You aren’t alone sis. I had my 6th baby 5 months ago and I feel like it’s the first baby all over again. Anxiety, stress and depression at an all time high. Trying to remind myself that it passes. I hope your passes soon as well. ❤
Aww Darling! You got it like you said!💪🏽 mediating; I highly recommend it and yeah it can be that simple as just clearing your mind and freeing your mind of thoughts (it's actually can be hard at first😅)
I tried it the other day and it was definitely harder than I expected because I have so much on my mind. I’m hoping meditation gets easier the more I do it.
Yes!!! Breastfed babies be attached to the boob. Usually half boob and half pumping early on be usually works to wing them off the boob. I have 3 children and after each child I had postpartum depression. My type of depression be feeling like my husband don’t want to go out with me on a date anymore, we don’t make love until 3 months after birth so I feel like I be with a roommate instead of a spouse, and I just be feeling like he doesn’t like me anymore because he gives our baby all the attention. We experience that together and usually after 3 month after birth we be back to normal. Man I would like 1 more child but that postpartum is no joke feeling like I’m fat and spouse doesn’t loves me anymore and no cuddling for 3 months bc we are so tired and focused on the baby BUT after it’s all over it’s just sooo much love from my husband and children so 1 more down the road it is. Yes!!! I will join your work out journey bc this mommy belly of mines have to go along with the back fat lol
It is definitely hard to find your normal again after having a baby but I will get there. I just have to stay positive and being intentional with finding that time with hubby and my big boy. When are you thinking about trying for baby #4?

You got this Sis. Check into Tai Chi. 5 minutes daily. Mega relaxation and mood boosting, at least for me. Also, check into yoga.
Thank you so much! I don’t know to much about Tai Chi but let me look into it.
@@Aquemini I found the exercises on UA-cam
@@Aquemini do you use essential oils.
