Episode 3 brings a rain of tears from both the male and female contestants. Grant pushes these people harder than we’ve seen in any other episode. Where would you draw the line? Would you do what these contestants did? Some of them risk being sent back to their home country. One risks losing their home and their children. Grant also shows his compassionate side when faced with a reminder of where he came from and the bottom that he hit before rising to become the most recognised sales trainer of his era.

" what salary would you need to start ? 100K ......ok good bye " Grant cardone LMAO 😂😂
100k bro... she said it with such confidence too. She got slayed hard
I love how these guys walk in so confident and there like "uh uh uh "
Any one who is self employed knows Grant Is the real deal. You can not get to where he has in life with out extreme determination, work ethic and a do what ever it takes attitude.
even when he says, you dont have what it takes....He still makes sure theyre sent off with a positive message....Respect brotha
My response to selling the water or myself would've been, "Well, essentially me and the water are one in the same. In the wise words of Bruce Lee 'you put water in a cup it becomes the cup; you put water in a tea pot it becomes the tea pot. Water can flow or it can crash. Be water my friend.' I can adapt to any personality and commit people to my pace. Just like the body needs water; your company would benefit from me. I am an asset; not a liability."
whackrapperlocator that's the dumbest shit i've ever heard
ahhahahahahaha
that was interesting.
whackrapperlocator
Well said, water is the universal solvent. And Bruce Lee was so sexy.
I think that was smooth lol. But on the spot do you think you could nailed that lol. Be honest
Man, Yasmin needs to snap out of her victim complex, quick.
She is hungry and tired by herself with tree kids, how can you judge her?
I read victim as vitamins
@@danoconnor3227 she got three kids and single mother. This country is full of single mothers left amd right. Single mothers is now the norm so it no longer puts u as an outlier.
@@locomoco2012 idk what the hell you are talking about but it definitely puts you at a disadvantage and should be a motivator
She should have kept her legs closed
Every HR and people of hiring decisions must watch all episodes. There's so many solid moves and takeaways from the production. Thank You!
Including grant poking at his wife with a knife while preparing to make people eat out of a trash can?😂
I am a little confused. In episode 1 Grant rejected the teacher because she had the "idea" to throw the rug over the balcony. However, Kyle actually does throw the carpet over the balcony yet he is given a sales oppurtunity. I understand the liability but an idea has never hurt anyone it's the action you end up taking that gets you sued.
It's because the teacher was the least favorite while Kyle is the most favorite here.
It’s because Kyle had one too many Mountain Dews
He contradicts himself constantly. I don’t agree with a lot of Grants methods.
@Øystein Aarseth It is nothing to do with his skin. Big guy just has amazing sale skills.
@@kourtneytaylor2864 Grant is legend!
I love these videos and learn so much. Thank you for being an inspiration
I love how Elena is the "good cop" in this challenge! You're an amazing Woman Elena!
i love the show man. i just remember the experiences I have as a sales man. and I thank u for bringing it back to me.
I love this frickin show. Powerful!
Grant has such a good heart. This is why he is so successful.
I LOVE this show, and i regularly prefer everything else than shows haha
I dont get how that woman with the bangs got a job with him in the first place. She doesn't say anything or contribute to the staff meetings. She just sits there and smiles when Grant says something.
Man I Love Elena. She is so awesome. Grant is hard, but fair.
You don’t understand how much I love this!!!
I was surprised that he was attracted to Yasmin's hunger and desperation which is usually the one thing that you don't want to let show.. But this shows what a good heart he really has Grant
Loved these series , great content!
I love this interview challenge video. Great source of motivation. Thanks GC :)
When Grant cuts out the people who are not doing well it reminds me of Cobra Kai when Kreese was cutting out the weakness of the karate students.👊👊
People complaining that Grant has no consistency understand that neither does life and changes depend on the situation at hand.
I don't agree with everything he says but I agree absolutely. Say whatever you want about him, but life is unpredictable.
Yea let me count how many times my life was consistent .........um yep not 1 time.
Looks pretty consistent to me. He never asks anybody to do something he wouldn't do. EDIT: Just watched episode 1 where they kicked the girl for mentioning throwing the carpet over the balcony.
