Hey Leo, for RGB software, there's a program called Jacknet which allows the user to control the RGB on RAM, motherboard, fans, etc regardless of brand, with the Corsair iCUE software. So, right now in my PC, I'm controlling the RGB on an Asus X470-F, Trident Z RGB RAM, a Sapphire 5700xt nitro, and 9x Montech ARGB Fans all with the Corsair iCUE software. What's really cool about Jacknet is that it allows such granular control that it will give you a list of every single addressable LED connected to your PC and what piece of hardware they belong to, and it will allow you to combine and sync any individual LED with any other across different hardware... It's an awesome program

I moved from a View 71 to the View 51 and never looked back. I have 3 more fans than Leo with (1) 120mm at the rear, (4) 200mm top and front, (3) 120mm at the bottom, and where his res is on the back I have the Deepcool Castle 360EX in a push/pull configuration for added airflow with RGB fans in the front to match the rest. I have a 3950X and an ASUS ROG 2080 Ti OC and temps are sooo much better than the 71 cases. I'm not sure I've hit over 60c since building it, but I don't push it hard enough either. This case is slightly smaller in size all-around but it is wider than the 71 due to the PSU and cabling in the back. I think though I love that the most. With that rad and push/pull fans you can get 3 fans at the bottom but a 2nd 360mm rad and fans I doubt would be possible, I had maybe 1mm space between the back and bottom setup I have.

