    •day 1- ☑️ it was the recovery of doing sport, my body was literally burning
    •day 2- ☑️ body’s feelings was the same but exercises easier
    •day 3- ☑️ I started to get the hang of it
    •day 4- ☑️ my body feels more heavy but my movements were better
    •day 5- ☑️ it’s so much easier but I don’t see any change yet except my legs are more strong
    First, I’m not in a diet but I prioritize
    fruits and vegetables for every meal. I avoid condiment that have too much saturated fatty acid but of course I still eat it. (ideally during the day because you can burn much better fast-acting sugar) I’m very comfortable with my body and if I don’t eat any vegetables or fruits it does not matter. I just want a healthy body with a healthy mind. I hope you guys have the same and don’t forgot to take care of you 💋

      Pilates help fix posture and loosen tight muscles and may creat the illusion of you being taller but will not increase your height

    So, I can't swear I'll do this everyday but because no one shared the results, I'll try this and share my results.
    Day 1:
    Oh sh- I forgot it.. And I want to mention that when you want to lose weight you have to eat less and healthy but if you only exercise you won't lose weight and if you only want to lose weight around your legs then you can do this

      No, eating less is a bad idea. You're wrong if you think this is the best solution. If you don't eat well, your weight will never be stable and you will loose, gain, loose, gain weight. Your metabolism will be slow too. And you will be very tired and have 0 energy for the workout. I'm not a nutritionist, so tell me if I'm wrong. But I learned a lot about a healthy lifestyle, and this information came up several times. So please eat good healthy meals that make you feel good after you eat them and a balance diet

      @@blostree6634 I want to mention that I meant when I said eat less that you eat the food you need and not more like starving yourself is really a bad idea but when you eat less for a certain time your stomach would be more tiny and after you won't be able to eat more and than would eating less a customary thing for your body and so you would not need more food as usual. And without forgetting, I am Turkish and maybe I have mistakes but the main thing is that we can understand ourselves. I also want to add that your english is understandable and well enough.

      You will not lose weight in a certain area if you exercise on it. The body loses weight evenly no matter what exercises you do

      @@eley8730 Training on certain parts of the body will simply tighten the muscles, but will not burn fat. We lose weight from a calorie deficit. Workouts are just an additional way to burn calories, so sports are optional.
      And the body loses weight in proportion to the type of figure. My figure is a triangle, respectively, fat is deposited in the legs first of all and is burned there last. I can only do leg workouts, But this will not affect the rate of fat burning in this part of the body.

      It slims your legs down which reduces the fat. You can't do this workout alone pls add some Cardio [walking, running] and don't eat so much at once but still eat 3 meals a day please