What a bunch of BS
I am enjoying the series immensely....43 and business went bust and broke...family in dire straits I am learning a lot...about marketing and that HUNGER
This series is epic man 🔥
What I do not understand... is why none of these job applicants took the time to research and prepare for these interviews? The process is online 3 times at this point! Once the first video of this process was posted - and the "routine" exposed - they should have had plans for each eventuality and KNOWN what answers were being sought. For example - the choices between selling the glass of water and an elevator speech could been rehearsed and video recorded 100 times beforehand to perfect BOTH. They could have profited immensely from observing the mistakes made by other previous applicants! Most seem unaware of what the company actually does, what the job might entail or what the requirements of this style of interview might entail BEFORE applying...
To be Honest I had that Issue as well. Long ago I ran away from home and our family business. Now BAM im in the real world with real financial problems and I need to support myself. For 2 months I kept applying for so many jobs all over the place. But I had no response no calls and then in those 2 months my money I saved got spent then I was broke and homeless. Worst and best thing that ever happened to me. 2 weeks into being homeless I had a reply for one of the applications this was my first interview ever and was for a night stocker Job for Ross. But I was unprepared for the interview and i didnt know what to do. The moment I left I realised that I was a awful at that interview. I already had the Vibe I wasnt going to be hired. But I was desperate and hungry for any Job and I was determined to make my next interview the best it can be. So I would get wifi at a local McDonalds or Library and research via UA-cam how to present myself. Then when the next company called and set up a date for an interview. I researched everything I can about the Company and tailored how to sell myself to them. And because I was so well prepared I went in with confidence and because I was homeless I had that whatever it takes spirit. Literally 20min after I left from the Interview they called me up and said I got the Job. Morale of the story is sometimes you never know that the worst things in Life can bring out your greatest strengths. The hardship I went through made me realize that if you take ownership and are willing to research, prepare and work hard you can go far and accomplish anything.
Brian Marshall THAT’S WHAT I’M DOING !!!
Maybe the show isn’t as “unscripted” as you might think.
This is Hillarious, How am I just finding this???? Grant needs to put this on netflix or mainstreaming service!
I love how grant knows the struggle because he’s been tru the struggle he a real one I’d really do WHATEVER it take
Great show, love it.
Season 2 is a upgrade. Love the whole series. P.s. Grant your hair looks better season 2
I'm learning a lot by watching you man handle these people
Yah, to be a fuckin douche bag
LOL so true
To make people eat out of a trash can? To degrade people. Wow. Douche!
@@michaelmagallanes3382 Hardcore!
Honestly this seems like the easiest job interview and easiest way to get into a successful company with little experience, all you need is drive self confidence and the balls to be the best one in the room.
Grant, Jarrod is crazier than you. Love this video. I was kidnapped when I was 2. Never saw my family again. Still breathing and kicking ass every day.
The smiles and happiness at the end - priceless... amazing amazing show... lots of inspiration... #wit #GC
At the end of the day the guy that really read GC books got the job!
I really love this
This is the funniest episode so far. The knife pointing was gold!
Then you call the winner a little bitch AYY LMAO!
This is teaching me so much.
The big man grant cardone, I just love 💘 ❤ this types of your videos when your doing stuff like this and on the road🥰🥰💥💥💯💯💯💯💯💯💯
Awesome series
this video is Awesome!!! Grant you are a real hard ass but have a big heart at the same time!
I watch this in class in work program this taught me a lot of things
What a great show man. Congratulation !! @@
Great series.
Second episode I watch: wow... I like it, it is involving, it surprises me, I learned something more.
This is the Best!
Hahahahaha...I love watching Elena tell you like that...but it is whatever it takes.
I learned a valuable lesson today!
Wow this is really ministering to me ....
This should be aired!
Big like for this video man!
I cant believe that their test was swimming on the beach Id love that !!!
I've just finished watching the interviews and have learned alot. I now know exactly why I didn't get a job that I really wanted. I didn't show the real me, I felt intimidated and reacted negatively and blew my game plan. I've learnt how to handle myself better next time. Am still learning how to make sale thru your videos and i know ill be there soon. I think you got pissed by the little big man in the beach and brought it to the rest of the team....you are so real! Dubai is a tough market but am tougher and am hungry GRANT!!
No doubt great show ...
Fantastic stuff.
WOW GREAT SHOW.
LOL that scene with the knife...
Damn... This shit is way hard core
Why would you sell the water over yourself? Grant said " You can get water anywhere ", You never want to try too hard to impress as you can fail giving the wrong impression that you can't sell. You want to Sell what you know and do a good job in doing so!