I LOVE my View 51. Brand new build! I'm running an i-9 11900 with 128 Gb RAM. Maximus XIII Hero running Nvlink 3090's with a 1250 TT RGB Titanium power supply. All case fans are the TT quad LEDs, 4-200mm, and 4-120's. Side-mounted TT 360 water cooler with six quad 120's in push/pull. That's 14 fans in total. Also running LED strimmer's on the GPU and CPU power supply cables. And the case is perfect cuz you have so much hidden space to easily hide the wires...and there are a lot of them! But I must say...it's a pretty setup...and it flies!
Kinda why I'm looking at thermotake one of the few brands I see that supports 200mm mounting less fans less power consumption and less fan noise I feel like 200mm fans get a bad rep from some of the cheap ones and lack of mounting support but I definitely want some in my build
Remember on the hdd cage, you can mount a ssd mount too, has 2 holes on bottom and a screw on top outside of hdd cage(right metal frame of case). i have 2hdd inside and a ssd mounted outside of hdd cage.
I purchased this case and absolutely love it, only negative is its very big and heavy, but quiet, and cool. I had to use the RGB hub due to age of motherboard but allows many customisation, but not individual though using the front button. specs dont mention 240 on the side but takes it, I put double fans on the AIO (two blowing in and two blowing out to the side compartment) I didnt see the need for the overkill on fans unless your going for cosmetics. Currently running i7 4790K overclocked to 4.5ghz from 4.0 standard and getting 32 to 35 degrees in idle (5 degrees less than when was in my old Define S case) using a artic freezer 240 AIO. x2 200 fans at the front blowing inwards x1 120 fan at the rear blowing outwards x4 120 fans on the side (AIO cooler) all pushing outwards
Are you running all of your fans into a TT hub to be controlled via TT software? Trying to figure out how to control case fans and Radiator fans via software and not hardware in the case or front buttons.
Honestly, thank you for this! I just purchased the view 51 snow and I have massive headaches when it comes to companies not playing nice together. I was paying attention to your hookups. I’ve decided to go away from ALL other brands besides thermal take for this build
Don't understand why there are not fans that push in the opposite direction so that they don't look god awful flipped backwards. It is so simple to do and PC builders will love it!
I'm a little late to the party on this one, but even with all that space, cable management is still an issue. But.. I have 17 fans. I gutted the thermtake fans. The outer front 3x120mm are thermalright TL-C12015W-S fans. I went with these because they are white slim 120mm fans optimized for static pressure and have RGB. The slim models give the fans that extra breathing room between the glass and blades. It makes a difference. On the inside front is a white Corsair XR-5 360mm rad, then in front of that are 3x silver Lian Li 120mm modular fans with RGB bands that run lengthwise. These fans are great because you can attach, I believe, up to 5 in series. They essentially clip onto each other by sliding into a groove, nice and secure and then you attach a clip to the 1st fan of the series, which has a PWM and standard 2+1 aRGB header. One fan power, one fan RGB cable per series. I then used another 3x series of these fans on the bottom as exhaust. I replaced the back fan with a single 140mm version of these Lian Li fans, also exhaust. On the top, I have a Corsair XR-5 280mm white rad sandwiched between 2 2x140mm Lian Li modulars, as an intake. That puts us at 14 fans so far. To help with exhausting (my case runs slightly negative pressure, but very slightly), I have 3x 120mm SilverStone black non RGB fans mounted on the back of the side mounting. They are not visible unless you really look for them. One thing I am planning to do (I have been for years and forgot lol) is 3d printing fan shrouds for the side 3 fans that will be lined with a 1/8" foam similar to weather stripping, to slightly compress with the back panel on. This eliminates vibration noise from the fan shrouds tapping against the panel, and gives a slightly better seal. This is because, the way this case is designed, if you use the side ports as exhaust, the air is pushed into the back chamber, without enough pressure to exit the holes on the panel, by the time the air travels that 2 or so inches freely. This simply pushes warm air into the back chamber for it to be sucked back through elsewhere and exhausted out properly. I've had the back side panel off for quite a while so that hasn't been an issue for me, but if I close it up, I do see temps increase a few degrees as those side fans are simply moving air inside the case instead of a functional exhaust. Whew. So my pump/res is the Corsair XD-5 white. My cou block is the Corsair XC-7. GPU block is a Bikski RGB clear acrylic block for my eVGA RTX 3800 FTW3 Ultra. My CPU is the Intel i9 9900KF. My motherboard is an eVGA Z390 Dark. As the name suggests, there's no RGB on the board. It has only 2 ram slots and I believe 19 phase power. It's an overclocking board, and everything from its gold traces to the positioning of the ram slots is optimized for maximum performance and stability. Interestingly, it also has a Create Labs onboard sound chip. A nice bonus feature to get away from the standard Realtek. Dual Intel 1gb NICs (Intel 210i and 219), USB C, plenty of USB 3.2 GEN 2 ports, and a PS/2 port for keyboard. This option is only found on serious overclocking boards and allows a keyboard without having to use the USB bus, which for extreme overclocking, you'd want to disable. Great board. My ram is 2x 16gb Trident Royal silver 3600mhz. The board will take up to 64gb x2. 32gb is plenty for my usage. I used Primo 10/13 soft tubing and Mayhem's Pastel Nano XTR coolant. I discovered last year that mayhem had an issue and the Nano XTR coolant recipe that they sent to the lab for retail production was modified by the lab silently, causing it to not meet the specs that Mayhem established. There was a rather large thread on the EVGA forums about it. I've been meaning to swap my coolant for over a year, but I'm going on 3 years now without a single issue. It's as stable as when it was first put in, with no signs at all of separation or breakdown, and no bio growth anywhere. I'm ordering EKWB Mystic Fog to replace it with, which I used briefly when I first built the system. I only changed because the Mayhem's Nano XTR was quite impressive on paper. And for whatever reason, it seems to have lived up to the expectations for me. From what I gather, I'm an exception, and possibly the only person still running it in their loop 😂 I have a Bikski flow monitor just past the pump showing 3.3L/m at full pump speed. That's a far cry from the suggested 800L/h that Corsair claims, (it's only 128L/h) but that 800 is at 2.1m pressure head. Don't know what mine is, but my tubing layout is a little... Wonky. Both blocks are directional and so my loop order is pump > GPU > CPU > 280mm rad > 360mm rad > pump. I'll be redoing it with fresh tubing when I do my oil change 😅 Oh, I'm also running a Corsair HX1000 PSU, titanium rated. I max out so far at around 700w under benchmark load. I bought Corsair white power cable replacements to fit the look. Also, my GPU is vertically mounted using a thermaltake high quality riser ribbon and after trying the lesser TT and an AsiaHorse ribbon at that time, is the only cable that gave me PCIe 16x. Sadly this CPU is so limited on lanes that I can only use the GPU slot if I want 16x. My 2 NVMe XPG Gammix s11 m.2 drives take up all the PCH lanes. The first slot is shared with the 2nd PCIe slot and the 2nd m.2 is shared with the U.2 port. It's fine since I don't need any PCIe cards or the U.2. The best part about all these fans and RGB (I also have 2 Corsair led pastel strips that run vertically along side the from slim fans, which I 3d printed brackets for) is that ALL of my RGB is controlled through Corsair iCue. Along with my K100 XT keyboard, RGB Dark Pro? (wired/wireless via light speed adapter), virtuoso headset, and nexus touch screen panel. All Corsair products. I made my own cables and connectors and used a couple Arduino Pro Micro mcu's that are flashed as Corsair RGB controllers, yet don't require the return channel. Solder wires to the pins I selected in the code, crimp JSTs, made a couple aRGB 2+1 to JST 3 pin, and hooked it all up. I also have 2 Corsair Commander pro modules in there, as well as a separate powered fan hub. 17 fans had to be split over more than one rail. Tho my PSU can actually turn all rails into independent 20a 12v rails with a flip of a switch. I might update this later with a link to a video showing off my build. Once I do the oil change. Whew, I spent a good hour writing this, but I haven't "shown off" in a couple years. Well worth it. Anyway enjoyed your build :) and for anyone who read this completely, you get a gold star.
I have this case in black and love the fact that you can display your components and fans with plenty of room to hide the cables and power supply. The biggest drawback to me is the filters are in the wrong place for to show of the fans. 😳🏴🇬🇧🤠
It's quite sad, that beautiful huge case is not compatible with E-ATX motherboards, it could have been perfect for a Thread Ripper 3000 build. Thermaltake if you ever read the comment section, you know what to do. Very beautiful build Leo, i will close my eyes on the cable management because it looks very tough with so many fans. I'll be putting in an argb 360 rad and six additional argb fans for which I have controllers (Not thermaltake). Is this going to cause me a bunch of headaches and must I get adapters to run off of the installed thermaltake controller?
The cable that goes from the LED out from the hub in the back of the case where do you install it on the MB??? I CANT control the fan's on the case. :(
Its large because the CPU clearance is 175mm, which fits the Noctua NHD15 with chromax plates (165 mm+3mm atleast). They could have skimped on the clearance but the price point doesn't make sense to skimp on that.

