It is again very important to see the upper body. It's a shame that you didn't answer in the last video when I asked why you were shirtless in every video
@@sonderlingsonderling4738 I'm shirtless because...1) You can better observe the movement of the scapula and the entire spine as I move, providing you with more visual information. 2) It definitely catches more attention. I won't pretend I don't know that. 3) I invite you to think about what triggers you so much that you can't see a shirtless man.
@@SaturnoMovement Okay, thank you for the answer. Nothing triggers me, you misunderstood that. I just noticed that all UA-camrs who have something to do with fitness are topless in all of their videos and that's when I thought about the real situation: I never see anyone without it, whether indoors or outdoors and not even in the summer, at most on the beach t-shirt training and that that is a big difference to the videos

My right hip flexor has been noticibly tight recently. Immediately felt relief within minutes. I like these advance moves which were easy to modify as well. Tfs

Please make full body mobility vedio
This was fairly advanced.. i had to take several breaks.
I seem to have a problems with my QL and/or outer upper hip muscles in the glutes area, that fatigue really easily and cause knee issues. This routine really lit up the QL to upper glutes.
It does have an active element to it - not your regular stretch and relax routine. I'll take note to include more beginner friendly variations as a an available variation next time. Thank you! - Yassir

Glad you asked Dustin because the team is currently working on it - shooting the final variations of each exercise. You'll have the option to select to do each exercise with bodyweight or weights. Something you haven't seen on any other program in the App ;)

When u launched the app I went back to calisthenics foundation 1 and did that with weights. That was really helpful, too. Right now I have 6 week to go on Venus again. Would be awesome if I could jump right on the Earth after

Progressing. . Understanding/feeling many of the poses more now. Both hip and shoulder are a challenge but I feel this is a good fokus. Incorporated with some other dynamic stretching. Thanks
