I’m on level 3. I just applied this combo in a spar for the first and it looked pretty crisp. So I’ve been practicing it a lot more lately. Thanks for class Doc!!!
Awesome job brother well done on making it work in a spar as well but yes keep drilling it, make sure you practice the other 4 drills as well and add them to your game 👍🥊
Excellent! I realised that I was doing wrong the cross to the body, I was hit it on my downward motion and lacking reach and power, it was more like a tap. Thank you!
