Success depends on the actions or steps you take to achieve it. Show me a man with no investment and I'll tell you how long it takes to fail. The investment creates a safe haven for the future. Over a decade ago, I was exposed to a consulting business where I was being trained to be a biz consultant. Classes started with 40+ people, ended with a handful (5-7). Everyone quit and complained that this was a scam. I kept at it, 8+ hour days, sitting there applying to jobs. I was the last to get a job...now, 13 years in the business...high IT salaries...has allowed me to acquire two houses (I sold one, will buy a lot more in the next few years)...and become a millionaire with Saving/investing.

Rule2 about 40%- the problem 95% of people can't live on 20% of their income.
Nobody can become financially successful overnight. They put in background work but we tend to see the finished part. Fear is a dangerous component, hindering us from taking bold steps we need in other to reach our goals. you have to contend with inflation, recession, decisions from the Feds and all. I was able to increase my portfolio by $289k in months. You have to seek for help in the right places.
I think it's not always about fear, Sometimes realistic factors discourage people from reaching their goals in life. For instance, I've tried investing in the stock market several times but always got discouraged by fluctuations of stock value
This is the problem! Most times people with little or no knowledge of the stock market try investing by themselves. It once happened to me, then I learned my lesson and contacted a US-based finance consultant by name Corinne Cecilia Heaney and everything changed. I came here to learn how to trade after listening to a guy on radio talk about the importance of investing and how he made $460,000 in 4 months from $160k. Somehow this video has helped shed light on some things, but I'm confused about the current market volatility, I'm a newbie and I'm open to ideas...
I noticed, a lot of folks are making huge 6figure killings in this downtrend, only just that such technques are mostly successfully executed by folks with indepth mrkt knowledge.

1. Never spend it until you get it.
2. The 40% rule - 40% of your money goes to the IRS, 40% you need to invest (if it's a business then use it for marketing), and live on the remaining 20%.
3. If you can't write it off then don't buy it.
4. Rent & Lease, don't own.
5. Stabilize and grow your first flow before trying to establish a new one.
6. The 47 rule - if you're working a job for 40 hours a week - invest at least 7 hours a week on your own business / self development. I.e reading books etc.
7. Always stay broke - cash is trash. Currency comes from the word current, it needs to be in circulation, when it sits in the bank it's worthless.
8. Never lose money - use it to make more money not to buy stuff you don't need.
9. You need cashflow not cash - you don't need cash you need CASHFLOW, always invest all of your extra cash on cashflow producing assets.
10. Never give up on your financial goals until you achieve them.

1. Don't see people as human beings. Everyone is just a stepping to stone to fund your next "investment."
2. Don't invest in family or family time. Any time not spend grinding or watching Grant Cardone videos is time wasted.

6. Remember, if you happen to find small success somewhere don't grow it slowly and responsibly... 10x it! Quantity of quality. Who cares if a family of 5 is buying your budget flips for top market price.
7. Always reinforce your indoctrination by spending money on Grant Cardone conferences, books, videos, programs, etc... It's all just "networking."
8. Never lose money, use it to make more money unless you're buying the items listed in #7. Those are always good, never bad.
9. Financial security is trash, always cashflow Grant Cardone's next big thing.
10. Never give up on Grant Cardone until he achieves his goals.
Biggest piece of self help advice.... realize these folks are living the life they're promising you by promoting that lifestyle to you and you cash flowing it for them. It's the same model charismatic churches use!

It is not better, it is simply different depending on the subject. An education on finances and investing is incomparable to an education in science or art. The knowledge gained at a university that a doctor needs to perform his work is priceless and can be considered “better” given a specific scenario (surgery for example) than knowledge on how to manage wealth. However, the knowledge of human anatomy might not be “better” than the knowledge of investing when it comes to generating more wealth. All wisdom in itself is priceless.

I agree with you. I had a senior colleague at work who was living well but never had an Investment, unfortunately his work was terminated,so he went from living well to surviving with his family.If he had invested when he was still working, he would have had another source of income.