Hey idk if you'll see this before I find an answer, but why isn't there like, a magnetic vent in the front as well? There's a space that seems like it'll pull in dust into the tower....unless I'm wrong but I've been searching and would love the help
hello, I have the exact same thermaltake case and i had it for a year already. Suddenly, the large fans in the front have stopped spinning but the RGB are still on. Do you know a soultion to this?
You practically HAVE to do a vertical GPU otherwise there'll just be an empty void below the motherboard (unlike in the PC-O11 Dynamic)... I'm sure it's because Thermaltake cheaped out and used the same exact tooling for this case as the others in the View Series (and elsewise) as well as their other cases without PSU shrouds

How did you manage to remove the stand to set the bottom fans? Please someone tell me how to remove the stand, I am trying to install 3 fans on the bottom and having trouble removing the bottom stand.
The choice of music during the build timelapse is questionable. However, I think this is the nicest build I've seen on the channel in all my years of being a subscriber. Nice to see you using hard tubing for a change, it makes for a much nicer looking build. With regards to the case, if money isn't an issue and you're looking for something different then it could be a maybe. For the average user, I find it hard to believe anyone would chose this over the PC-011 Dynamic...
I bought some thermaltake Riing plus 12 fans, can I chain the hub that comes with the fans into the pre-installed fan hub in the case or will I need 2 ARGB headers on my motherboard?
For the price, the lack of riser is a deal breaker. Solid breakdown vid... Thermaltake could do with either not catering for v-GPU or including a decent riser. The core p5 riser was terrible and I had 3 replacements before it worked properly

Hi I really like your videos. I am moving and I am dissasembling my desktop and taking the componenets as luggage, so I am looking for a case. I am between this one and the fractal meshify 2 XL . In the case of the view 51 I am afaraid about my eatx asus rog strix x-399e fitting as it is .1 inches over the supoorted mobo size. On the other hanf I have to fit 3 gpus and I am afraid thew won't fit above the psu shroud in the fractal meshify case. What do you recommend?

