Great recipe, I made it tonight. Croutons were ON EFFING POINT! Only 2 quibbles.
Number one, One clove of Garlic? ONE??? Are you freaking kidding me???? I didn't use giant garlic, but I used 5 cloves.
Number two, I added oregano to the crouton spicing and in the bag to marinate the chicken (it also needed more marinade time).
Besides those minor things. I freaking loved this. I love a quick caesar, but this was fan tastic. Thanks again Sam.
He wasn't marinating the chicken. He just added some of the dressing to the bag so it wouldn't year the meat when he pounded it.

I bought this as my first propane grill. It's been a fun, learning experience ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxCx5fHawkK9OoV-ojFrY8JLnZrFwAmvUt . I think it's a bit too pricey after looking at other grills, but it wasn't hard to put together and it works really well. I love the side burner option for heating food during a power outage. I have an electric stove and live in the South (Hurricane season), so this was a bonus. I also bought a cover for it and it has protected it nicely (the Char Broil All-Season Grill Cover 3-4 Burner: Large). Every few grill sessions, I take the rack (or grate) and burner covers off and clean them with a non-abrasive scrubby and mild soap. I wipe the excess off of the bottom as well, taking care to avoid the gas and pilot lines.
Chicken caesar salad should be a texture symphony and you captured it perfectly. This type of caesar dressing is also money. I'm hungry now. Thanks!

He has talked about it before if I remember correctly. He basically says a well sharpened cheap knife is better than a poorly maintained expensive one. Having said that Wustof knives are amazing and definitely my favorite. They are very common among pretty popular cooking people.
Dalstrong is my go to. Not cheap but far from high end. A wet stone is game changing too even for a cheap knife.

Yes there are, it's on the ingredients list on the bottle of Lea & Perrins (which is what he's using) that I have in my kitchen. It's a well-known ingredient of Worcestershire sauce, which is considered a fish sauce. Look it up.
You can keep repeating "wrong" all you want, but you're the one who's wrong. Not too hard to look it up, bud.

Megatron healthy fats and that are limited to a healthy amount are good yes. but 200ml of oil which is 200g of fat, is in no way healthy at all.
If you use a good organic olive oil it shouldn't hurt healthy people. The omega 3 fatty acids are really healthy, but you can always use less if it doesn't make you feel good 👍

I have many content creators that I have subbed to here and ever since I stumbled upon your channel, it is literally the only thing I watch. I can count on one hand how many of the other channels I sub to that I’ve watched one video of lately. I love watching you cook, I love Max too, he brings a lot of personality and familial bonding to the videos. I have started cooking more things like you and I haven’t gotten take out once in the past month. All cooking at home. Sadly, I even season and cook things as if I’m doing it for Max and he’s filming me even though I’m alone in my apartment.....but I digress, love the videos, love the food, can’t wait to get more items that you use and your cook books.
