this 12 weekz mass building program is very good but one thing is here which make me confused. you only provided some videos which actually related to phase 1 but where is phase 2 exercise videos. sir please help me regarding to this issue and I'm really thankful to providing us this type of programs please keep it up we really appreciate your efforts.

Because when you are doing chest you are doing your triceps indirectly then you don't have to do any other triceps exercise jus 2-3 exercise of triceps is enough
In bulking uh have to go for heavy with less reps not for more variations

Injured my shoulder tendons and lateral bicep doing reverse biceps curls. I don’t think its best to do this exercise on preacher. Lot of pressure on shoulders and biceps in the wrong direction☹️
