I found your channel while browsing on UA-cam. I too am on a low carb diet. I have tried many different low carb bread, keto bread and they were not that great!
You recipe is by far the best. The flaxseed bread is easy to make, very good, and super healthy. I agree with another comment. A lot of times a lot of the low carb bread recipes are to eggy tasty, they don't even taste like bread.
Before I toasted it in the pan, I add some hemp seeds on the slices.
Last night I made an egg salad and use this bread recipe for my sandwich bread! It was delicious!

Great video gurl as it’s so very healthy but I would switch out aluminum foil with parchment paper instead as aluminum anything has been linked to Alzheimer’s disease.
Only when exposed to an acid like tomato sauce or lime juice. The 1 tsp of vinegar would have reacted with the baking powder and lost all of it's acidity.
Aluminum pots, pans are fine as long as no acids are used but those God-awful aluminum lemon and lime squeezers are the worst.
Some parchment papers have PFOS and PFAS chemicals that never break down and cause many reproductive problems. Be cautious of the brand depending on where you live.
Osteoporosis, Schizophrenia, and Alzheimer's are associated with high aluminum levels.
There could be PFAS on the parchment paper…..🤦🏼♀️

This is great! Very masarap! ... You know if you want to have less of an eggy taste, you can add 3 egg whites only. This will compensate for the absence of the 2 yolks. The egg white has a very neutral taste... give it a try! .. You can use the yolks on ur omlette or I sometimes add them to meatballs to bind!

tried this over a dozen times now and it never rises even though i bought new baking powder. what am i doing wrong?
She used a small bread size dish for the mixture... If the dish is too big, then it might not rise...
