    I was 67 and in 1.5 months I turned 70
    I cannot afford powder nor do I eat non-veg or eggs

    this 12 weekz mass building program is very good but one thing is here which make me confused. you only provided some videos which actually related to phase 1 but where is phase 2 exercise videos. sir please help me regarding to this issue and I'm really thankful to providing us this type of programs please keep it up we really appreciate your efforts.

      Because when you are doing chest you are doing your triceps indirectly then you don't have to do any other triceps exercise jus 2-3 exercise of triceps is enough

    Injured my shoulder tendons and lateral bicep doing reverse biceps curls. I don’t think its best to do this exercise on preacher. Lot of pressure on shoulders and biceps in the wrong direction☹️

    "FOREARM of my muscles has been a problem. FOREARM my left hand than the right hand has increased. I am 15, I take the pull up occasionally taking dumbbell. Much later I noticed that my muscles are more or less left hand and then I took dumbbell just left hand over in different ways,but this did not come to work...