Employees and Grant Cardone. If you take a job then you are making others rich... remember that(;
i would rather work for Grant Cardone than a Normal low paying job ;)
As Kiyosaki basically says in Rich Dad Poor Dad book: Mind *your own* business. *Stop minding someone else' business.* ;)
I agree. I don't see a problem in someone *temporarily* having a 9-5 job working for someone else and getting $$, but the key is obviously *temporarily* working for someone else until you get enough money to make your own business and then be your own boss; build that business up high enough to then make another business and create multiple flows of income as Grant says too.
Working for grant on 100% commission is the same shit as working for those crappy ass life insurance companies trying to sell insurance.
I would rather start from the bottom building multiple streams of income and making my assets strong than work for Grant Cardone, because you can't make tens, hundreds of millions at a job for Grant, but you can if you're your own boss
Grant's best employee makes 300k year. How much do you make a year?
Grant, Elena and Jared are amazing people!!!
Jared called me once. It was nice!

Wow man
Deam man they go hard!!!
Good choice!
Killer show. Second time watching
+Augustine Meyer If you like the show than I KNOW you will love this pitch! grantcardonetv.com/video/perfect-pitch/ryan-odonnell/
One thing I don't understand that Mr Cardone don't like liers because in sales world each and every product comes with catch you pitch pros not cons and this my sales experience.
Is this some kind of a torcher show
Ok, this show is crossing some boarders for sure.
Grant has a rough but good heart.
Uncle G with this knife bro, lmaoooo.
Well all this advice sounds so counterintuitive to what we're usually taught. Like when Andre said I'll start for whatever you want me to for whatever price you want to pay me. And the other person said well I'd like to have $100,000. She said isn't that what you would tell me to say.? she got sucked in to the trap of " I'm worth a lot more than you think", but she sounded so insincere the whole time.
Uncle G I cannot wait till you’re coming to the u.k
Where is episode 2 and 5
Grant is the only one I've ever heard say that he's pulling for someone because they're hungry and desperate. And the rest of his staff that wanted to get rid of that poor lady that was going to get evicted and lose her 3 kids to foster care- He should fire all of them.
I'd start for free, just to absorb the know-how from this man and his team! I just want commissions, not salary. I would like to prove that I can make money based on skill, not sitting on my butt.
8:51 Wow🔥 never settle for little. think big.
Grant ur great men
+SANTOSH NIRAULA man
This all went well and I was feeling good for that guy with the man bun....but then the part with cutting his ponytail came up and I got triggered lol.
A+
Imagine
Eating pizza from a trash can (do what it takes) then be told
“You do not have what it takes” and have to go lol
You can be lucky but it's what you do with that "luck" that gets you places. He clearly kept working for it. And when you get to that point, that's clearly no longer luck.
Once you're successful you don't need luck but you need it to become successful.
Why is this not a series ??once a wk or atleast once a month!!
I wish there were more job or business owners like you but everyone nervous.
i love you boss really i do. you teach me a lot and i will be much appreciated if i will have the chance to meet you in person :) :)
The empty vessel types are the ones with the high end Armani suits and fresh cuts! In certain industries, they're labeled as the polished turds.
I have some moral quandaries with this. Grant was so worried about being lied to, but that begging segment was essentially lying to everyone that they begged for money. There's so many moral issues.
Wow 🤩
I need to be here
Strong but right
wow jus like it
Wow men ! ... I ve got what it takes... GC give me a shout 👌
I would sell the water by selling myself. Because who's gonna sell the water? Me or the water itself? Water's an inanimate object. lol
Grant Cardone is the Jane Elliott of job coaches.
What does it take to get the opportunity to show you what I have to offer? Seeing some of the contestants on these episodes, they look like they were selected off the street. I'm surprised some of them had "Whatever It Took" to show up to see you. It's nice to see how you shape people though. Keep it up!
Until your children ends up in the episode
How is he doing now?
I’m so I’m so disappointed you , thank you man LOL 😂 Bellboy
I just got hired in the sales company....ONE DAY I WILL COME FOR YOU.
@Grant Cardone who was that one guy that gave you that chance.
Straight up commission job ideal for giant. Natural born salesmen.
Congratulations Andreas on winning the opportunity to sweep, mop, and clean up after those rich white folks. Wow Grant, what an opportunity!
Fr 😹
Hey is that the wife in purple loooool
Those guys who got rejected were saved by the minute
