Why would anybody show up late for an important interview? I seriously don't understand the way some of these people think.
4444kenpachi4444 yea and im only 2 years late for this video
Shit happens dude. Sometimes out of your control
On time is late. Early is on time.
@@brapbrapbrapbrapbrapbrapbrap Exactly--if you want the job bad enough you will make more time the day that you have the appointment to be there. Always aim to be there earlier than you need, to accommodate for unanticipated delays. Worst case scenario, you arrive early, which would just give you extra time to mentally prepare for the interview.
@@johnluszcz2518 true. I used to leave 45 minutes - 1 hour before the time it takes to get there. What if there's accident? No excuse.
LOL, I can’t believe he said that at 37:50 right in front of his wife! 😭😂
LMAO I couldn’t stop laughing 😂
It is nice that he isn't kicking anyone out because of their past criminal crimes
it's because of his back round - he can relate
10:35 "I'm used to rejection, so I can take rejection at no problem" haha
This is just amazing! it's reality tv but it"s actually subliminally coaching people to cultivate important work traits such as punctuality, consistency and enthusiasm.. all of it with a dose of kick ass! Good job The Cardone's
He got kicked out for being late for 1 min I’m crying 😭 🤣🤣
did she say she has a Microsoft office skill 😂😂
pitch like it's 1998!
I guess it's better than not having any...
You'd be very surprised how many people are not proficient in those types of programs. It sounds basic but don't take it for granted.
So does everyone else😂
Shes still in that work mentality.
"I'm used to rejection"😂 these people omg 😂😂
1 minute later
“Get out”
Respect to the marine for not throwing grandma under the bus. He stuck to his values and that’s all that matters.
I can't believe that guy actually came in to say that he got sick on a bagel.
"If I gotta go down, I gotta go down 😭"
GC: "This ain't the marines anymore."
USMC just disowned him
He doesn't want someone with too much energy
LMAOOOOO at the message "A few days later only two came back." lol
Its unreal how many people are so timid and unsure of themselves....look sharp, think sharp, speak sharp and for gods sakes if you want the job you always show up early, because on time is late!
Priceless. Enjoying these as a guilty pleasure. Needs more views!
i get so hyped up after watching your show
This show is so motivating, it just upsets me that these crazy people have an opportunity that would change a lot of our lives
Im watching this because im worried of a job interview at kfc :P
+TNPGameZ lol
TNPGameZ lmao, how it went? did you got the job ?
Hahahah...😂😂
Good luck
Man u killed me lol hope u got the job
It's a wonder some people think they should make more than $7 an hour.
When that dude called that other girl for the gum, Grant's wife face was hilarious...her jaw dropped lol
I did notice that. And he shouldn't critique that lady for chewing gum.
Chris Samurai it was crazy, he was tearing her a new one haha
"IMy wife will do whatever it takes"
>10 seconds later: *stops punching* "Are you okay?"
grant is SOOOOOO funny he made the guy dance then fired him 🤣🤣🤣😭😭😭
Lol
grandma was the best
Great Video Grant. It's a damn shame America is filled with people who can't stick to their word.
This show needs to get picked up asap
It sounds like a simple exercise and however many times it is done it still seems very difficult under pressure.
I need a job interview like this...I'd get the job.
This was inspirational I just watched all 6 episodes and I could not stop watching. Grant I think I have learned so much from you and I used to live on Jefferson and Lincoln in South Beach so I recognize the areas you are in. It made me want to move back down there and come work for you!
finding a job is not supposed to be a circus
strongly disagree, if you can take the ''circus act'' and be professional about it, and shine above all the other animals, then your'e worthy of a job, His preparing you for whats to come, and if you dont like it, then too bad, go work in your mediocre job.
@CHATAGLENDA Well it’s a reality show designed to put contestants through exaggerated tasks designed to maximize entertainment value. I’d even be prepared to argue all this stuff probably was no surprise to the contestants. But you’re probably right the show should’ve probably just been constant normal job interviews being staged.
In order to become more successful, I am learning what you look for in your people. I don't know if I will ever try to work for you, but I will learn from you. Hence why I am one of your customers. You offer gold, here. Thank you, sir!
10:11 priceless reaction behind the crazy guy..
If throwing up in a ring is WHATEVER IT TAKES, I would WHATEVER IT TAKES all over that mat in the first 3 seconds.
lol, so glad I discovered this. I did the hiring for 4 years and went through all of it...never ceased to amaze me
16:10 😂😂 looks like he’s thinking of shooting that building up
Love these so much!!!!
If you're on time, you're late.
I live my life by that Moto.
And when the shirts were on the floor I was thinking I would of just bent down and grabbed one and the girl that did it ended up doing the right thing. I wish he was in Australia Australia I would definitely apply with him
This was so cringe worthy
that's why you're still paying your tution fee and car payments.
WTF?! You should Charge people for wasting your time.
Great video to learn what it really means to do whatever it takes. Thank you for upload
love the show yall are great
Ill do whatever it takes... But dont you dare ask me to show up on time or do some jumping jacks!
Watching your video I'm learning a lot how to hire right people. Thanks grant sir.
NEVER SAW A PERSON LIKE GRANT CARDONE AND I REALLY LOVE HIS TRANPARENCY AND WORKETHIC
Ok. I'd like to work with the company...I love this man...
That Marine was a disgrace - Gunny Lee Ermey would have said" ..you call yourself a Marine?".
this show is HI Larry Us!! I love Grant and his wife so much but what I might just love a tiny bit more is that these shows, this one and the G and E show, are not meant to be funny but they always end up rip roaring hilarious: “I got sick from a bagel” lol
I really like Grant's wife Elena she really is a kind-hearted sold to as Grant says you could be robbing the bank downstairs and Elena would find something good about you. Isn't that what a true Christian really is?
