m so glad i found ur workouts i hated working out and when i found ur pilates i love doing them i feel so relaxed after doing them tysmm i been noticing a lot of improvement by doing ur pilates tysmm and ur puppy is so cute 🥹🩷

    I was previously struggling with home workouts doing cardio. And now realising cardio was the secret all along. 3 wks consistency. And now I'm following these series. Thanks Lidia😘😘

    Day 5 done. I feel way better about my endurance. I was like "20 minutes.. oof.. I'm not sure.." Then when we were done I asked out loud: "That's it?" So yeah. It was nice and got me moving a little bit. I like to do them in the morning almost right after i get up so I don't procrastinate it. Today was lovely. ❤ WE'RE SO CLOSE!

      This would be nice, but a video preview (thumbnail in corner) of ”the next exercise” during the last 10 seconds of each set would also be nice. About the music i think its still better than 95% of other channels because its calm/neutral and not some aggressive triggering mumblerap. No music would ofc still be the preferred choice 🙂

    i cant believe myself i got my periods today and usually i'll be sleeping on bed crying through pain but to my surprise i didn't get any pain, and for the first time in my life i exercised on a period day with zero discomfort. thank you thank you soo much for making these videos it's my fifth day and consistent didnt even skip a day . I'm soo proud of myself I'm crying 😭😭😭.... thank you again🥺❤❤❤

      the same thing happened for me! i got mine on day two or three of doing these but honestly i’ve hardly noticed it, i’ve been eating better while home on christmas break (and i’ve been doing the pilates ofc), the healthier lifestyle choices i’ve made seem to be really helping

      Her one week Pilates challenges with one day rest just do it for 8 week you will start to see the changes

    What a delightful and enjoyable workout that was! 😄💃 I had a blast following along with these exercises! It was a perfect combination of fun and ease, making it a breeze to complete.     Just completed my day 5 ! These workouts are so good also short. During First 2-3 days I was struggling and shaking but now I feel so much better and stronger thanks lidia 🥰🥰

    i love your workouts pookie !! i've been doing them for 8 days now and i've already noticed some changes even though i've been eating the same way (i'm planning to introduce healthier eating when i'm used to working out as a daily routine), i love the challenge of the workouts and they're so fun to do!! If its possible, could you make a no music version so I can listen to my own playlists while doing it?

    it's the fifth day and I already noticed some improvement with my stamina. Before, I cant even last 10 seconds of a plank, but now, I was able to last for the whole time! Keep up the good work 🤍🤍🤍

    Робила відео-тренування близько року та результату не було а якщо був то дуже поганий також кожне тренування не давало мотивації а тільки забирало сили жити, але тренування Лідії це просто супер кожне тренування це +до мотивації та до любові до себе, а також є результат вже на наступний тиждень також дуже зручно дивитися та виконувати відео, вправи доволі легкі але після них гарно відчуваються м‘язи, одним словом це кращі тренування🥹🥹❤

    i love your videos a lot, they make me love Pilates. But I see this continuous thing workout ytbers do when then start making money, they add a bunch of ads which kinda ruins the experience! I get it, you want to get your bank and earn money but please be more considerate, maybe just at the beginning and maybe once during one of the breaks.
