You are a hard and great worker. We need more people like you in the fast food chains. Absolutely fabulous how you treat your co workers. These videos are great and satisfying too lol
I’m just saying the closest McDonald’s to me does not have quality like this. Everything is tossed together in such a careless rush I frequently have sandwiches that have come unwrapped in the bag. This in turn causes the bottom to become a slushed mess of mixed toppings, whole burger patties, toasted buns and loose fries. Greatly appreciate what I see here though I’m sure customers are very satisfied 💪💪❤️❤️
Absolutely, spent 7 years as trainer/manager under a good owner, what you see here is absolutely textbook. McD has something called the "Golden Standards", every store is supposed to follow them. This ensures wether you get a Big Mac in Nashville, TN or Naples, FL, it's the same sandwich, quality and service. Sad truth is a lot of owners follow those standards too loosely or not at all and the location close to you is what you end up with. This dude runs a tight ship, even the most broken rules are still being followed. It's refreshing to know there's stores out there like this.

@@HaleStorm1998 yup Ty
@@bzsbzs350 yeah, well he is doing a good job with his influence right now.
I started to be addicted to this videos.... thank you for what are you doing and keep it going bro!
im watching this while having dinner but i would like it to be an hour long episode
Worked at Burger King through high school and some of college. Having a shift crew who enjoy working with each other and are communicating is a beautifully well oiled machine. You would almost dare for it to get more busy as a fun challenge and test.
I worked in fast food in my teens and for my uncle's catering company in my early 20s and can't express enough how thankful I am that I did.. you learn about teamwork, communicating with coworkers, and customers in stressful and non stressful situations, etc.. seriously, learning people skills will take you very far in life.
That was a very generous portion of eggs for the big breakfast. We get about half that here where I am 😂
These videos are oddly mesmerizing 🤣🤣🤣
I would love to see you grilling the sausage, scrambled eggs, and bacon and frying the fries and hashbrowns.
I have no idea why I love these! I guess it's just interesting 🤔 ice never worked fast food
0:39 Gravy biscuit? When was that added to the menu?
Yea
This is way to wholesome, I would love to record while I made Pizza
I usually detest morning shifts, but this guy is changing my mind.
That one guy: I guess it would depend on having a good boss like this guy and good people with which to work.
@@JudyT868 Very true! It would also suck to work with people who rub off their negativity on you.
@@thatoneguy5244 : you are quite right. They zap your energy especially if you are an upbeat and positive person.
Who doesn’t love these types of videos ❤️🎉😍💕🍬🥰❤️
I never thought I’d be mesmerized by watching somebody prepping McDonalds food but here we are. Keep it up!
this mcdonalds looks like it has the freshest scramble eggs i ever seen at any mcdonalds
This video made me wonder if this might be a McDs promo, because my local McDs rarely provide decent looking bacon or sizable eggs like in this video.
I used to work for BK for 2 Years as an Asst. Supervisor, and my favorite place to work is at the back. Rush hour can go crazy sometimes but if I'm working with the people that I enjoy working with it's a smooth operation,, and on my lunch breaks I would experiment on ingredients combining some condiments and when we had the chili dogs ohh man that was amazing it was so good, thinking back about it I do kinda miss it not just the work but the people I worked with.,
Hey Stephen, i Love Your Content, please Keep up the Good work and Spreading Positivity to others, and Especially Shining a Bright Light in the McDonald's Brand
best teamwork and communication I have ever seen, plus it also looks like a nice happy work environment :)
I want to see the process of refilling whenever you are out
Mcdonald's has improved their processes since I worked there in the 1990s. Back then the prep station for building the burgers/sandwiches, and wrapping station were about 8 feet apart.
😁 Wow. Interesting. Thanks for sharing.
Ty my friend for your videos! Im not in a good period in my life rn, but your videos help me to free my mind while I watch them…♥️🙏🏻
You are a hard and great worker.
2:20 bro I want THAT egg when I go to McD's. That one was a monster.
I would eat at this McDonald’s it looks clean and I know a bunch of punk kids are not making my sandwich. You seem professional. Awesome video. I just found your channel and subscribed.
Wow this McDonald's is so different our in Maryland. It's also to crazy to see how it feels to work in the grill section in a calm McDonald's
I also want to see more of the grill guys! I like comparing myself to others! I need to see my competition. I am a Ninja on the grill!
NERDCORE: is it a grill or a flat top that is used to cook?
Love the Communication and Teamwork. Also liked that he threw out something that didn’t look good anywhere else they would’ve just put it on a bun and kept it moving. 10/10
Could you show the cooking side of things?
Yes! I too would love to see how the food makes it into the UHC trays!
I don’t even eat at McDonald’s, but for some reason watching these POV’s are strangely satisfying.
I am seriously craving a sausage egg McMuffin right now holy crap.
My guy most Walmarts sell maple flavored spicy sausage patties and liquid eggs like McDonald’s has. U can have an egg McMuffin literally anytime U want
@@cadestockman5731 It's not the same. It just isn't. Also, I'm the kind of person craving easy access mcdonald's, I'm also not the kind of person who is going to drive to the grocery store buy a bunch of shit, come home and then make it lol.
Two for $5 in Ontario, Canada at the moment! 😋
@@the3rdid485 y’all as bad as ppl who abuse drugs and I hope y’all know that. Lit addicted
@@the3rdid485 Also, McDonald's has a distinct flavor. Those bought at the grocery store are not the same taste. They're just not. The craving you have is for the specific McDonald's sandwich.
Damn, now I'm craving it too!!!
Excellent Worker! He Never complained once and was lightning fast and accurate on the Breakfast Station. Awesome Job! 🍟🍔
This Low key actually looks kinda fun 😂
Why i get relaxed watching your vids? How honorable your job is. I would love to try this kind of work.
0:49 R.I.P bruh 😢🥺
These videos are so cool behind the scenes of how your McDonald’s is made.
2:25 What’s that little item called?
A biscuit?
2:13 the heres your cookies got me laughing 🤣
To keep it short and simple, I would blow my brains out if I had to do this job 5 days a week, honest respect to anyone who works this type of repetitive job. Can't remember how many times McDonalds saved me when I needed a quick meal on the go.
This seems to be the exception to every other McDonald's kitchen I've ever seen. You folks are on point.
1:20 so satisfied
Man the efficiency is wild. Really cool to watch. I wonder if people with something ocd or ocd like mannerisms would enjoy working in that kind of setup hypothetically
Now I want McDonald's breakfast 😂
2:21 that scrambled egg, tho. 😋😋😋
