I thank you for your honesty. I spoke with John McDougall and he said, “Not my experience,” when it comes to calorie control on a low fat, high carb diet. But for me if I go over 1200 calories a day then weight loss stops. If I stay at or under 1200 calories a day then I lose 1-2 pounds a week. Weight loss for me is slow and steady but frustrating how slow it is.
Hmm. That must be hard.
I don’t know your situation, but most women find they’re actually eating a lot more calories than they realise.
If you have ANY inconsistency in your diet and eat processed food, they add up easy.
A little weekend binge and drink can add up to 5000 calories easy, so even if you’re starving during the week the average is much higher.

could you do a dr greger eating day, an easy no kitchenmachines because I have only got a microwave..... but would love love tips I am trying to lose 10 kg or a bit more but am trying for more then 5 years and in social setting it is soooo hard... lots of love from The Netherlands...