Is it possible to install two RTX 3090 GPUs vertically in this case? (3 slots each - no liquid cooling - both air cooled)? Will there be sufficient space for good air flow between two GPUs AND between the motherboard and the GPU close to the motherboard?
Do the 200mm fans at the front or top not provide sufficient airflow for a 2x 200mm radiator? I don't like doors at the front: they block airflow as your reults show.
Maybe it's me, and others have pointed this out also also that almost all cases fail on using larger MBs. I use an X299 Dark from EVGA. That is a large EATX MB, this case along with a lot of others just won't work well at all. I use an Lian Li O11 Dynamic XL and while it works it was not fun to install. There are more and more MBs larger than ATX and NO standards for EATX. There are better ways to make cases to handle larger MBs.
I was hoping to see some of those Riing Quad fans from Thermaltake, they're really cool as well as their control software, but I just can't bring myself to spend $150 on three fans... Especially when I need 9x fans for my case so $450 just for fans.... Cost more than my CPU and as much as my GPU (2700x/5700xt)
Can you do a REVIEW of this case without custom cooling loop architecture? I have an air-cooled 3090 FTW3 and i will be going with a Corsair 360mm AIO for the 12900K. I am wondering if the View 51 or perhaps a newer Thermaltake case that they may have come out with since, would be the better option? Just built in this case and it's the first time I've seen an integrated case fan module. Am I able to plug the case fans into this and come out of it into the standard TT hub? Will that allow me to control everything via TT RGB software? Thanks! Awesome vid! Subbed!
Hi Leo, great Video. Regarding RGB: Why you're using CORSAIR memory just in case of all other products came from Thermaltake? The iCUE controle only the memory RG light but can not be synced to the other one. The Corsair RGB iCUE software is only be able support ASUS and their own products... Unfortunately... Can you build another system with Thermaltake Riing Quad fans + AIO GIGABYTE AORUS LIQUID COOLER 280? (And exchange the Gigabyte fans to Thermaltake 14mm fans) > incl all other parts from Thermaltake? (memory, case, case fans)
Why this case hasnt got a dust filter on front and top?And it should be support E-Atx too and maybe better radiator support it has space for them if they do these it will be perfect case nearly.
Nice, might think of this one, but I'm really thinking about the cooler master h500m, seems like the perfect case but not that common, at least compared with other products and brands.
Consider c35 commander or c36, same case, cheaper and higher rpm 800. Although view 51 is my next, still thinking if i should cut the bottom for 140mm fans.
I screamed at that cable management and then looked at my 011 Dynamic build rocking 12 fans, 2 HD, 2 SSD's and my stock UGLY PSU cables crammed in the back.....
I think you should have installed another 360 radiator somewhere, as the thermals on the CPU are not great still. Going AMD Ryzen 3900x would have been better as well.
Hi Leo, I have a question, I am running a Z97-P I7-4790K in this case so cant plug into motherboard for software control. You mention the Riing Plus 14 as has a better controller but i am after 120mm fans. Question - Is it possible to connect these x3 fans controller to the existing case hub so when I press the button on the case to change colour etc its all in sync? This case looks similar to Lian li! Am not surprised to see this as the Lian li is the sexiest case on the market. I expect more companies to copy the Lian li
I just got this case and noticed the reset sw is on the argb controller...did you leave it there or move it to the mb? Why is it there? And my case didn’t come with the correct screws for the mb stand offs..🤪

I've got it on x370 and at one time it switched off all of my fans and pump, as it had some issue recognising cpu. Still don't understand the logic "I can't detect it, so it means I have turn off everything "... Yeah looking forward for some decent review so that EK is pressured and fix functionality of this software (separate rgb control, custom curve based on external sensor etc) and bugs.

I think CPU cooling should have been the priority over the GPU; your loop feeds 'hot' fluid from the GPU to the CPU which compromises the ability to keep the CPU cool. Plus, GPU's are generally upgraded a few times over the life of a mb/cpu combination, so it doesn't make a lot of sense to add that as part of the CPU loop. YMMV
I like this a lot more than the O11, mainly because it isn't a O11. People need to realise that there are more than one case that's good for liquid cooling.
Yeah but why? Because the high quality? Perfect layout? The room for any layout just about imaginable? No lets go for thermalfake, the knock off copy and paste version of the 011. Look i own an o11d xl and ill asmot, its well used in millions of builds... but theres a great reason kor many) why its so beloved... its perfect.

