The comic difference between the size of the bites they take out of each thing will never fail to make me laugh. Eugene takes a delicate bite, suitable for someone tasting a wide array of items, while Keith shoves half the sandwich into his mouth at once
To be fair he does have larger mouth and also he learned in this I’d take to small a bite all ya get is bread which isn’t fair analysis of taste

Justice for the McGriddle. The closest thing to sci-fi not food that a food can be. It’s a textural and flavor experience that cannot be replicated. Is it objectively good? No. Is it delicious? Yes. Does it fill the little depression hole inside you temporarily? Also yes.

Same! Like I remember when they first rolled out all day breakfast and I was like yes! I can finally have McGriddles whenever I want, but at first it was only the weak breakfast items like the biscuit and McMuffin and THEN they added all the other stuff. I think that was the only moment in my life where I ate breakfast regularly for an extended period of time.

I adore the hotcakes. Probably mostly for nostalgia reasons. When I was little, if I didn't have school, my grandma would take me to work with her and we'd get McDonalds hotcakes on the way. I'm 29 and I'll probably always eat the hotcakes, especially when my grandma is eventually no longer with us cuz they taste like happy memories.

i was always confused as to why i never liked normal simple pancakes bc i ADORE mcdonald’s hotcakes, i could eat it by itself and honestly i think normal simple ones are too thick for me and somehow for my teeth normal syrup is more fake than the mcdonald’s one 😭 i’ll gobble up some banana pancakes though

@@wxxd_deity I always hate normal pancakes and syrup. I eat normal pancakes (pancake parlour brand tho) with maccas syrup and I LOVE IT. I’ve stocked up on syrup each time I order since as it’s only sold in store. The hot cakes themselves now feel bland lol.

@@graceanne5601 Yes, that too! Actually part of the reason those colors were chosen by McDonald’s (aside from color analysis for marketing purposes) is because they were the main condiment colors. A little coincidence haha!

@@whateverokei yes of course and I got free fries and nuggets bc I told them I walked 5 miles for just a McFlurry and they felt bad. Luckily a friend was on the drive thru and spotted me and let me into their car so I could order and get dropped off home 😅
McFlurries for me is an “at wits end” food. Like if I am gonna physically ram my car into the person in front of me, instead of doing that, I get an mnm mc flurry and everything is fine again

Fun tip: if you have an air fryer, you can totally put leftover McDonald's fries in them, and they taste exactly the same. Me and my family learned this after the mcdonald's worker accidentally gave us 80 chicken nuggets (Four 20 chicken nugget boxes) and something like 4-6 large fries (it's been a bit, i don't remeber exactly how many portions of fries we got). In case anyone was wondering, the chicken nuggets also did really well in the air fryer.

24:19 to answer Keith's question - I actually used to work at a bun factory that made McDonald's buns. The big Mac buns are just really tall buns that are sliced with two blades instead of one. Nothing crazy.
McDonald's hot cakes may not be pancakes, but they are DELICIOUS

As a former mcdonalds employee:
The folded egg that comes on the mcgriddle and biscuit sandwiches is frozen and then thawed in restaurant.
The mcmuffin round eggs are cracked fresh and cooked shortly before assembly of the sandwich.
Always substitute the round egg instead of folded. It makes them 10x better.
As a former McDonald's employee in Canada, we got rid of the folded eggs about 4 years ago and is no longer available. Also, we call the American mcchicken the Jr. Chicken!!

Keith needs a heating lamp for these. Temperature is a part of how food is consumed properly. You cant have a hot ice cream or frozen burgers and expect a proper judgement. Help daddies favorite out
I agree! An insulated container could be used for food transport. They could also have the oven on low and then turn it off and keep the food moderately warm in there. (While keeping an eye out to make sure not to risk fire.) It would be better to make more frequent trips as sometimes the things that are rated last I feel like get a bad rap.
I believe they do have a heat lamp, I feel like he mentioned it in one of his eat the menu video.
I think that for all these eat the menus. By the time he gets to them most of the dishes are cold. Ugh.

Every episode with sandwiches has at least one “This is pretty dry,” and one “That’s a WET sandwich!” It’s like Keith has a “Goldilocks zone” for sandwich moisture. 😂

I’m with the toddler. I get the hotcakes whenever I get McDonald’s breakfast. I don’t have them often, but they are a delight.

SAME HERE. The bun is different (with sesame seeds), there is a lotta mayo sauce (which is my preference) and lettuce and the chicken is actually pretty big
That looked like a jr chicken (which would make sense as that's a value menu item). McChicken is the grown up version. Delicious.
