    As we can see 0.01 in intro its titan fitness bumper plates. Here 1:17 he has used the same 8 black plates of 15lbs + 2 green plates maybe 10 lbs since its thinner plates with a total of 150Lbs (68kg) considering the years of training he went through can easily handle that amount of weight with ease without getting fatigued in the video.

    Sir all of ur programs so far have only trained one muscle group per week (except 6%). I would like to know why u dont change the splits to something where the frequency is higher per muscle, many studies have showed a positive Correlation between frequency and muscle growth for naturals. #gurumann