@@itsblados the original PC-O11 was also almost $400, and only the ROG version had the vertical fan/Radiator mount to the right of the motherboard. Also, while aluminum may be a nice bragging point and a bit lighter, for all intents and purposes, does it offer any advantages to steel when it's just sitting in a room? Do you plan on having a rain storm in your office where the inox properties of aluminum will be a benefit for reducing rust?
It's a lot of extra work and yields minimal benefits, as we found in our review of the Maximus XI Formula. If you run two separate loops it would would if you connected GPU and VRMs and cooled the CPU separately.

I like the low RPM 200mm fans. Hope this becomes a trend.
Kinda why I'm looking at thermotake one of the few brands I see that supports 200mm mounting less fans less power consumption and less fan noise I feel like 200mm fans get a bad rep from some of the cheap ones and lack of mounting support but I definitely want some in my build
Remember on the hdd cage, you can mount a ssd mount too, has 2 holes on bottom and a screw on top outside of hdd cage(right metal frame of case). i have 2hdd inside and a ssd mounted outside of hdd cage.
I purchased this case and absolutely love it, only negative is its very big and heavy, but quiet, and cool.
I had to use the RGB hub due to age of motherboard but allows many customisation, but not individual though using the front button.
specs dont mention 240 on the side but takes it, I put double fans on the AIO (two blowing in and two blowing out to the side compartment)
I didnt see the need for the overkill on fans unless your going for cosmetics.
Currently running i7 4790K overclocked to 4.5ghz from 4.0 standard and getting 32 to 35 degrees in idle (5 degrees less than when was in my old Define S case) using a artic freezer 240 AIO.
x2 200 fans at the front blowing inwards
x1 120 fan at the rear blowing outwards
x4 120 fans on the side (AIO cooler) all pushing outwards

Are you running all of your fans into a TT hub to be controlled via TT software? Trying to figure out how to control case fans and Radiator fans via software and not hardware in the case or front buttons.
I like Thermaltake cases. I currently have the Level 20 HT Snow Edition 4. It's a pleasure to build in.

