Awesome, I'm no one who can suggest anything but still with all due respect I want to say that please increase the number of exercises for Rear Delt & Rotator Cuff, People now days follow only the mirror body. Please make more aware of the posterior chain specially Rotator Cuff. Because doing mirror body parts I also facing the issue of Shoulder Impingement. & Sir, You show 4 exercises for Front Delt & only 1 exercise for Rear Delt. Sorry if anyone gets offended.

Bhai mein toh shuru bhi Kar Diya follow karna yeh plan. .and it's mind blowing but legs ki exercise sahi se ni ho pati ..kyuki upper body hmesha train karte rhe ab legs itne weak ho gye ki legs ke liye alag se beginning karni hogi

Nothing comes easy just push little but constantly everyday. Never be satisfied with yourself. Try increasing weight very slowly but must keep your form steady.
Sir 1 thing i wanted to share.
Instead of talking too much about fast fatloss , muscle gain, staying in calorie deficit, calorie surplus. Why dont many fitness youtuber talk about living a healthy lifestyle .about Eating healthy food but still manage to make it tasty on there channel. This might not give them fast result but they can follow this healthy lifestyle for long and enjoy it unlike fat loss diets! Love u🥰
