When the rear outer bearing went on my CB500f, the first clue was that the chain needed more regular adjustment. Since replacing the bearings 12 months ago, I have adjusted the chain maybe once or twice. There are 3 bearings on the back wheel, the other 2 seemed ok, only the outer was excessively worn, but I replaced all 3.

About the DCT, how is it to live with service vice?, is it possible to do your own service without a lot of blinking light in the dashboard? Or are there service intervals on the gearbox that requires a computer (calibration, update, dealer stuff and so on)
The DCT has no specific service intervals, you can though recalibrate or reset at your dealer or by using specific buttons combinations according to the year of the bike. By reseting the DCT you somehow recalibrate it and works smoothly, but that's only if you encounter gear changing issues.
Thanks, this bike seams more and more interesting, as a doo it all tool, I can even see myself doing Long ADV trips on it in Skandinavien , where reliability and comfort is a necessity up north (can be very remote)😊👍

Imi doresc tare mult un NC750x dar manual si din pacate nu prea exista pe stoc :( In schimb sunt cateva DCT-uri. Ce argumente extra, pe langa cele clasice ai avea pentru alegerea unui DCT?
Se poate la un momentdat sa ne vedem pe drumurile pe unde filmezi sa incerc DCT-ul?

Salut, plăcuțele le schimb cam la 15,000 - 20,000 Km. Discurile au uzură cam 60-70% am și mers mult în oraș. Bascula este ok, nu am văzut rugină sau alte probleme, dar trebuie să verifici mereu. Dct îl recomand pentru astfel de motocicleta, este mult prea practic și se dovedește a fi fiabil. E o ușurare să nu ai grija cablului de ambreiaj, dar și rapoartele de viteză sunt diferite.
Valve clearance inspection is recommended on 25k km but my service engineer told me better to wait after 35k km.
What do you think and when did you perform that inspection.

How many miles did you get from original tyres and what tyres do you recommend for replacement?
Hi mate! I had the Dunlop on my 2021 NC750X as original tyre. I could do 3000 miles and the front tyre was finished. I will have the Michelin road 6 from 24th of June.
With the originals I get 14,000 Km, then with the Pirelli MT60 RS tyres about 13,000 Km. I recommend he Pirelli MT60 RS, but you can see also the other tyres options on my previous video :

Hello, thanks for the comment!
The adjustment of the chain also depends on several factors like the chain quality or the riding style. For example the original chain I've adjusted each 4000 Km, while the DiD chain actually once and then never in 20,000 km.
As for the off-road the bike can do it but has certain suspension limitations, check out my off-road videos, you'll make an idea about what roads it can handle.
Salutare. As vrea sa achiziționez același model ca începător. Am văzut modelul nou la Honda iar diferențele nu sunt majore. Tu ce recomanzi?
Recomand să testezi înainte modelul nou, și să fi sincer cu tine unde o vei folosi. Dacă mergi în oraș mai mult, șosea și aproape deloc Off-road aș merge pe modelul nou datorită cutiei de viteze mult mai rafinate, doar tine cont că are garda la sol mai joasă decât vechiul model și cursa suspensiei mai mică. Caută un raport calitate preț bun pentru modelul precedent totodată. Baftă!