Honestly, thank you for this! I just purchased the view 51 snow and I have massive headaches when it comes to companies not playing nice together. I was paying attention to your hookups. I’ve decided to go away from ALL other brands besides thermal take for this build
The reason it's so big is so you can put more then 1 radiator in the case. You should at least use 2-4 rads in that case to maximize its potential
And 17 fans. Though you could maximally put 23. I only have 17. 😂
Don't understand why there are not fans that push in the opposite direction so that they don't look god awful flipped backwards. It is so simple to do and PC builders will love it!
I'm a little late to the party on this one, but even with all that space, cable management is still an issue. But.. I have 17 fans. I gutted the thermtake fans. The outer front 3x120mm are thermalright TL-C12015W-S fans. I went with these because they are white slim 120mm fans optimized for static pressure and have RGB. The slim models give the fans that extra breathing room between the glass and blades. It makes a difference. On the inside front is a white Corsair XR-5 360mm rad, then in front of that are 3x silver Lian Li 120mm modular fans with RGB bands that run lengthwise. These fans are great because you can attach, I believe, up to 5 in series. They essentially clip onto each other by sliding into a groove, nice and secure and then you attach a clip to the 1st fan of the series, which has a PWM and standard 2+1 aRGB header. One fan power, one fan RGB cable per series. I then used another 3x series of these fans on the bottom as exhaust. I replaced the back fan with a single 140mm version of these Lian Li fans, also exhaust. On the top, I have a Corsair XR-5 280mm white rad sandwiched between 2 2x140mm Lian Li modulars, as an intake. That puts us at 14 fans so far. To help with exhausting (my case runs slightly negative pressure, but very slightly), I have 3x 120mm SilverStone black non RGB fans mounted on the back of the side mounting. They are not visible unless you really look for them. One thing I am planning to do (I have been for years and forgot lol) is 3d printing fan shrouds for the side 3 fans that will be lined with a 1/8" foam similar to weather stripping, to slightly compress with the back panel on. This eliminates vibration noise from the fan shrouds tapping against the panel, and gives a slightly better seal. This is because, the way this case is designed, if you use the side ports as exhaust, the air is pushed into the back chamber, without enough pressure to exit the holes on the panel, by the time the air travels that 2 or so inches freely. This simply pushes warm air into the back chamber for it to be sucked back through elsewhere and exhausted out properly. I've had the back side panel off for quite a while so that hasn't been an issue for me, but if I close it up, I do see temps increase a few degrees as those side fans are simply moving air inside the case instead of a functional exhaust.
Whew. So my pump/res is the Corsair XD-5 white. My cou block is the Corsair XC-7. GPU block is a Bikski RGB clear acrylic block for my eVGA RTX 3800 FTW3 Ultra. My CPU is the Intel i9 9900KF.
My motherboard is an eVGA Z390 Dark. As the name suggests, there's no RGB on the board. It has only 2 ram slots and I believe 19 phase power. It's an overclocking board, and everything from its gold traces to the positioning of the ram slots is optimized for maximum performance and stability. Interestingly, it also has a Create Labs onboard sound chip. A nice bonus feature to get away from the standard Realtek. Dual Intel 1gb NICs (Intel 210i and 219), USB C, plenty of USB 3.2 GEN 2 ports, and a PS/2 port for keyboard. This option is only found on serious overclocking boards and allows a keyboard without having to use the USB bus, which for extreme overclocking, you'd want to disable. Great board.
My ram is 2x 16gb Trident Royal silver 3600mhz. The board will take up to 64gb x2. 32gb is plenty for my usage.
I used Primo 10/13 soft tubing and Mayhem's Pastel Nano XTR coolant. I discovered last year that mayhem had an issue and the Nano XTR coolant recipe that they sent to the lab for retail production was modified by the lab silently, causing it to not meet the specs that Mayhem established. There was a rather large thread on the EVGA forums about it. I've been meaning to swap my coolant for over a year, but I'm going on 3 years now without a single issue. It's as stable as when it was first put in, with no signs at all of separation or breakdown, and no bio growth anywhere. I'm ordering EKWB Mystic Fog to replace it with, which I used briefly when I first built the system. I only changed because the Mayhem's Nano XTR was quite impressive on paper. And for whatever reason, it seems to have lived up to the expectations for me. From what I gather, I'm an exception, and possibly the only person still running it in their loop 😂
I have a Bikski flow monitor just past the pump showing 3.3L/m at full pump speed. That's a far cry from the suggested 800L/h that Corsair claims, (it's only 128L/h) but that 800 is at 2.1m pressure head. Don't know what mine is, but my tubing layout is a little... Wonky. Both blocks are directional and so my loop order is pump > GPU > CPU > 280mm rad > 360mm rad > pump. I'll be redoing it with fresh tubing when I do my oil change 😅
Oh, I'm also running a Corsair HX1000 PSU, titanium rated. I max out so far at around 700w under benchmark load. I bought Corsair white power cable replacements to fit the look. Also, my GPU is vertically mounted using a thermaltake high quality riser ribbon and after trying the lesser TT and an AsiaHorse ribbon at that time, is the only cable that gave me PCIe 16x. Sadly this CPU is so limited on lanes that I can only use the GPU slot if I want 16x. My 2 NVMe XPG Gammix s11 m.2 drives take up all the PCH lanes. The first slot is shared with the 2nd PCIe slot and the 2nd m.2 is shared with the U.2 port. It's fine since I don't need any PCIe cards or the U.2.
The best part about all these fans and RGB (I also have 2 Corsair led pastel strips that run vertically along side the from slim fans, which I 3d printed brackets for) is that ALL of my RGB is controlled through Corsair iCue. Along with my K100 XT keyboard, RGB Dark Pro? (wired/wireless via light speed adapter), virtuoso headset, and nexus touch screen panel. All Corsair products. I made my own cables and connectors and used a couple Arduino Pro Micro mcu's that are flashed as Corsair RGB controllers, yet don't require the return channel. Solder wires to the pins I selected in the code, crimp JSTs, made a couple aRGB 2+1 to JST 3 pin, and hooked it all up. I also have 2 Corsair Commander pro modules in there, as well as a separate powered fan hub. 17 fans had to be split over more than one rail. Tho my PSU can actually turn all rails into independent 20a 12v rails with a flip of a switch.
I might update this later with a link to a video showing off my build. Once I do the oil change. Whew, I spent a good hour writing this, but I haven't "shown off" in a couple years. Well worth it. Anyway enjoyed your build :) and for anyone who read this completely, you get a gold star.

