    This is so helpful! I am learning a lot about healing anxious attachment but I really haven’t found something like this, very recognizable, specific and practical and knowing how to handle this will help next time it happens! Thank you I hope you have more of these examples and I hope more people find your videos! ❤

    I’m going through this right now. Im the anxious attachment style and my ex is the avoidant and it’s driving me crazy 🤯
