This show is even irrelevant. Why need to go to water and all those stuffs when in the first place they're just applying for job which is related to sales. So why not give them a challenge that has something to do with helping your company increase sales, reduce cost, and expand the market share. You should have hosted Fear Factor or Survivor Island. Sometimes not hiring anyone at all is the best route in this episode. Especially after only meeting 5 or 6 people. if they all do not know how to sell they are not worth the cost.

I know I will have whatever it takes. Not only because I’m young and smart, but also willing to learn and to give it all I have every single day. At 19 years old I’ve worked in multiple jobs. I’ve been working since I was 7 years old, and I know the thirst for money and the desire to just make more. I’m currently working in the concrete industry and I’m making good money, but one thing for sure is that I’m not satisfied by just making 14 an hour. I know I can make more if I put my mind and dedication to it. At 19 years old I’m only thinking of ways to make more and currently looking into marketing and business. I did research and came across Grant Cardone. I’m hoping to one day meet him or work with him in the near future when I go big on business. I don’t plan to stop until I have as big as an empire as he does. I know the desire to make more and build on into it. I have that desire and I know that at 19 years old. I have a big chance to make something great.
It’s crazy real life slaves for a job instead of building their own dream not living and working for someone else’s.

The tough part came after I realized that my job would be even harder. This job has also been the most rewarding job I have ever had. A wise women once told me that "The harder the course the more rewarding the triumph." I wouldn't change the experience for anything in the world. Except not asking for the Close of course.

WOW, WOW, WOW, that is this show about. Help me if I am wrong, at 14:40 Grant says" i dont need the guy beating himself up, thats not valuble to me", then when 27:47Jason says he reached his limit and he cant do it, what Grant shows is eating his words quickly and cut Jason out. I bet Grant dones even recall what he said in front of the camera, i dont think these challenges he gave to is meaningful. after watching couple episodes of "Whatever it takes". I dont think real great ppl is wiling to work for him and what he produced there is the average greedy riches there. wish all the best with his business.

Yet place them in their appropriate places the robot in Frontline sales and the the marketer behind the scenes in digital marketing as well as print. I'm sure he can place billboard and bus stop ads. the whole scenario had a great set up, I commend Cardone for putting new members on test. if you fit physically, it means your mind is strong and you can deal with anything no matter what it takes.
I Remember Grant saying "Make Room For Talent" even though everyone thinks he is choosing just one - if you show enough talent and value you may see 5 getting hired eventually. its amazing what you can learn from Grant and his team and this show about your self,your life and how you need to remove or add certain things to use in your life and approach - knowledge is wealth

A suggestion for Grant. He states upfront he is sick of hiring people that are uninspired. My feeling is that you can only look to hire people that are motivated. Your job Grant is to inspire. It is extremely difficult to hire people that are already inspired. The reason being that truly inspired people do not have to look for jobs. I stand by my experience as an entrepreneur. I was always motivated. My search as a young man was inspiration. I couldn’t find anyone that truly inspired me so I went it on my own and have never looked back. Understanding the actions is the key, blurting out words like inspiration is dangerous if you don’t understand the context.