I have this case in black and love the fact that you can display your components and fans with plenty of room to hide the cables and power supply. The biggest drawback to me is the filters are in the wrong place for to show of the fans. 😳🏴🇬🇧🤠

It's quite sad, that beautiful huge case is not compatible with E-ATX motherboards, it could have been perfect for a Thread Ripper 3000 build.

1:00 I can't remove the glass door from my case.. It opens just fine but if I try to lift it, the whole case is lifting with it. How can I fix this?
I'll be putting in an argb 360 rad and six additional argb fans for which I have controllers (Not thermaltake). Is this going to cause me a bunch of headaches and must I get adapters to run off of the installed thermaltake controller?

The cable that goes from the LED out from the hub in the back of the case where do you install it on the MB??? I CANT control the fan's on the case. :(

Its large because the CPU clearance is 175mm, which fits the Noctua NHD15 with chromax plates (165 mm+3mm atleast). They could have skimped on the clearance but the price point doesn't make sense to skimp on that.

Hey idk if you'll see this before I find an answer, but why isn't there like, a magnetic vent in the front as well? There's a space that seems like it'll pull in dust into the tower....unless I'm wrong but I've been searching and would love the help
hello, I have the exact same thermaltake case and i had it for a year already. Suddenly, the large fans in the front have stopped spinning but the RGB are still on. Do you know a soultion to this?
You practically HAVE to do a vertical GPU otherwise there'll just be an empty void below the motherboard (unlike in the PC-O11 Dynamic)... I'm sure it's because Thermaltake cheaped out and used the same exact tooling for this case as the others in the View Series (and elsewise) as well as their other cases without PSU shrouds

I've found that if you're using a solid color, you can exit the RGB software and your settings will "stick".. even between reboots.
do you know a solution on why the big fans stop spinning but the RGB lights are still on? Im having trouble seeing how to make them spin again..

The choice of music during the build timelapse is questionable. However, I think this is the nicest build I've seen on the channel in all my years of being a subscriber. Nice to see you using hard tubing for a change, it makes for a much nicer looking build. With regards to the case, if money isn't an issue and you're looking for something different then it could be a maybe. For the average user, I find it hard to believe anyone would chose this over the PC-011 Dynamic...

I bought some thermaltake Riing plus 12 fans, can I chain the hub that comes with the fans into the pre-installed fan hub in the case or will I need 2 ARGB headers on my motherboard?

Thermaltake could do with either not catering for v-GPU or including a decent riser. The core p5 riser was terrible and I had 3 replacements before it worked properly

Hi I really like your videos. I am moving and I am dissasembling my desktop and taking the componenets as luggage, so I am looking for a case. I am between this one and the fractal meshify 2 XL . In the case of the view 51 I am afaraid about my eatx asus rog strix x-399e fitting as it is .1 inches over the supoorted mobo size. On the other hanf I have to fit 3 gpus and I am afraid thew won't fit above the psu shroud in the fractal meshify case. What do you recommend?

Is it possible to install two RTX 3090 GPUs vertically in this case? (3 slots each - no liquid cooling - both air cooled)? Will there be sufficient space for good air flow between two GPUs AND between the motherboard and the GPU close to the motherboard?
Do the 200mm fans at the front or top not provide sufficient airflow for a 2x 200mm radiator? I don't like doors at the front: they block airflow as your reults show.
Maybe it's me, and others have pointed this out also also that almost all cases fail on using larger MBs. I use an X299 Dark from EVGA. That is a large EATX MB, this case along with a lot of others just won't work well at all. I use an Lian Li O11 Dynamic XL and while it works it was not fun to install. There are more and more MBs larger than ATX and NO standards for EATX. There are better ways to make cases to handle larger MBs.
I was hoping to see some of those Riing Quad fans from Thermaltake, they're really cool as well as their control software, but I just can't bring myself to spend $150 on three fans... Especially when I need 9x fans for my case so $450 just for fans.... Cost more than my CPU and as much as my GPU (2700x/5700xt)

