- How to Overcome Fear - Grant Cardone. I have said time and time again that massive action is the only way to achieve success. Here's what you need to do to get over fear and insecurity: 1. Realize that everyone has fear. EVERYONE. You don't have some special rare disease that causes you and you alone to be plagued by doubt. So get over yourself. 2. Fill your calendar. Make yourself so busy that you don't have time for fear. Fear thrives on that time you give it to think about what scares you. If you don't give it any time at all, it will starve. 3. USE your fear. Whenever something scares you, do it. Move towards it. Fear is a challenge that allows you to grow. That client you've been dreading to call? Call them now. 4. GET OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE! There are way too many people in this world who convince themselves that they're "comfortable" or "satisfied" This needs to stop. Growth can only happen when you challenge yourself. Think about when you were learning to drive. Remember the first time you were getting on the freeway? Maybe it's just Los Angeles that has scary freeways, but more than likely you were terrified. There were a ton of cars, cars changing lanes all around you, but when you got off you were a better driver. You learned that you could survive. That's why you need to get out of your comfort zone. It allows you to experience challenges and gain the confidence that comes from overcoming challenges. 5. Repeat this cycle on a 10X scale. In my book The 10X Rule, I talk about how you have to do everything ten times more than you thought it would take.

I just wanna say that I fucking loved this video. I swear, every couple months I feel I learn something new from him. To say that being fearful is SELFISH is so dead on. After three days of listening to your videos, I overcame a fear that was causing tension in my family for the past 7 years. After confronting my fears and telling myself to "stop being a little bitch", I am now a free man! It feels amazing and looking back, I am laughing about not confronting the issue head-on. Man, the poor person selfish example was spot on. It's the "victim" syndrome.
My fears are:
1) becoming to successful
2) people judging me
3)rejection of a customer
4) rejection of love relationships
5) people wanting to much from me

Attract a women into your life that's already on the success path . Get rid of everyone that's not with your purpose.
Jermaine Dean one of the things that attracted me to my husband is that he thinks outside of the box as do I. We are both working on building businesses right now. It's a Godsend to be able to connect on that level with your spouse. Many people would do well with figuring out what they want from life before getting involved in that level.

I want to drop out of fucking college and quit working for other people and be a Realtor making my own hours and deciding how much to work and earn but I am PARALYZED BY FEAR AND TERRIFIED. Hearing Grant Cardone speak these words is a great relief to me and I will push to rid myself of this fear.

this is a great topic for me. I lost my decent IT job in June and couldn't find work in my area so I decided to try car sales because they were the only ones to give me a shot. I have been doing this since 10/20/16, and I have only had 10 car sales in that time period. my manager suggested to listen to grant because what I'm seeing is there really is no training on how to sell a car, he does give us pointers but I need to do this myself. after the 3 different videos I have watched so far I am fascinated by what grant has to say. I feel like I'm learning not only sales techniques but how to deal with life. thanks Grant

Fear is just a chemical reaction to what you consider a threat .. who told us that succeeding is a threat? Crossing the road during traffic is justifiable fear.. but the fear of success .. the fear of helping others( sales) .. the fear of being rock bottom like we never been there before .. the fear of fear itself .. once we learn to redirect the emotions and associate these chemical responses with positive reactions we learn to use our fears to our advatange ..

Grant, hey i can totally relate to your blog of overcoming fear. I am a very spiritual person and sometimes i feel that I'm split between. I am at the moment overcoming my own fear which is me. Fear has a manifestation your quote "Drop the fear and raise the skill. These you spoke has helped me overcome the fear in this moment.

I think you are associating “The Law of Attraction” with the incomplete representation perpetuated by the social trend. What you said is exactly right! Your energetic being effects what you attract not your thoughts... your being must resonate at that frequency to attract something. So while you’re wishing for millions and thinking positive, your energetic being is resonating in fear because perhaps of deeply ingrained belief patterns. So yes the Law of Attraction is solid, it’s the general misconception of what it is that is erroneous. Solid content as always GC! Thank you.

easier said than done, and everyone of us have different fears but I'm sure a lot of us can agree public speaking is one, and it used to be my greatest fear. I overcame it by starting to not care as much of what others thought of me. because first what your thoughts of me are, are none of my business. I do want to be liked but am not going to go out of my way to be someone I'm not and if you don't like me thats your problem. also build your confidence, you are worth it. and be yourself people won't like you so much if your pretending to be something else, just be you.
