I don’t get why Bryan gets any hate at all. He’s literally living his life as an experiment so that we can live a longer healthier life. Pretty admirable! 🤷

    • @billr8829
      @billr8829 2 місяці тому +15

Yeah I agree. But it’s also obviously because he’s wealthy. Combine wealth with being “different”. And you’ll get a lot of hate. Ppl relate emotion to having or not having. So they will always feel victimized by him. Which is sooo dumb lol.
Like the simpsons say. It’s a funny thing about advertising. If you stop looking eventually it goes away.

Hi everyone - things move very fast at Blueprint. Things I mentioned in the video but have now discontinued:
    • Adipeau, no measurable effects thus far
    • that brand of electrolytes as I found them to be high in contaminants
    • raw ginger didn’t work as a tea
    • the statin I was taking
    • ketones are now intermittent

Even if there's still potential risk, it's already properly calculated and considered the positive and negative. Your commoner logic doesn't apply to him. He's not contradicting anything.
And whatever raw lamb liver the other guy is saying is most likely isn't any better than the well tested, and evidently efficacious accutane. Just because it's natural, doesn't mean it's better, or doesn't have any side effects. Accutane is well researched and tested, whereas raw lamb liver isn't.

Hi Brian from Lochness Sottish Highlands. .I would put your snap clip containers and body products in the tin and vacuum seal them in a vacuum seal bag.. Stops the product moving around and is flat.. The bags are clear so no guesswork required on contents and can labelled if necessary and RE-USED...Food saver do bags and the machine, and of course commercial vacuuming machines for the home are also worth a look as it is the chamber that is vacuumed along with the product.. From a chef/ auxiliary nurses perspective I prefer the commercial vacuum chamber type.. for its longevity... No oxidation, as no oxygen present after the process is complete.. Kindness your way.. An idea to consider. Once you found your sweet spot for supplements. Pivot your bulky supplement intakes into a more condense form approach like what Bioniq does with granules? Where they cater your granules via your blood tests. I think you're able to dial it in more. Plus one less bulky category to worry about, especially when you're traveling.
You have the resources to launch your own research and development on granules product. As well as the brand, reach, and the passion. I think you're able to take up space in the market. However, operating at a loss at first and not sure how effective it will be for your at home extensive routine.
    Dont die.

Are you really sure you want to be rubbing plastic all inside your mouth and then swallowing the microplastics later after you spit? The best toothbrush is a plastic-free manual toothbrush made with bamboo and boar's hair. You can get plastic-free toothpaste tabs with fluoride and store them in your own container.

I’m curious what your protocols have to say about heart health.
Something I’ve learned is that heart rate variability, and more specifically, placing the heart under a variety of conditions is good for it. Recently I’ve been laying down on my back with my whole legs up against the wall and with my arms raised to the ceiling; the idea being that, the extra blood flowing down from the legs and arms in this position will place the heart under higher flow pressure and moreover, place it into an unusual condition.

fluoride is shit and there's no need for it to be in your toothpaste, your tap water etc. a far better way to support the enamel is to keep exposure to acidic stuff as short as possible and as low in intensity as possible, always flush your mouth with water after meals, only brush your teeth hours after your last meal so the enamel can repair itself and doesn't get damaged by the brush (it's softened after eating). there's no need whatsoever for fluoride in this equation.

Hey Bryan, I travel for work so I have been trying to figure out the best ways to take blueprint on the road. The pills are pretty easy as you can just bring the whole bottle or do individual servings into plastic bags (or cups like you have in the vid). The powders are more tricky due to the potential for them to open and spray powder everywhere. I have been putting longevity mix in these small plastic tubes that I have leftover from Zipfizz. That works decently well but its a pain to put together, requires a funnel to get the mix into the tubes and its hard to measure. I then put those tubes into a tupperware box to contain them incase of leakage. I have yet to figure out any good solution for the olive oil. I have thought maybe getting the small single serving olive oil bottles might be the best, but the manufacturers producing those are limited.

I love your nuanced thinking and philosophical standpoints. You seem like someone who is constantly doubtful and evaluating whether you are correct or incorrect. We as people are often probably more incorrect than correct, we are also not designed to be perfect. I think what you are doing from a physical health perspective is a work of art. I do think what you are doing from an aesthetic point of view is probably only due to how other people perceive your progress. Grey hairs, blemishes etc.... All these things don't matter. If the treatments you are doing to improve those aesthetic biomarkers are costing you progress in other areas don't do it. I think Accutane is a bombshell to drop in a one liner. I've never met anyone who has taken that medicine and been the same afterwards. It is damaging your cells, fucking with your entire psychology as well. Low doses in one country might not be low doses in another as well. For instance i know people who have taken 5mg per day and were horribly effected just like many others. All for what? Some blemishes? You are a beautiful looking person, and what none of those treatments are capturing is your multifaceted personality. Please drop the accutane for your own benefit.