Love this
I hardly ever comment but watching this upsets me. Cleaning up vomit and begging on the streets doesn't tell you much about a person other than the fact that you are willing to be someone's bitch. They are plenty of ways to draw out great talent in the market without putting people through humiliating and borderline abuse "interview" situations. He said in a previous video "I wouldn't put anyone through anything I wouldn't do myself"...I didn't see this guy once clean up vomit or step into the ring in this video. He's a scam artist needing to make videos like this promote his videos and books.
"...except in bed!" 😂😂😂😂😂 It is hard to watch the people rejected... anyway this show is very well done.
What the hell is wrong with people, don't even go home sleep in the hall, pack extra clothes don't be late!
What a series 🤩
he throw out a guy with motivation because "he doesnt know with whom he is talking" that means he is limited in understanding people.
The old guy acting like a magi selling him a glass of water right after he told him he’d be selling himself?
Mr. Cardone
My Name is Alex Velasquez and I want to tell you that when I didn;t know who you were I hated you for the way you treated people in your show. But man!!! I love you NOW!!! you truly have changed my way of thinking and seen things from a different perspective in the sales industry. Thank!!! Thank you!!! I started my own business and I will be hiring sales agents and you have opened my mind to what to look for. Once my company gets great profits I will pay for you to come teach my sales team how to be better sales agents. You are definitely a keeper. If I had the means to bring you I would. But I want to be real with you I am just starting up and I don't want to lie and make you believe that I am a big company. My favorite word that I learn from you is "DOMINATE" and believe that every day. Once again thank you for all you do...
Bro calm down
Bro chill you are a kid
the last line lololololol
Great show!
This is POWERFUL stuff
Why is Dino wearing a women's tank🤣
I can't believe he called that lady Grandma to her face and said he hates fake earrings. come on now. She should have turned around and punched him in the face
Awesome Show!
I kinda want to do a cardone interview. i work in sales and i'm a body builder. i'm watching this like damn...i need to try this.
This is AWESOME!
I believe the reason that only 2 people have showed up simply because other 3 people they could not afford staying in Hotel for another FIVE days, so they went back to their homes. But if the hotel bill was paid by him then they don't deserve the opportunity.
If you want a job badly enough, just stay on the streets for 5 days.
If they wanted the job bad enough, they would’ve asked for a loan from Grant & risked it.
Or sleep on the streets.
But who am I to speak?
Airbnb
The point is if you have whatever it takes, you will find ways to make it possible for you to stay
Seriously, three people didn't show up? Why did they bother to apply at all, if they had no sense of follow through?
i need to get on this show
Best episode ever so far...
Best reality ever .
As real , as down there with real reality as they come.
best episode yet
If I only had a chance Grant. xD I mean I will of course but I can't wait.
Grant! I hope you helped "grandma" with employment! I know you did!
That was a tough one man.. :(
I am a Forex trader and i will never quit my profession and go back to a job again NEVER Period.
Me to, isn’t it awesome to make a bunch of money just by working behind your smartphone or computer
@@tylerstlouis8941 Is it really risky?
@@devonstyers3747 it can be, depending on your risk appetite and how much Leverage you use.
@4:25 Elena's reaction! hahaha
he’s an entrepreneur 😂
What a terrible person to work for. I feel sorry for those that get job because they will drop dead within a month from stress.
m Bak a champion loves the stress
Gotta love it.
wow. This show is so good!😎
it shoulda got picked up. i can see this on after Bar Rescue.
15:51 LMAO .
We Need This Show Live 🆗🆗🆗
Great stuff should have more views.
How can I get interviewed by Grant? I wonder if they consider the foreigners without work permit:)
great show!! #realrealityshow
At around 12 min what was that kid doing when dude had his back to him???? Wtf XD
This is a place where I would love to work.
Not sure what to make of Grant. He does have a great heart. you can see that but he's also kind of scary. He could have easily become a narcissist but he didn't. Like when he said to his wife "don't ever say whatever when I talk about money". That sent chills up my spine, I almost had an emotional flashback. the humiliated look on her face. Grant you're a good guy. back it up a bit. I'm sure that's what makes you successful , them people are afraid to say no. I used to work with a girl like that who was real successful in generating leads .people were afraid to say no. they come up with something anyway. She told me that she doesn't ask. she tells them to tell her.
i admire the marine guy
“ was she selling crack”? Grant I see you there lol
I'd like to see Grandma in the ring with Grant Cardone. First things you should have said to him as don't call me grandma.
Congrats ladies, you are Heros
7:40 someone back there crawling
I'm an hour from Miami, Grant, why you wasting your precious time with these scrubs?
Why would she do a kissing booth who wants to be kissed by a random person on top of that she asking dudes that are with their ladies 😂😂😂😂😂🙄she really lost her dignity
the contestants names in the description for this video is wrong and it pisses me off for no reason lol
A great show and the women where fantastic. The guys really were terrible on that one. The girls were amazing and the best the right person ( no spoilers) got hired by a mile. Much respect to Cardone and his crew.
Good call man
I don't understand why Grant deals with people that are late. These contestants need to be properly vetted at least to SOME degree before even coming on the show.
Man a lot of show are using the doom 4 opening soundtrack.
09:47 hahaha i love Grant
Bring this back
Wow makes you really wonder where these clowns emerged from. Then this company even is considering them.
lol, whatever happened to the second challenge, the video? I think the contestants had no clue how to put a video using all these technologies...and they never showed the footage of the ones that did show up.
