I've been saying this for the past few months, Ford is missing a major multi-million dollar business opportunity with the Explorer ST, definitely a sleeper SUV. Put either a Coyote V8 with a Supercharger, or even the 5.2 liter Supercharged Predator V8 along with some Ford Mustang parts like headers, active exhaust, launch control, drift mode and other driving modes while keeping the AWD/4X4 system, instant Hellcat Durango/Hellcat slayer. Imma get a used one off of Copart very soon, fix it up, buy the parts I need, and imma call that shit the Explorer ST Beserker😅😅💯💯💯 name TBD!!!
Aight gotta say, dumb comment. Why the frig would you rip out the 3.0 and drop in a dinosaur v8. The stock 3.0 can handle like 800whp no sweat. The ST as is can handle insane power. It does not need a new engine.
@hypertape9603 a stock 5.0 will handle way more but a NA 5.0 doesn't fit in here even less with twin turbos or a pro charger super charged yeah but 5.0s rather have turbos and the weight difference is not worth it
it s cheaper yes, but your sticking with 2.25" piping, most people want bigger cause they are modding for power. and most catback replace the crappy oem midpipes that blow out the flex pipes. sounds good though 👍
@@valvetronic no point adding a 3"muffler tons 2.25" system. And building a custom 3inch system costs as much of not more then just buying catback, been there 😂
I have a 2.5" from downpipe back with an X pipe and it sounds killer and burples and pops. Sounds killer can't wait to install my whoosh Motorsports downpipes.
Welp I knew I needed this but now I really will have to snatch this . Question do u have mufflers / exhaust for a 2020 civic Sí coupe ?

you can get 3 inch mufflers or build a 3 inch system or add the mufflers into your existing set up!

@@lgt304 it's gonna get a whole lot louder 😂.
I chose to stay OEM downpipes, my awe 3" catback is plenty loud lol
3 inch exhaust yields like 8hp tops on this platform.
it sounds like a s55 from a bmw f8x
