  • I apologise if this video TRIGGERS anyone and if the video seems it's all over the place, I didn’t want to edit it to much as I want it to be as raw and authentic as it can be.
I do get a bit upset in parts, and this has taken me a long time to release this video, so please be kind as my goal and whole reason for uploading and sharing this upload and my journey with my mental health struggles is to help, guide, share and raise awareness.
The video starts with me speaking about my current coping mechanisms and then goes into detail of my mental health struggles since 2019, my upcoming therapy with the NHS that I will document in full to help share my experience and help guide you all to the amazing help that I out there and please always remember that you're not alone.
I have included links that helps me and guides me in moments of crisis & that can offer continued support, PLEASE check these out.
We will throughout our journey on UA-cam be open and honest about our good days and bad days, show you all that its ok not to be ok, share our coping mechanisms that we have learnt and are still learning along the way.
This video took a lot for me to be brave, open, and honest, so please be kind and think of others and be mindful.

Mental health is so important to share. Not enough ppl bring it out in conversation. Thank you for being courageous enough to share your story. Someone in my family is going through a rough patch with anxiety and depression right now. She is learning what tools she can use to help herself so hopefully she can return to her everyday life soon. Hugs 🤗

It's very important to talk about mental health and encourage others to aswell. I'm heard about Mind, seems a great charity. I know what you mean about virtual interactions, I have social anxiety but I'm also an introvert and I just find it so much easier interacting with people online.
