When Jes said if the Grilled Chicken McWrap has the McSpicy patty... Actually, Spicy Chicken McWrap used to be on the menu! Everything in the wrap but it's the McSpicy patty. But it got phased out along with Quarter Pounder, if I'm not wrong. Worked in McDonald's for a few years... Definitely saw how some items that were previously in the menu then gone.
The one I missed the most was the Signature series chicken burger with the apple slaw. 2nd would be the one with beef and some spicy relish. totally forgot the names
the big breakfast is just a deconstructed sausage mcmuffin (with the egg scrambled). I dunno the difference in price there in Singapore, but here in Malaysia, the big breakfast costs way more.

I love dipping the burgers and muffins in garlic chilli. And I like pairing the apple pie with the sundae (without the fudge and strawberry sauce) - break the apple pie in two, dunk into the sundae and eat it.
