The main thing that helped me shed weight is definitely the intermittent fasting --14 hours from dinner time then black coffee no sugar no cream to continue my fast for another 3hrs ~ 17 hrs is when autophagy kicks in ~ meaning inner cellular cleansing and getting rid of cancer cells and toxins. You can also continue fasting if you have strawberry and blueberry, no additional sugar added. There’s a few other foods that don’t spike the insulin and are sugar-free or fructose free that will allow your body to continue on the fat burn instead of using sugar as fuel. I love fried eggs too. That’s usually what I’ll break my fast with or a matcha bowl with walnuts, avocado, strawberry, blueberry, coconut, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, or pistachios. I literally will only have what I mentioned and dinner the main thing that helped us was eliminating anything sweet and just having a manuka honey if I have any sweet cravings specifically MANUKA because it’s healing for the gut oh, and I forgot to mention apple cider vinegar & Ginger before I even consume any food helps to stabilize blood glucose. And also to curb hunger and help with digestion. trust me I tried 1500 calorie but regardless of the sugar but after I did the same calories with regards to no sugar and I started losing so much weight it’s the junk food and sugar trust me and at the start I noticed that with junk food and sugar I didn’t gain or lose
You need to track your macros and calories. Make it a a high protein macro, with balanced carbs/ fat. Pay attention to your micronutrients and bit too. Let me tell you, life changing! Additionally, make your foods fun! I started feeding my body this way and it’s been 6 weeks and I’ve had zero craving and for me that’s saying a lot because my craving for salty/ sweets was immense. Berries: strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, raspberries… full of vitamins A, C, calcium, and iron- this is what I mean by micro nutrients! I hope this helps 💪🏽🙏🏽 you got this!!!

It is true that it is harder for women to lose body fat because they have less testosterone and more estrogen than men, and also more hormone inbalances because of menopause. I'm trying to lose about 70-76 pounds due to having a baby boy almost 9 months ago! It's been hard for me to keep the weight off .. I also have a 4 year old son which I gained weight in the process of that too, highest weight has been 230 and I'm now at 216.2 , I just started intermittent fasting again 2 days ago and I can say it helps so much! Already losing weight. Here's a tip since I've done intermittent fasting in the past .. the more you eat healthy, the more weight you will lose. Yesterday I had a salmon and shrimp salad with some crackers and a fruit smoothie. I was 218.4 yesterday and now I'm 216.2 this morning when I weighed myself, just by eating that at 4 and I fasted the rest of the time I won't eat again until 4 today and again tomorrow. It works you will see as you continue on! You got this!