Can you do a REVIEW of this case without custom cooling loop architecture? I have an air-cooled 3090 FTW3 and i will be going with a Corsair 360mm AIO for the 12900K. I am wondering if the View 51 or perhaps a newer Thermaltake case that they may have come out with since, would be the better option? Ok, so let's put it this way, Would the Thermaltake Core P6 TG Snow White be the best or would the Themal Take View 51 Snow, or would the Lian Li EVO be the best for what I'm trying to do? Regarding RGB: Why you're using CORSAIR memory just in case of all other products came from Thermaltake? The iCUE controle only the memory RG light but can not be synced to the other one.
The Corsair RGB iCUE software is only be able support ASUS and their own products... Unfortunately...

What about using Pure ARGB Sync fans? You can daisy chain all of them without any controllers.

Nice, might think of this one, but I'm really thinking about the cooler master h500m, seems like the perfect case but not that common, at least compared with other products and brands.
Consider c35 commander or c36, same case, cheaper and higher rpm 800. Although view 51 is my next, still thinking if i should cut the bottom for 140mm fans.

I screamed at that cable management and then looked at my 011 Dynamic build rocking 12 fans, 2 HD, 2 SSD's and my stock UGLY PSU cables crammed in the back.....
I think you should have installed another 360 radiator somewhere, as the thermals on the CPU are not great still. Going AMD Ryzen 3900x would have been better as well.
Alex Y i have 3800x with kraken x63. 64C tops spikes, 58C in aaa games. gpu 2070s is 58C with performance profiles(3x120 silverstone AP) bottom.

You mention the Riing Plus 14 as has a better controller but i am after 120mm fans.
Question - Is it possible to connect these x3 fans controller to the existing case hub so when I press the button on the case to change colour etc its all in sync?

This case looks similar to Lian li! Am not surprised to see this as the Lian li is the sexiest case on the market. I expect more companies to copy the Lian li

I just got this case and noticed the reset sw is on the argb controller...did you leave it there or move it to the mb? Why is it there? And my case didn’t come with the correct screws for the mb stand offs..🤪

I've got it on x370 and at one time it switched off all of my fans and pump, as it had some issue recognising cpu. Still don't understand the logic "I can't detect it, so it means I have turn off everything "... Yeah looking forward for some decent review so that EK is pressured and fix functionality of this software (separate rgb control, custom curve based on external sensor etc) and bugs.
I have it. Software is a crap for a moment. Better wait a while for EKWB to fix IT.

What about dust filter at the front ?
I think CPU cooling should have been the priority over the GPU; your loop feeds 'hot' fluid from the GPU to the CPU which compromises the ability to keep the CPU cool. Plus, GPU's are generally upgraded a few times over the life of a mb/cpu combination, so it doesn't make a lot of sense to add that as part of the CPU loop. YMMV
I like this a lot more than the O11, mainly because it isn't a O11.
People need to realise that there are more than one case that's good for liquid cooling.
Yeah but why? Because the high quality? Perfect layout? The room for any layout just about imaginable? No lets go for thermalfake, the knock off copy and paste version of the 011. Look i own an o11d xl and ill asmot, its well used in millions of builds... but theres a great reason kor many) why its so beloved... its perfect.

@@itsblados the original PC-O11 was also almost $400, and only the ROG version had the vertical fan/Radiator mount to the right of the motherboard.
Also, while aluminum may be a nice bragging point and a bit lighter, for all intents and purposes, does it offer any advantages to steel when it's just sitting in a room? Do you plan on having a rain storm in your office where the inox properties of aluminum will be a benefit for reducing rust?
Thermaltake website says that this case support E-ATX, so who is wrong here?
Why not connect the VRM water block to the water loop?
It's a lot of extra work and yields minimal benefits, as we found in our review of the Maximus XI Formula. If you run two separate loops it would would if you connected GPU and VRMs and cooled the CPU separately.
KitGuruTech thats true but I did notice when I connected mine it went from upper 60s to mid 40s full load temps.
