Honestly, I was a little skeptical about this one as I was tasting too much flaxseed in the batter😝. But the finished cake tasted awesome💃

@@trashysister thank you. But why replace bananas with flax seeds. Surely bananas are easily available, cheap and healthy and most certainly vegan 😊

@@aparnaroy8814 Well it's not just about availability. While bananas are nutritious and readily available, their nutrient content differs from flaxseeds. And people might want to have a fiber and omega-rich ingredient in their food that also works as a binding agent for their cake. So it's just a matter of preference 🤗🤗
